Elden Ring DLC -5 of the Best STRONGEST NEW BUILDS After Nerfs (Shadow of the Erdtree Patch 1.12.3)

Hello, welcome back to a new video. So

today we're going to be looking at some of

the best DLC Shadow of the Erdtree Elden

Ring builds after the nerfs or after the

patch updates. So we're going to be

looking at Stormblade, one of the most

underrated and underlooked skills in the

Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. It's a pretty

good Ash of War which I feel like not many

people are using recently, and there is

actually a talisman that gives a buff to

wind attacks. But unfortunately I don't

have it because this game is really

stupid, and once you defeat a boss you get

this thing called a Remembrance where you

get to choose one of 2 items and then you

lose the other item unless you duplicate

the stupid Remembrance, which I forgot you

can do in this game. And that means I have

to do a renewed Game Plus in order to

defeat the same boss again and get the

talisman, which I can't be bothered. So

you can just look up yourself, whatever.

So Storm Blade, really good skill.

Ranged attack like that. Basically 2 shots

anything as long as they don't block.

Really good skill, really good damage. I

haven't even buffed up and I'm doing

pretty good damage. So for the talismans

you want— well, I did fire affinity. I

don't know if I'm actually doing fire

damage, probably not. Um, Godfrey Icon,

Shout Alexander, Crusade Insignia,

Shaka's Armor, and the Golden Chicken

Helmet. And And I got the Flame-Shrouded

Cracked Tear and Bloodsucking Cracked

Tear. But I don't know if I'm actually

doing fire damage even though I got fire

affinity. I don't know,

maybe I'm not doing any fire damage.

Look, because they're not catching on

fire. So I might switch that. I found I

can actually do more damage if I do magic

instead of fire. So we want to switch this

to the Magic Shrouded Cracked Tear and

also get rid of the Fire Scorpion

thingamajig and put that on— hmm,

maybe get Strength,

whatever. And then see how much damage we

do now with buffs. Should do some

pretty good damage. Golden Vow and

flask.

Now I'm hoping to do 3k damage,

not 2k this time.

Nearly do 3k.

Quit. Critical strike.

It's not bad if you want to spam like a

ranged attack.

It's okay, I guess.

And next build, we have the build focusing

around Kao Toa's Resentment, which comes

on the Gazing Finger colossal weapon and

basically does this massive

brown explosion of something. I don't know

what that's supposed to be. I don't know

what this weapon's supposed to be either.

Looks like a massive dildo. So we're gonna

go for magic damage since it has magic

damage on it. So switch strength for

faith, which should scale

better with, uh, magic damage. And then

we're gonna buff up. Um, where's my buff?

Buff up and

Golden Vow,

go double-handed.

Now watch this, watch, it does some pretty

good damage. Oh, I pressed the wrong

button, fuck, I didn't do that. Nearly

4,000 damage in one hit, look at that,

boom, massive AoE Damage.

It's a pretty good weapon,

does good damage. Look, pretty good damage

explosion,

really cool-looking effects as well.

And you could probably 2-shot this guy

here. Watch this. Oh, I nearly one-shot

him. The AoE effects is

just insane damage.

Next we have the Scattershot Claws

of Night. This is really cool bladed claw

weapon. It's got this cool shatter shot.

Which just shoots out all these little

things. Don't know what they're supposed

to be or where they're coming out of, but

don't know, like you're shooting these

little ball bearings out at enemies. And

then for the talismans, you want probably

things that buff successive

attacks like that, and maybe

jumping attacks or final hit of

chain attacks might be good. That might be

good. Yeah, that's good. Okay, so we're on

Buff Up, Golden Vow,

Flask of Physick, and then you don't even

have to go up some though. Watch this. Oh

my god, I just knocked his friend off the

edge. Blood triggered, blood loss. Oh,

I nearly got him. Oh my god,

what? Damn, look at how quick those

blades are though. Oh my god, I'm gonna

die. Oh, I killed myself with the flask.

Fucking— that flask, it can be very

dangerous if you don't watch how quick

it's ticking your health down. It does

give you great damage boost, but at a

great cost. So again, go up to these guys.

I can just scattershot them like that.

You can pretty scattershot them both at

the same time like a shotgun. It has like

shotgun effect, which is pretty cool. The

closer you are, the more damage it should—

whoa, I nearly one-shot him! Oh, he nearly

got me! And then heal up. So yeah, you do

like shotgun effect, more damage the

closer they are, and they do really rapid

strikes. Watch this,

watch this. See, closer you are, the more

of the pellets hit the enemy. This

weapon's pretty cool.

So sneak up on these, just keep spamming.

I don't know if you can knock them down

just spamming it. Oh my god,

oh my god, so many hits. Oh, I nearly got

him. And next we have the Ancient Meteoric

Ore Sword. Now this does really cool

Charge and massive explosion of whiteness.

I don't know what it was. Magic damage.

So again, you want to do like a magic

damage skill focus build. So you want

Godfrey Icon, Shard of Alexander,

uh, Two-Handed Sword Talisman,

and, um, what else? Yeah, that's good.

Crusade Insignia. So many good talismans.

I wish I could have more than just 4. I

wish I could just use all of them. Buff

up. Got the Magic Shrouding Tear.

Okay, ready to go. Go double-handed.

Watch this damage. Oh my god,

I just blew him off the edge with one

shot. The range on the charge is so

cool. It's like you just zip along towards

the enemy like a homing missile. Look. I

can't believe that actually got him. I

stood all the way over there. Take my

runes back. Give me that.

And then heal up here. Watch this, watch.

This is insane. Oh my god, it one-shot

him and I one-shot his friend.

This is probably one of the best abilities

in the game. Watch this.

One— what? Why didn't the explosion hit

him? Oh my God, it's so delayed.

You don't expect it to be so delayed.

It's like they're charging up, charging

up, you're thinking when is the attack

actually going to come, and then it never

comes, and then you move and then it

comes. I ran out of FP so I can't do it

anymore, but even without any FP, the

normal attacks— Jesus Christ. This thing

hits like a bus with the magic damage

bonus, and it staggered every hit. So even

without FP, does some pretty good damage.

I want to take out these guys up here as

well. What's this?

Watch, watch this.

Oh my god, basically Nearly

2-shot as long as he didn't— he keeps

blocking, that's the problem. Heal up

here. Oh, he's just shooting the chairs.

You can use the chairs as cover and he

can't get you, watch. Ah, what an idiot.

Ah, you missed. Ah, you missed.

Oh, he nearly got me that one. Damn, this

thing does so much damage with magic

affinity on it. I wonder if it does better

damage with fire. Magic was pretty good.

I want to try fire.

Okay, come on, stupid loading, so long.

Right, and then— oh yeah, you can't put an

affinity onto it. Oh yeah, I guess you

can't redo that because you can't change

the Ash of War, so it's always got magic.

I thought we could put fire on it. And

then for the lastly but leastly not

weapon-ish, we have got the Madding Hand.

So everyone's raving on about the stupid

Dry Leaf Arts, but no one seems to care

the Madding Hand, which I think is a

pretty good alternative if you want to do

hand-to-hand combat and you're sick and

tired of Dry Leaf Arts. So because it's

got fire damage installed on it by

default, what you want is Fire Scorpion

Charm and— what's

that one— Blade of Mercy,

and maybe that one. So what it does is

this: it does— you just like poke

them very softly up the bum like that and

it does something. So we want to do fire

damage, so I want to get the Flaming

Shrouding Cracks Tear, not the magical

one.

Get rid of magic, put fire.

And then Flame, Grant Me Strength.

Golden Vow.

Wondrous Physick. Now watch

the damage you do on this. The Madding

Hand. Shouldn't it be Maddening?

Madding sounds so stupid. Watch this. Oh,

I just one-shot him by poking him.

Damn, I one-shot that guy too. Watch this,

watch. You kind of like double fist

enemies with this hammer attack. Look,

like double hammer fist them.

Oh my god, this is way better than Dry

Leaf. And then you're just madding spear

hand strike. You just poke them and they

die. So charge up.

Oh, you're just boxing them in the face,

basically. Double fist

hammer. Oh my god,

the speed at which you stagger the enemies

is so fast. Oh, he one-shot
