Markets, Crypto & Investing Claims
The archive preserves a concentrated run of stock-market and cryptocurrency uploads from October 2020 through May 2023. This page keeps three evidence layers separate:
- Archive titles are first-party publication labels, not findings by the wiki.
- Daniel’s financial claims remain unverified unless a human has listened to the raw audio and the claim is still attributed to him.
- Visible facts are limited to what can be seen at the cited raw-video frames.

Section titled “Archive-title chronology”The dates and titles below come from the normalized 2026-08-25 manifest. Links open the matched Internet Archive media. Dramatic wording, predictions, and amounts are retained only so the source can be identified accurately.

The titles show the channel moving from instructional and stock-specific framing in late 2020, through sharply changing crash and sale labels in 2021, to loss-themed crypto and stock retrospectives in 2022–2023. That is a chronology of publication framing—not a reconstructed trading history.
June 2021-labelled account: a loss title with a holding qualification
Section titled “June 2021-labelled account: a loss title with a holding qualification”The retained HIMR archive rendition of I Lost my Life Savings in the Crypto Crash… has a dated alias labelled 9 June 2021. The raw file is available; the following qualification comes from its unreviewed machine transcript.
At 00:06:15.242–00:06:56.435, the rendering first frames the remaining investment money as lost, then qualifies that description by saying the cryptocurrency assets were still held and a recovery was hoped for. This is the archived creator’s unverified account of a decline while holding, rather than a confirmed sale or realized loss. It does not establish an actual portfolio, value, cost basis or total loss of savings. The hoped-for rebound remains a historical expectation, not a result or advice from the wiki.
May 2023-labelled retrospective: speculation and a proposed change
Section titled “May 2023-labelled retrospective: speculation and a proposed change”The completed corpus locates a machine transcript for the public archive rendition of My Warning to people Gambling on the Stock Market. A dated alias carries 23 May 2023; that is a filename date, not an independently established event date. The raw copy is retained and selected frames were inspected, but its speech has not received a human review for this addition.
At 00:01:17.186–00:02:29.776, the rendering describes Daniel moving into speculative stock purchases after watching financial videos and spending much of each market day watching charts. At 00:04:16.114–00:05:57.985, it describes concentrating money in a small number of stocks and later selling after substantial losses. This is a first-person retrospective about his own habits and decisions, not an audited trading history, a diagnosis, or a finding that another creator caused his losses. Exact totals and claimed market-price changes are not needed to document that change of framing.
At 00:08:56.432–00:09:08.722, the rendering describes retaining an interest in investing but moving the remaining money into ETFs and dividend stocks. This is not evidence of the holdings or their suitability. It also should not be read as a permanent end to speculative activity: the 2025 repayment plan and the later accounts below describe further market hopes and activity.
The visual presentation is narrower evidence. AI-assisted inspection of the raw frame at 00:04:25 identifies a cartoon beside a downward arrow and the text “DO NOT BUY STOCKS!” and “How I lost all my money”. This is a visible editorial graphic, not an account statement or proof that all his money was lost. The subsequent reinvestment lead above is another reason not to interpret the graphic literally.
December 2023-labelled plan: indirect Bitcoin exposure
Section titled “December 2023-labelled plan: indirect Bitcoin exposure”The HIMR archive copy of How i plan to pay off my debts - my Financial plan for 2024 carries the filename date 4 December 2023. Its exact raw file is retained; the account below comes from an unreviewed machine transcript.
The opening at 00:00:00.176–00:00:55.990 describes funding hoped-for Japanese housing and a car-based travel series as YouTube earnings declined. The debt-labelled title should therefore not be treated as a completed repayment record. At 00:04:21.975–00:04:59.920, the rendering describes planned weekly purchases over roughly a year, then distinguishes buying Bitcoin itself from buying crypto-mining stocks and possibly ETFs for exposure. This adds a proposed method to the archived creator’s changing investment accounts, not evidence of purchases, an account, an instrument or a return. Its market-cycle explanations, predicted prices and risk characterizations are not adopted as financial findings. The later January 2025 repayment hope is another dated plan, not proof that this one was implemented.
July 2026 machine-rendered retrospective
Section titled “July 2026 machine-rendered retrospective”A recovered public stream carrying the archive filename label 20260717 and stable
ID -tqBDUcWYzk adds a later first-person market lead. The label is not an exact
broadcast timestamp, and nobody has yet listened to or corrected the relevant audio.
At approximately 00:08:57–00:09:51, a direct bounded public-source machine pass
machine-renders Daniel saying he had given up day trading, still had about £1,000
in stocks, and characterized those stocks as down roughly 50%. It then renders a
holding name as “BitMine,” says he had held it since the prior year, and describes
waiting for cryptocurrency to rise so he could exit.
The wiki does not resolve “BitMine” to a company, ticker, token, fund, exchange, or account. It also does not infer whether £1,000 was cost basis or current value, what the 50% comparison period was, whether the position existed, whether any change was realized, or whether he stopped all market activity. No brokerage or exchange record was reviewed.
Later in the same source, at approximately 01:13:43–01:14:57, the pass renders Daniel describing a funded-account attempt. It machine-renders him claiming one or two successful weeks and an approximately $100 payout, followed by an approximately $600 one-day loss; it then renders him saying he spent about £600 on funded accounts and lost three of them. The dollar and pound labels are preserved separately rather than converted or combined. No provider, account, rule, fee, payout, deposit, trade, loss, or account closure was independently checked, and the passage does not prove that later market activity stopped.
August 2026 Discord market checkpoints
Section titled “August 2026 Discord market checkpoints”The exported Discord text gives a later, account-authored sequence. These messages come from the account that later self-identified as Daniel. They establish only what the account said, not that it controlled a brokerage or exchange account or executed any transaction.
10 August: Palantir sale and break-even framing
Section titled “10 August: Palantir sale and break-even framing”At 15:07:25.564 UTC, message
1536390523525406852
claims a Palantir sale at a stated $179. The short post does not specify whether
that number is per share, an aggregate value, or some other figure. Follow-ups call
the outcome break-even at 15:07:54.350,
1536390644262633522,
say the position had been about £500 down for months at 15:07:59.394,
1536390665418571776,
and express relief at having £500 back at 15:08:16.541,
1536390737338302586.
Those fragments are retained as Daniel’s claimed sale and interpretation, not as a
reconstructed cost basis, return, share count, or verified break-even result.
20–25 August: source-of-funds and crypto-timing claims
Section titled “20–25 August: source-of-funds and crypto-timing claims”At 20:50:47.045 UTC on 20 August, message
1540100811055431811
describes the money still in stocks as remnants of earlier Kick income. It does not
identify an account, deposit, withdrawal, payout, or remaining amount, and the wiki
does not infer that Kick paid the funds.
On 25 August, the account says “Bitmine” was rising at 08:24:20.624,
1541724902518689872,
then says it was still down 50 percent at 09:06:56.039,
1541735620706304030
and was waiting for “crypto summer” at 09:07:00.415,
1541735639060578405.
“Bitmine” remains the account’s unresolved label rather than a wiki identification
of a company, ticker, token, or security. “Crypto summer” is an informal hoped-for
market phase, not a dated forecast or evidence that a position existed.
The next day, the account conditionally linked selling its portfolio to paying its mother. That message is mapped with the debt chronology because it states a hypothetical, not a completed sale.
For the export’s missing-context limits and broader financial routing, see the Discord Source Map.
September 10, 2026: continued trading account
Section titled “September 10, 2026: continued trading account”In life updates, Daniel gives a later account of trading while prioritizing debt repayment. The complete native public audio was retained, and the passages below appear in a full-source machine pass and a targeted repeat using the same model. Neither pass is human verification.
At 00:30:14.56–00:30:31.88, the targeted rendering describes buying and selling a triple-leveraged ETF, making £120, and believing he sold before a decline. The full pass renders its name as Nebius, while the repeat gives a phonetic variant; the exact instrument remains unresolved. The profit is his unverified account, with no trade date or transaction record established.
At 00:30:25.33–00:30:58.47, the repeat renders a Palantir sale at 179 before a decline to 167, an AppLovin holding, and willingness to try purchases mentioned in trading videos. The Palantir figures have no explicit currency in that rendering. The August 10 Discord account already mentions a sale at 179; this later discussion does not establish a separate September trade. No holding, sale, market-price history or trading result has been independently checked.
September 8–9 Discord: written name and posting chronology
Section titled “September 8–9 Discord: written name and posting chronology”The later export supplies typed Nebius wording, independent of the uncertain speech rendering above: on September 8, Daniel described a triple-leveraged long position using that name; on September 9, he posted that he had sold it and reported £120 profit. These posting dates and the written name add context to the September 10 account, not a second trade or independent corroboration of the profit. They do not authenticate an instrument, transaction date or brokerage record, and they do not verify what was said aloud in the stream.
What direct visual review establishes
Section titled “What direct visual review establishes”8 March 2021: market-index graphic
Section titled “8 March 2021: market-index graphic”At 00:30, the raw video displays a full-screen graphic with line charts labelled Dow Jones, S&P 500, and Nasdaq. The sampled frame does not display a personal brokerage account, Daniel’s holdings, or a trade confirmation.
17 June 2022: editorial crypto charts
Section titled “17 June 2022: editorial crypto charts”At 00:45 and 01:30, the raw video shows Daniel on camera with editorial chart overlays labelled BTCUSD and ETHUSD. These frames establish what graphics were shown; they do not establish that Daniel owned either asset, his entry price, his wallet balance, or any profit or loss.
First-person claims awaiting direct audio review
Section titled “First-person claims awaiting direct audio review”The archive’s machine transcripts and a local ASR pass were used only to find the candidate passages below. Neither method counts as hearing the raw audio. No amount from these passages is published here as a checked statement.
| Raw-media locator | Candidate topic only | Publication status |
|---|---|---|
| 2020-11-07, 00:00–00:25 | Personal investment and savings claim | Human raw-audio review required |
| 2021-03-08, 00:00–00:32 and 01:58–02:45 | Portfolio performance and claimed sales | Human raw-audio review required |
| 2021-06-09, 05:10–06:55 | Realized-versus-unrealized qualification | Human raw-audio review required |
| 2022-06-17, 00:00–01:40 | Claimed cryptocurrency allocation | Human raw-audio review required |
| 2022-09-24, 00:00–00:55 | Claimed figures across several accounts or activities | Human raw-audio review required |
| 2023-05-23, 00:00–00:35 and 04:05–05:55 | Retrospective position and loss claims | Human raw-audio review required |
For a future claim to move out of this queue, a reviewer should listen to the raw audio with surrounding context, manually transcribe the relevant sentence, preserve every currency and uncertainty word, and still write the result as “Daniel said”. Independent account records would be needed to verify the underlying finances.
