Elden Ring DLC - 7 Of The STRONGEST Weapons You Don't Want To Miss! (Shadow of the Erdtree)

Hello, welcome back to a new video. So

today we're going to be talking about 8 of

the most overpowered weapons in the new

DLC for Shadow of the Erdtree Elden Ring,

and we're going to start off with number

1, the Bloodfiend Arm.

So the Bloodfiend Arm is a very popular

2-handed colossal weapon, kind of like a

club or a mace, and it looks a bit like a

chicken leg or leg of a lamb. So you can

find it if you go to Prospect Town.

Prospect Town is down here somewhere.

Here, Prospect Town. So what you do is

when you start off in the beginning, you

go from Gravesite Plain, you go up, up,

up, up, up, up to the Three Path Cross,

and there's kind of like a big fancy

tunnel going through these mountains. And

then you just hug the cliff line, go down

to this Site of Grace, and go down to

Prospect Town, and you just kill the big

giants and you drop this— you get this

drop, which is really cool. So the reason

why this weapon is really good is because

combined with Arcane, you can do some

insane damage. So if you put the Royal

Knight's Resolve Ash of War onto it with

the Blood affinity, you have a massive

blood loss buildup of 223. You basically

proc the Blood Blade thing almost every

hit, sometimes every 2 hits. So what you

do is you pop Niall, Royal Knight's

Resolve, and then, then you do a few buffs

like Golden Vow Pop your flask which has

strength in it, and you can do some crazy

damage. Watch this. So reapply it, sneak

up on this guy, heavy attack charge,

8,000 damage. You can basically one-shot

anything, even the tougher enemies. So

reapply it, do a jump attack, one-shot.

So the talismans for this attack is Ritual

Sword Talisman, Lord of Blood's

Exaltation, uh, Two-Handed Swords

Talisman, and Axe Talisman. You can do

some Really powerful heavy attacks like

that. This thing is just crazy. I mean,

watch me one-shot this guy. One shot,

2 shot. And then also these big shielded

guys over here. Watch this. One shot,

2 shots, 2 shots, and it's down. So you

definitely want to get this weapon as

quickly as you can, as you can get it

pretty early on in the DLC. It's right

next to the Gravesite Plains. Which is

very easy to get to, and Prospect Town,

very easy to get to. Just grind a few of

those mobs and then you'll get it. Next,

we have to talk about the Dryleaf Arts,

the hand-to-hand combat style. This is

really cool, and default skill that comes

with it is Palm Blast, which is extremely

powerful. Now, coupled with some of these

talismans like Godfrey Icon, Shard of

Alexander, which boosts skills, and Ritual

Sword Talisman and Lord of Blood's

Exaltation, you can really boost the

damage that Palm Blast does. So if you go

for an Arcane build and you choose Occult

Affinity, you can do some amazing damage

on this thing. So I'm all buffed up, and

then you sneak up to this guy and charge

up a Palm Blast. Don't even have to aim at

him. Watch this— 7,000 damage,

6,000 damage, I think that was. Try this

guy— 4,000 damage.

See, the damage is really good on this.

It's not as high as like 8,000, 9,000

damage you can get on the Blood Fiend's

arm. But it's really cool because it's

kind of got like a small range, so you

don't have to be touching the enemy for it

to do damage. Well, I can, I can blow

these guys off the edge like a Jedi doing

Force Push. He just goes flying off. It's

such a cool ability. So watch this,

just knock him over. Oh, he blocked it.

Ouch. Anyway, it is really good.

So the cool thing about this weapon is you

can do one-handed, which does slower

attacks, or you can do double-handed,

which does faster palm strikes. So even

without using Palm Blast, you can do like

a couple hits and the enemy's down just

like that. Watch this. I can't move.

Watch, watch this. Few hits. It took

like 4 hits— 1, 2, 3, 4— and they're down.

So it's a really cool weapon, and you can

play around with different affinities like

cold, fire. Fire usually does more upfront

damage. With a fire build and fire

affinity, I've done like 7,000 damage on

Palm Blast.

So to get this weapon, you have to go to

this place,

Morth Ruins, and there'll be an NPC

standing there. You have to do a gesture.

I think it's this one, may the best win.

You do a little fight with him, beat him,

and then you take his stuff. Next one we

have to talk about are the Red Bear's

Claws. Now these are kind of like Dry Leaf

Arts. It's fighting, fisting, fighting,

hand-to-hand combat, but with claws. And

the special attack is like these swipes.

Now the swipes kind of do stunning,

staggering, and mini damage against the

enemies. I'll show you here. So if you go

up here, you see they kind of get mini

stunned like

this. See, they kind of get pushed back a

little bit. And you get these weapons over

here. So if you go north of Morth Ruins

and you go up to this bit, this little

ledge here, there should be a big bear and

then you fight him, he's like a mini-boss,

get these claws which are really cool.

Okay, next weapons we have the Great

Katanas. So I've got 3, I don't know if

there's more. I've got the Great Katana,

the Dragon Hunter's Great Katana, and also

Rakshasa's Great Katana. So I'll start off

with the Great Katana, just a very basic

big long katana. It comes with this

overhead slash, but I replaced it with

Piercing Fang, which I find more useful.

You put any Ash of War you want onto it

and different affinities, so it is a

pretty versatile weapon. It's very long,

does a lot of damage. It's got a nice

charge-up slash, it's really cool. And you

can combine it with the new talisman,

which is the Two-Handed Sword Talisman's

new. And, um, and if you put

Blood on it, you can get 141 blood loss

buildup, or you put Occult for higher

damage. And do a wind-up heavy attack,

and you can do some pretty nice damage.

So watch this. Royal Knight's Resolve. Go

sneak and then wind-up heavy attack.

6,000 damage. Pretty nice. Get this

guy. Overhead slash, stab in the stomach.

Pretty good damage. Wind-up heavy attack.

Miss it. One-shot him. Such a good

weapon. I use it a lot against bosses

because you can do like a nice blood or

build-up poke attack with Piercing Fang.

I mean, watch this. I'm gonna sneak up on

these guys and do a slash. One shot,

2 shots, 3 shots. And then you have the

Dragon Hunter's Great Katana. Looks pretty

cool. It's got this special ability.

There's like a red slash. Problem is you

can't really put a different Ash of War

onto it and doesn't have an affinity, so

you kind of just have to take what it

comes with. And then if we sneak up on

these guys again and show off Dragonwound

Slash, it's kind of rubbish

to be honest. 3,000 damage,

like what's the point of it? Really

rubbish. I would never use it.

Can't even do Royal Knight's Resolve. And

then next we have the Rakshasa's Great

Katana. Looks pretty cool, especially with

the Rakshasa armor set. So you get it from

this mausoleum. Mausoleum is down

somewhere,

um, uh, here, here,

Eastern Nameless Mausoleum. You go down

there, go around here, cross the river,

there it is. Okay, so you've got a special

attack called Weed Cutter. It's just a

bunch of slashes really, a bit boring. So

you can go and give it a go, see what the

Weed Cutter can do. It's a

bit crap to be honest, it's kind of like

those Wild Strikes melee Ashes of War,

very disappointing. Okay, next weapon,

this one's really cool actually. So it's

called the Starlight something, hold on,

so many Damn weapons. And ancient

meteoric or greatsword. Now this is really

cool if you've got Alexander Shard and

Godfrey Icon, because you can do— because

you can do— wait,

you can do stab and explosion. That is

really cool. So this goes up with magic

damage, so if you can buff your magic

damage, you do even more damage. I know

there's a talisman that buffs your magic

damage, but I got locked out of the quest,

so I can't get it unless I start an NG,

which is kind of annoying. Hate it. Why,

why do they lock you out of quests? So

stupid game design. Anyway, look what you

can do with this. It's really cool.

Explosion, explosion.

It's pretty good. I reckon you squeeze

more damage out if you just fiddle with it

a bit more. So you get this by going down

to here, the Ruined Forge of Starfall

Pass, and this little dungeon. Do a bunch

of little button presses and you get this.

Boom, it knocks them back flying.

The, the range on the charge is really

good as well, so if you want to close in

on the enemy, this is the weapon to get.

Watch this, it's so funny.

Bye, knock them off. Yeah, so those were 7

weapons you cannot miss in the DLC.
