Hey, so there's a little story I want to tell you about, something that happened in the not too recent present and the not too distant past. I'm not sure if that made any sense. I can't tell you when it happened because that would be kind of problematic for me, but it happened when I was single. So I

met this Japanese lady using the power of the internet. She was 40 years old and we started chatting, things were going really well, and I asked her if she wanted to meet up and she said yes. So we met up, we went to a cafe and we had some drinks. I had a small mango juice and she

had a medium mango juice. I kind of regret getting the small mango juice because it was very small and I finished it very quickly, which left me with nothing to fidget with during the conversation. I need something to fidget with when I'm talking to someone, otherwise I feel very nervous and awkward. I did feel a bit disappointed

when I saw her for the first time in real life because she looked a bit different to her photo. The problem was when she smiled, there was a lot of gap visible, and she had a bit of a dandruff problem going on. I'm not sure if she washed her hair properly or not. So we were sitting in

this cafe sipping on our mango juices, and she was telling me something about her work, about her friends from Australia. I didn't really pay much attention because it was so boring. I was just sitting there pretending to listen. And then after we finished drinking our mango juices, I asked her if she wanted to go somewhere else and

walk around for a bit, and we decided to go to this observation tower. So we went up to this observation tower and we had a look at the city. It was very beautiful. And then Then just suddenly out of the blue, she asked me if I liked dancing, and I thought this was a great opportunity to ask

her if she likes singing, because singing is kind of related to dancing. And my number one goal or mission when I first meet a new lady is to try and get her into a karaoke room. And the reason why is because karaoke is a dark private room where you get to be alone with her, and if she

says yes to going to karaoke, it means you have a very high chance that it's okay for you to touch her or to kiss her. Without her getting angry and slapping you in the face. So I asked her if she liked singing and she said yes. So then I followed that up with, do you like karaoke? And

she also said yes. So I asked her if she wanted to go to karaoke now and she said okay. And I said great, and I opened up my maps on my phone and I looked up the closest karaoke place. That's the great thing about Japan, there's karaoke places everywhere. So I found a karaoke place which was quite

nearby, 5 minutes walk, and it was located underneath the train tracks, which was kind of an interesting place to have a karaoke. We went into the karaoke place, went into the room, and I ordered a beer and some chips, and she ordered some kind of carbonated soda. And we didn't even sing. We sat there for about an

hour just chatting. I drank my beer. I was trying to build up confidence to make a move, and she was showing me photos on her phone, and I was showing her photos on my phone, and we were talking about this and that. After about an hour of me trying to build up confidence, I finally built up enough

confidence and I decided to make my move. I reached out for her hand and I just touched her fingers, and she was kind of confused at first. And then I decided to grab her hand, and then she grabbed my hand back, and I pulled her towards me and I kissed her. I just kissed her, and she was

kind of surprised, but she didn't make me stop. She wasn't angry. She didn't slap me in the face and walk out. She kissed me back. So we kissed for a bit in the karaoke, and I started to get very touchy. I started to get very physical, and I started to put my hand on her thigh And I

moved it higher up, and she seemed to enjoy it. And then I asked her if she wanted to remove her panties, and she said okay, and she slipped them off, and I touched her legs, and they were very hairy, which was a bit surprising. I've never experienced such a hairy leg from a woman before. I started to

think to myself, this is crazy, hold on a minute, are we actually going to do this in the karaoke room? Usually I ask them if they want to go to a hotel room, but it seems like we were going to skip that stage and just skip right to the good part. In the karaoke room, which was a

new experience for me. So I took down my trousers and, you know, I was trying to initiate— I think you know what I was trying to initiate. I was trying to get the plug into the socket, but I couldn't. It just wouldn't fit for some reason. She was bent over, but she wasn't bent over like women usually

bend over. Usually when a woman bends over, she arches her back so the goods are exposed and there's easy access, but For some reason, this lady didn't know how to bend over properly. She was on all fours on the sofa chair in the karaoke room, and her back was bent over like this. It wasn't arched like a

cat, and it made it very difficult to access the socket, if you know what I mean. And I tried and I tried and I tried, and it just wouldn't go in. And I was starting to get fed up, and my plug went soft. So to make the plug go hard again, I had to insert it into her

other opening, which was on her face. It was so frustrating. We must have been trying for about 10 to 15 minutes to try and get it in, but it just wouldn't go in. It wasn't happening, and I was feeling stressed out. I was feeling pressured. It kept going soft. I couldn't believe that I got, got a lady

to this stage to actually do this thing with me, which was something that I've always wanted to do, and it wasn't, it wasn't going well. It was an absolute nightmare. This is the main reason why I hate doing foreplay, is because I feel kind of bored doing foreplay, and when I get bored, I go soft. That's why

I need to get the plug into the socket as quickly as possible before it goes soft. So I decided to take my hand, and I started to push gently down on her lower back to try and make her back arch properly like it's supposed to, so you have easy access to the goods. And it worked! I started

rubbing, and the plug eased its way into the socket, and it was amazing. But then after doing it for a few seconds, she started to say it was uncomfortable. She said it was painful, it was too big, and she wanted to stop. And it was kind of frustrating because after trying for such a long time, we finally

got it in, and then she wanted to stop straight away. So I said, fine, we'll stop. And I blew my load quickly in about 5 seconds, and then I took it out, and I asked her if she was okay, and she said she was okay. And she went to the toilet to clean herself up, and I put

my trousers back on. She came back from the toilet and we had a little talk, and she just said that it was— it was too big. She wasn't used to that size, and I was really surprised, and I kind of took it as a compliment. I looked down at my shirt and there was a red stain at

the bottom of my shirt, and I was wondering if that was blood from her. Why would there be blood? I wasn't that rough. I was actually quite gentle. I wanted to ask her if that was her first time doing it ever. But I thought to myself, there's no way she could be 40 years old and still be

a virgin. That's just weird. So I pretended that the blood thing wasn't there and I just ignored it. And we left the karaoke place, we said goodbye, and I never saw her again.

Hello and welcome to today's Cooking with Daniel. Today we're going to be making

Spaghetti, and we have some spaghetti. We have an onion, very big onion, uh, rock salt. We have minced meat. This is a combination of pork and beef mince because for some reason in Japan they don't just sell— they don't sell just beef mince. They have to have it with some kind of pork mixture. We also have chopped

tomatoes

and some Garlic powder. Very, very nice ingredients. Okay, so first things first, we are going to cut our onion into tiny pieces. So this is the trick to cutting an onion. First you cut off this bit, and then you cut off this bit.

Move these out of the way, and then you cut the onion into half.

We're only going to use half of the onion because we don't need that much onion. And then just peel off this layer

and put that to, to the side. Get rid of these little bits, bits of scraps. Okay, so this is the trick to cutting an onion. First, we need it to be sliced into small pieces. We don't want large chunks of onion in our spaghetti, so just slice it like this at first,

and then turn it sideways, make sure it's all lined up evenly, and then just slice down like this. You see that? You get lots of lovely nice pieces of onion.

And it goes all over the place, which is kind of irritating. You also need a very sharp knife because if your knife isn't sharp enough, then it's not going to cut very easily and you'll just end up squishing the onion instead of slicing it, which isn't ideal. Make sure it's all evenly sized, evenly. We don't want any

big chunks, like I said.

Earlier. Okay, so we have the onion prepared, and that's basically all you need to do. Everything else you just toss into the frying pan. Before we start frying, I forgot one important thing. We actually have to— we actually have to boil the spaghetti. So I'm going to show you how to boil and cook spaghetti before you start

frying the ingredients. So, um, how do we boil spaghetti? Well, we boil spaghetti using water. Yes, very good, Jimmy, that's the correct answer. So first of all, we need some water from the tank— I mean, the sink. Get yourself some water like this,

and you can use a pot or you can use a frying pan. I'm going to use a frying pan because it's easier. Put your water into the frying pan like so.

That should be— no, we'll have a bit more water. Okay, that should be enough water now.

Turn off your tank.

Okay, so this is how much spaghetti we're going to be using. Um, I know it doesn't look like much, but a rookie mistake that a lot of beginners do is they take too much spaghetti because they think, oh, that doesn't look like much spaghetti, but then it cooks and it gets bigger and expands, and then they realize,

oh, I've made too much spaghetti. So I think this much is just the right amount for one person. Okay, so as you can see, the water has boiled and I've snapped the spaghetti in half. That's because spaghetti is very long, and what tends to happen is it burns on the edge of the pan. So by snapping it

in half, you avoid burning it, and it makes it easier to eat. So it's been about 10 minutes, the spaghetti has finished cooking, and we have placed it— transferred it into a nice bowl. And the meat and onions are ready to be fried. We also have our salt and garlic powder ready to be added. So let's get

into the frying.

Boom!

Okay, so the next stage is we're going to add our chopped tomatoes. This is going to make the base of the pasta sauce, and it's going to add a nice tomatoey flavor to the whole dish. Let's add in about half of the tin. Like so.

Or we could just add in the whole thing, it's up to you really. Um, yeah, it's up to you. I think we can also add in some black pepper for extra seasoning. Just sprinkle it in there, don't be too stingy, be generous, be generous when it comes to your seasoning. We don't like bland food in the kitchen.

Okay, so just let that sit Simmer for a little while. You might want to taste it to see if it's salty enough. Just give it a little taste.

I think I think we're out of gas. The the gas just ran out, but that's okay because it's it's pretty much finished. I think it's good enough. We can we can add the spaghetti into it now. Don't worry.

And ladies and gentlemen, there you have it— spaghetti bolognese. I think it looks not too bad. Um, on hindsight, I think that we added a bit too much tomato sauce and there's not enough spaghetti. So, um, if we could go back in time, I would add a bit more spaghetti to balance out the ratio of spaghetti to

ingredients, but overall I think it looks pretty good.
