How I made $219 by trolling Rachel and Jun fans

If you go onto YouTube right now and you

search for Rachel and Jun,

you might find something a little bit

surprising if you scroll down. Da da

da da da da. What's this? Ah ha

ha ha! Some of you may not know this, but

if you keep scrolling back on my video

library right to the beginning, you'll

find a video called Rachel and Jun Are

Boring, made by yours truly. You have

to scroll all the way down. Keep going,

keep going. Oh, there it is. Rachel and

Jun are boring. I managed to get 72,789

views by basically trolling Rachel and Jun

fans. I think it's pretty funny. Look at

how many views I got compared to how many

views I usually get. Usually I only get

about 1,000 views if you look at my recent

videos. And then this one got 72,000.

Pretty good. And I'll show you how much

money I made from it in total. If I go to

view more, and then if

I go to— hold on— go to revenue,

and then lifetime revenue,

it says I made $219

in total. Not bad, huh? Not bad for

just calling a couple of people boring on

YouTube. And it's so funny because I

disabled the comment section and the

like/dislike thing so they couldn't

comment and leave the hate comments. So

they went on to all of my other videos

onto my channel to leave the hate comments

and And that was such a good idea because

it just forced them to click on my other

videos just so they can comment. So if we

click on the video, I'll show you what

it's like. It's not even a good video.

It's the stupidest, stupidest video I've

ever made. Rachel is an American woman and

Jun is a Japanese man, and they are

married to each other and they have cats.

They make videos about their cats and

their wonderful, amazing lives in Japan,

which is such a fantastic Good country.

In total, they have 4 channels on YouTube.

The main channel, Rachel and Jun, plus

Jun's Kitchen and Rachel and Jun's

Adventures. And then finally— now, I don't

know about you, but when I watch that, I

think it's, you know, it's pretty obvious

that I'm just taking the piss. I've got

this stupid music playing in the

background like it's some kind of

cinematic dramatic thriller, and I'm

bringing up the dumbest points ever. Jun

Yoshizuki. On the Rachel and Jun's

Adventures channel, they have videos

mostly focusing on their cats, mundane

parts of their lives which they thought

were too boring for their main channel.

On the Jun's Kitchen channel, he shows off

his cooking skills and how great of a

husband he is. And on the Jun Yoshizuki

channel, he has amounts of views. Look at

it. I don't understand how they get so

many views every single time. It's not

normal for a channel to get— so I want to

be honest here. This is acting.

I honestly couldn't give 2 monkeys about

Rachel and Jordan. Obviously I'm a little

bit jealous, but this is just pure acting.

Then they have subscribers, but nearly

every single time they upload a video,

they get more views than they have

subscribers. It is so obvious that I'm

acting. Every time they upload a video,

at my channel like Abroad in Japan, which

has 1.3 million subscribers. He doesn't

get over a million views every time. He

gets 200,000 to 400,000 views every time.

And the funniest thing is, nearly every

person who watched this video took it 100%

seriously. I'm going to show you the

comments in a minute, and you'll just see

how seriously Rachel and Jun fans took

this dumb video. I can't believe how

stupid they are.

I don't know. Is my acting really good?

Because I think I suck at acting.

have a friend in YouTube at YouTube who

has a friend at YouTube. Another thing

that's funny about Rachel and Jun is that

upload frequency is absolutely appalling.

How's that not taking the piss? I'm trying

to find comments from people who watched

the video and then left comments on my

other videos. There's not many recently

because the video stopped getting views,

but when the video was blowing up, I think

it was earlier last year, mid last year.

It was getting loads of views from people

searching Rachel and Jun, and they were so

angry. The comment section— I mean, the

comments they were leaving on my comment

section, they were really upset with me.

And I barely even said anything bad about

Rachel and Jun. I just said they don't

upload very much and they get too many

views and the content isn't very

interesting. That was it. I didn't really

go in that hard with the insults.

Let's see, I found some hate comments.

WTF, Jun and Rachel? He can't even get the

everyone has to have the same preferences

their videos over and over. You honestly

need to get over yourself. Not everything

has to do with you and what you like and

what you assume is boring. You are such a

jealous on other success. Jun and Rachel—

wrong as well. Jun and Rachel are kind

people, loving to each other. You, on the

other hand, are just a frustrated piece of

I think you were, because so many people

got angry. Apparently this is interesting

comment we want to see. Bruh, I just

watched your video on Rachel and Jun and

see that you turn off comments for that

video. Scared of being criticized, huh?

Jun and Rachel's content is amazing for

many people. Don't go after them just

because you're jealous and only have a few

thousand subscribers. Your content is just

as sleepy as the way you think their

back on for that video and face some

criticism on yourself. Why do they think

comment about it. Yeah, it means I get

more views because you're going to click

on my next video so you can leave a

comment complaining about my Rachel and

Jun video. I think it was a pretty good

plan.

me more than Rachel and Jun's videos.

The fact that the majority of the comments

on this video are about your previous

video should tell you how pathetic and

insignificant you and your unwarranted

opinions are. Must have taken

a lot of effort to create 7K fake

subscribers accounts for yourself. You

can't say Rachel and Jun make mundane

videos while you're posting these boring

videos jumping around to different topics

on your channel, succeeding in none of

them. Oh, that was savage.

around different topics trying to see what

sticks, and nothing has stuck apart from

these my problem with XXX YouTuber videos.

views compared to my other videos, if you

go on to traffic source types and then you

do lifetime, you'll see that I got 89%

of the views from YouTube search. 89%,

that's so much. That's like 65,000

views came from people searching YouTube

for Rachel and Jun,

Jun and Rachel, Rachel and Jun wedding.

Wow, people actually search Rachel and Jun

are boring. And then they have the names

of the cats. Look, it's all Rachel and Jun

stuff. The cat names.

Um, a few people search my name. But the

majority of the search results were from

Rachel and Jun. That's, that's really

cool. So the remaining 20% came from

channel pages, browse features.

I guess that's people subscribed to me. I

actually used the exact same tactic with

the Chris Broad video, if you remember

that one on my main channel, and I'll make

a video, separate video explaining how I

did that one. And how it was just

completely trolling and acting, and I

didn't really care at all about Chris

Broad not messaging me. But it's pretty

crazy, isn't it? Just a little 10-minute

stupid video can make you $219.

That'll pay for my food for the entire

month. I should make more.

What am I doing?

I thought it was quite funny. I like the

ending bit when I'm taking the mickey out

of washing pots and pans. I thought it was

a nice touch.

The video has 8,000 dislikes. That's so

many. So if you want to check out the

video, just search Rachel and Jun and it

should pop up straight at the top. That

was a video explaining how I made $200 by

trolling— how many? I would say at least

70,000 Rachel and Jun fans.
