kind of got bored with Fortnite ever since

I found out that I wasn't actually

destroying noobs, I was destroying bots.

And now I feel stupid for actually

thinking they were real people. I thought

they were just really bad at the game. It

turns out half the people in this game

They're not even real people and they're

just bots, computer-controlled bots. And I

didn't even know this happened because

when I used to play it back in the day,

they didn't have bots. And it's like a new

thing. Apparently if you're low skilled,

you get placed against bots. It's so

stupid. I don't want to play against bots

disguised as people. I want to play

against real people. And ever since I

found out about that, just kind of sucks

the fun out of the game.

I feel like if I go up against someone and

they're a bot, then it is— it's like a

waste of time. I don't feel any sense of

achievement if I kill a bot, and then if I

die to a bot, I feel like a noob. And if I

go up against a real player Um,

I usually get killed because I'm not very

good at the game, and it's hard to get

better at the game when you're constantly

facing up against bots that are really

easy to kill. So it's really stupid

of the game to do that.

And I don't know what else to play, and I

feel like I wasted £60, $60 on

this controller, and I don't even use it

I moved into a new apartment, by the way.

I think it's the best apartment I've been

in so far. It's not the biggest, but it's

definitely the cleanest, most modern

you can do it from home. They send a kit

that pisses people off, which leads to

People keep saying, oh, don't do drama,

do something else. But then if I don't do

drama and I do anything else, it won't get

I started to think about last year when I

met Elvis and Ice Poseidon, and I thought,

well, that was embarrassing and awkward,

made me look stupid, and didn't really

help the channel anyway.

So I decided not to message Harold,

so I don't really see the point.

Let's say hypothetically I message him and

he's like, oh yeah, let's meet up and do

and I appear in one of his vlogs. He's

just going to be like This Daniel's got a

YouTube channel, he does this and that.

Even if he gave me a few seconds to

promote myself, I really doubt

many of his viewers would come over to

watch my channel.

And then even if I made a video with him

putting his name in a title, I really

doubt his viewers would would care. It's

like I made one with Ice Poseidon, it got

36K views, and his community's

I met Elvis the Alien, and that only

got about 40K views. I don't know how many

subs Harold has, but Elvis gets more views

Well, the good news is I don't have to

hide the fact that I'm in the Netherlands

anymore. Got permission, got the green

light to reveal my location, so means

I can use some footage that I filmed

before, and I could also go to some places

and make videos there.

It's been kind of stressful actually. I

had to hide everything Dutch, all of the

Dutch labels on food packets I had to

hide. I had to not show inside

of Airbnbs. I had to not film outside.

It was a bit stressful.

I'm not saying I'm judging them or

thinks of them as these really friendly,

nice people, but they've got a bit of a

likes ASMR, simple stuff.

Where I don't really have to talk much and

all I have to do is go to an interesting

place and then film it. I have a few

videos like that that did well. My net

cafe video has 70,000 views now. I bet

none of you remember it. I like going back

to really old videos I made last year or a

few months ago. It's surprising which ones

racked up views over the months.

So the net cafe video only got about 30K

views when I uploaded it, but now it has

70,000 because people are searching stuff

like net cafe, manga cafe, and my video is

coming up right at the top. If you search

for net cafe on YouTube, my video will

probably pop up right at the top and it

has 70,000 views and my capsule hotel

video has 64,000 views. The thing is,

most of those views aren't even from my

viewers. They're just from random people

that stumbled across it. You're obsessed

with views. Yeah, because it's my job. My

job is to get views, so I kind of have to

be obsessed with it. If I didn't care

about it, then that

would be like working at some company and

not caring about what you do.

I have to care about it because it's what

puts— what's— it's what puts food on the

table. I hate the way YouTubers

are not allowed to care about views. It's

so irritating, the whole stupid stigma

about YouTubers not being able to be rude,

not being able to tell rude viewers to

fuck off, not being able to talk about

views or channel developments. Why is it

like that? It really pisses me off that

everyone's like, oh, you're a YouTuber,

you're supposed to be doing it because

you're passionate or because you— that's

what you want to do. You're not allowed to

talk about views, not allowed to complain

if a video is doing badly. If people being

rude to you, you just have to ignore it.

Why? Who made these stupid rules?

The problem is everyone's so used to

that now that viewers think they can just

say anything they like to YouTubers and

then not get anything back.

And it pisses me off. If viewers are being

rude, then we should be allowed to be rude

back to the viewers. It, it should go both

ways. But because the viewer is the

customer And the customer's always right.

Even if they shit on us, we're just

supposed to lie there and take it and

pretend nothing's happening. Yeah, well,

fuck that, and fuck you if you're rude.

And the annoying thing is, when I complain

about viewers, the nice viewers get upset

because they think I'm talking about them

when I'm not. When I'm complaining about

viewers, I'm complaining about the idiots

and the rude people. Obviously I'm not

talking about the nice people. They say

stuff like, Daniel, why are you attacking

your viewers? I'm not attacking the

viewers, I'm attacking a certain group of

viewers who piss me off. And if they're

going to be rude to me, I think it's only

fair that I can be rude back.

me in my comment section, and then when I

bitch and moan about them, all of a sudden

First you're worrying about if it's going

to be a good idea, if it's going to get

views, and then after 30 minutes YouTube

video, compares it to the last 10 videos

you uploaded. And then gives it a score

like 1 out of 10, 10 out of 10 based on

how many views it got. And you get a 10

out of 10 video and you just feel so shit.

You feel like, why, why aren't people

interested? Why aren't people watching? I

thought this was a good idea.

It is so stressful. It's kind

of why I prefer uploading on this channel

more, because there's less stress. It's

not hard to get a 2 out of 10 or 1 out of

10 on this channel because the views are

so low anyway.

And the weirdest thing is somehow I

managed to, to get this audience of people

who are not interested in anything I'm

interested in— gaming, tech, smartphones,

laptops, Rainbow Six.

All of my interests, I could make a video

about each of my interests and they would

all flop as videos. My audience have

nothing in common with me. Usually you'd

have a YouTuber and they would attract an

audience of people who are like them

personality-wise and have the similar,

similar kind of sense of humor. And then

he'll make videos about stuff he's

interested in and the viewers will enjoy

watching it because they're all so similar

to the creator. Somehow all my

audience are not interested in anything

I'm interested in and have the complete

opposite sense of humor that I have and

only watch because they want to give me

advice or tell me what I'm doing is wrong,

or they don't like me, or they want to see

So how the fuck am I supposed to have fun

you think that I am interested in making

videos about drama? No,

was taking pictures of me when I was

playing Rainbow Six and then sending them

to him for some reason. It was weird. And

one of the reasons I didn't like being

married to Chihiro anymore was because the

whole situation just became so messy,

especially with her talking to viewers and

haters directly. That was just one of the

reasons that I thought I have to get out

of this relationship. Is fucked up. I

can't be in a relationship with a woman

who is messaging people who are trying to

sabotage me.

And then she would come onto the Discord

and then argue with me in front of my fans

and cause a big scene. I had to ban her.

Do you know what she did when I banned her

from my Discord? She went absolutely nuts.

She, she almost attacks me. She's like,

she came at me. I had to grab her arms to

stop her from punching me in the face.

She grabbed my iPad, threw it on the

floor. She went nuts.

And then she started screaming and crying.

That relationship was such a mess. That's

why I deleted the Discord, because I

thought to myself, if I ever got another

girlfriend or another relationship, I do

not want her to be chatting to my viewers.

I don't want people to be able to have a

direct line of contact with her. I don't

want her involved with the community.

Because I've got kind of a weird community

that don't

respect people's personal space and

boundaries.

People think I'm exaggerating I'm making

it up when I talk about how violent

Chihiro could get when she was angry.

But I swear I'm not making this up. She

would put her hands around my neck and she

would like whack me on the side of my

head. And one time I made her so angry,

she kind of jumped on top of me and then

she started hammering my head.

And yeah, I was also violent. I smashed

It was scary. She'd come home from work

they were speaking some other language.

And then the driver puts up his fists and

goes into like boxing stance mode. Like he

was going to knock out the passenger. And

the passenger was like a big guy, a bit

bigger than the driver. I was actually

scared. I've never seen a real fight up

close like that. It happened so

quickly. My heart was racing. I've never

been so close to actual violence before,

but they didn't fight. And then they

started laughing and they started hugging.

It was really weird. And then the bus

driver was so bad, he didn't know— he got

lost in the city and he was driving round

and round in circles. And the people on

the bus were like yelling at him. And then

he, he drove into, you know, uh, in

Netherlands you have trams and there's

like a sign saying warning tram and then

the lights. He, he nearly drove the bus

into it when he was turning. I think he

actually did knock it, and I filmed that

so I could put that into the video. And I

was a bit upset that I couldn't use it,

but I can now because I think it's pretty

obvious I'm not in Germany. It was pretty

funny, that crazy French driver.
