another individual deliver on my behalf.

Is it insurance or health and safety

thing? I don't see why. The insurance

is for me to drive. I'm driving. My mum's

not driving. The insurance isn't to cover

you carrying a bag to the door.

There's no such thing as insurance to— in

case you hurt your back.

Now the rules say you can bring someone,

but they're not allowed to drive, they're

not allowed to deliver, and they're not

allowed to get out of the car.

And I guess most people don't care and

they break the rules, but they don't film

it and put it on YouTube like I did.

That was the main problem. You can get

away with doing anything, really. It's

just if you film yourself doing it, then

you're screwed.

Like most things in life, people break the

rules all the time. It's like, I got, uh,

I got pulled over by police for not

indicating. People don't indicate and

change lanes all the time.

It's just so silly because loads of people

bring a friend or their partner or their

parent. I've seen loads of people get out

of the car or sitting in the car and

there's more than one. Obviously that

person's coming along to help, not just

sit there playing on their phone.

Obviously, if there's like a massive box,

they're gonna get out of the car and help

you carry it.

So I sent them another email saying

my mum was just helping me, usually she

stays in the car, I'll never do it again.

That was yesterday.

Yeah, I have heard a lot of stories,

people getting banned, like they overslept

and they arrived too late, or they got

stuck in a traffic jam and they arrived

too late, or they got sick and they

couldn't show up and they got a penalty.

So today I did Uber Eats.

For about five hours, I only made

fifty-one pounds, and then my insurance

cost about six pounds. So really, I only

made forty-five pounds. It's not great.

I mean, it says on the app I did three

hours of driving, and I made fifty-one

pounds. So in their eyes, they're gonna

say, "Oh, you made fifteen pounds an

hour." Because I made £51, says I did

3 hours driving. It's like £17 an hour,

they would say. But really, I arrived at

the McDonald's at 11, and then I decided

to go home at half 4. So that's like 5

hours. The problem is I kept getting stuck

in traffic jams. For some reason, the road

around the McDonald's kept getting jammed,

and then the school rush started. I got

stuck again. And then around 4 to 5, the

stupid normal rush hour started. I got

stuck again. I kept getting stuck in

traffic jams.

But apart from that, it went pretty well.

It's just you only make— you

can only make like £10 an hour doing Uber

Eats. And then

I had to sit in the subway I had loads of

Subway orders. They take ages to make the

Subways. I was sitting in Subway for like

10 minutes because

they got to like scoop out the fillings,

cut the bread, put the fillings in, put it

in the stupid toaster. It takes forever to

make a Subway sandwich.

And then if they got customers at the

Subway They serve the customers first and

then they do the online orders.

I got £3 in tips.

Yeah, I mean, Amazon is way better paying

and you can get the job done faster, but

it's way more stressful and way more

anxiety-inducing because you don't know

where you're going to get sent. You don't

get a choice in where you get sent. At

least with Uber Eats, it was really easy

because I only chose what I wanted to do.

Every time it said, oh, Maidstone Town

Centre sends you to Chatham, I would just

reject it, and then I'll just wait until

the McDonald's I'm sitting outside has an

offer. So I

would say the comparison is Amazon you

get finished, you can finish a 3.5-hour

block in probably under 2 hours. So you

work probably half the hours for more

money, but it's way more stressful. Well,

I mean, it's a toying cost really. It

could be really stressful or it could be

really easy. I would say 20%

of the time it's really easy, 30% of the

time It's okay. And then like 50% of the

time it's horrible. Chatham Farms,

horrible. 50 parcels.

And also because you got like 50 parcels

in your car, you feel pressure and stress.

You only have one McDonald's in your car

and you've only got one place to take it.

It's way less stressful. So yeah,

I guess it's a trade-off.

Do you want to work longer for less, but

it's way easier? Or do you want to work

shorter for more, but it's way more

stressful? Hmm,

I don't know. It was really relaxing

today, just going to the McDonald's, go to

the subway, back to the McDonald's. All

the houses I delivered to today were

around the McDonald's, obviously, and the

houses around the McDonald's were nice.

It was nice in Aylesford and Westmorling.

Any offers that came up for Maidstone

Central, I would just reject it. There

were some good ones in Maidstone. There

were some KFC and kebab shops offering £15

to deliver it back to where I live, which

is in Harriersham. But it was like, uh,

it would have taken like 40 minutes and

then 20-minute drive back. It would have

taken an hour. So I didn't want to go all

the way home to make £15 and have to drive

all the way back into town.

I think I'd prefer less money and less

stress, to be honest.

I'm going to try again tomorrow. Maybe

I'll have better luck. So I made £51 today

doing 5 hours minus £6 insurance. I made

£45. If I do that every day,

I'd make £1,300.

And then add my YouTube earnings, which

are like £800. Maybe I make this See,

don't need stupid Amazon fffex.

Don't need Amazon anymore, got Uber Eats.

I think to optimize it more efficiently,

you do have to be picky. If I kept going

into the town center where there's nowhere

to park, I don't want to risk parking on

yellow lines and getting a ticket, a fine.

That would just be stupid. So I didn't

dare to go into the town center where A

lot of the good offers were coming out of

the town centre, like £15 Pepe chicken,

£12 Waitrose multi-drops.

Really need a bicycle or motorbike for

that. So I just stuck around the outskirts

of Maidstone, around the McDonald's and

Subway which they have outside of the

hospital. So I basically just hung around

the hospital. Where they've got 2 Subways,

McDonald's, a Tesco. I did a Tesco my

first delivery, £5.80, and I did about

3 or 4 McDonald's and about 4 Subways.

Also, if you deliver after 6 PM, they pay

you £1 extra per delivery. So I did 11

deliveries today, and if I did that after

6 PM, they would have gave me an extra

£11. I would have made £62, but I don't

want to deliver after 6 PM because it's

dark. I went home about half 4 because it

was getting dark. Yeah, sometimes Amazon,

they send you to town center and then

you've got like 20 parcels. You gotta find

somewhere to park and then collect all the

parcels, and you're going up and down

flats, can't get in the flat because the

idiot won't open the door because he's not

there. So then you risk leaving the parcel

at the door. At least with Uber Eats

Everyone's always there because they've

ordered their food. They're obviously at

home waiting for their food to come.

Amazon, people order it and then they just

forget that they've ordered it and they go

to work or they go out. Even though I need

a password. Uber Eats, they're always

waiting at home. They always got the

password ready. They always— sometimes

they're standing by the door.

So yeah, Uber Eats is a lot easier,

but they do pay way less. On Amazon, I

could make £144 doing about 6

hours work. On Uber Eats, I probably make

like £50 or £60,

but then I guess it's fair, isn't it? If

Amazon's more difficult, it's fair that it

pays more.

Also, Amazon is way stricter than

McDonald's. I mean, Uber Eats, you can get

there late and then they'll be like, oh,

it's gone cold, we're going to have to

remake it because you were late. You don't

get penalties, you don't get penalized or

anything. One time I got stuck in a jam,

I arrived at McDonald's and the food went

cold. So I had to wait for them to remake

it. I didn't get a penalty or anything.

Also, I delivered the wrong Subway to the

wrong person. Luckily, she came running

out and she said, wait, this isn't for me.

I said, oh, what's your name? She didn't

give me a negative review.

People are nicer on Uber Eats,

and I just stuck around the area I know

well so I didn't have to go anywhere that

I was not familiar with.

They also got fish and chips there, but I

didn't get any today.

So tomorrow I'll probably do the same

thing, camp outside the McDonald's.

I think that is the best place. I don't

know where else would be better.

I need a, like, a big McDonald's by a

road, not like a high street McDonald's

one in the shopping mall, another on the

high street. I don't go to those. There's

ready yet, probably won't be ready for an

hour. If it's not ready for an hour, why

did you post it on Uber Eats? Don't post

it on Uber Eats for a driver to come pick

it up if it's not ready then, idiot. I

kept going back to Asda really happy

because I was like, wow, £15. Wow,

£9 Asda double order. I get there

You're gonna have— we don't know how long

you're gonna have to wait. So I just

cancelled it. So I don't

want to go to Asda again. I don't know why

they're— why is it showing on the app for

delivery drivers if it's not ready to be

once. I make the sponsorship video once,

put it into the beginning of every Path of

Exile video I make, and they're gonna pay

me $200 a month. So that's pretty good.

That started my neck ache and then it just

got worse and worse.

stuff, they're horrible. Never had this in

And then I had this weird nightmare last

night. This big Tyrannosaurus Rex was in

my garden and we were trying to run away

from it and it was chasing me. And for

some reason I could fly like a paper

aeroplane, but I needed the wind to carry

me. And I was like trying to fly away and

it was chasing me and then it caught me

and it was like ripping my legs off. It

was really scary. I remember

very distinctly running into the apple

orchard and then onto the road, and I

could hear it chasing after me.

I had all these nightmares after I got

banned on Amazon Flex. I felt really

depressed, and I had all these weird

It's just so annoying when something that

was out of your control happens and then

you get affected negatively by it, even

though you tried your best to keep it

going, keep things going in a good way,

and then you get screwed over something

that was completely unforeseen. Had no

idea. I didn't even know when

shift at Amazon. Me and Sunny did it

together and she was delivering the

parcels because I was a bit nervous. So I

would do the app and she would knock on

the door and I would stand behind her. So

from the very first day, I guess I was

breaking the rules.

Now they're going to see that and decide

to keep me banned. Oh, Daniel, he gets

everyone to deliver on his behalf.

So stupid. We're delivering

it together. She's not delivering it on my

behalf. We're helping each other out.

What's the problem with that?

People do it all the time. You see loads

of people saying stuff like, oh, me and my

husband Sometimes when we're bored, we go

and do an Amazon shift and he

drives and I deliver the parcels. People

do all the time. Sometimes I see Amazon

Flex drivers come here and it's like a

woman driving and then a younger woman

gets out, hands a parcel over. Why are

they so anal about it? Banned me

for stupid reason. Fucking Amazon.

Now I have to resort to delivering

Legal reasons? How about instead of using

legal reasons, they use some common sense?

No one cares. Imagine you ask all

the Amazon customers, were you upset by my

mum delivering the parcels instead of me?

long as I get my parcel. No one cares

affect Amazon? Like what, my mum delivers

a parcel and then she breaks her ankle

whilst delivering, so she's allowed to sue

The special insurance you have to get is

for driving. You need insurance to deliver

parcels in a car. You don't need insurance

to carry a parcel on foot from the car to

the door. The delivery

insurance is for driving, not walking.

Obviously I do all the driving,

and then I've got all these idiots in my

comment section saying your mum is doing

more work than you are. What, by

delivering one parcel on camera?

Well, I won't get in trouble on Uber Eats

because I'm just not gonna film it. As

And I'm not going with my mum, and I'm not

showing the addresses, so I'm not doing

What? It says,

we're contacting you because a customer

reported they didn't receive a package you

marked as delivered on the 15th December.

Am I supposed to give a fuck? You banned

me, stupid idiots. Should I reply saying,

I don't care, you banned me?

15th of December, that was like 4 days

ago.

Here are some suggestions to help make

sure customers get their packages. The

number one reason why maybe they didn't

get the package is because they didn't put

a number on their stupid house. So I

didn't know which house it was and I

guessed. So many people don't have a

number outside of the house. How am I

supposed to know where the house is?

Or someone stole it from the front door,

then I don't know, maybe invest in a

little thing called a postbox,

idiot. All you need is like a plastic box

and then tell me to put it in the plastic

box. Or maybe don't order stuff and

then leave your house.

Not my fault. What am

I supposed to do? It says I'm supposed to

deliver the parcel. If they're not at home

and I take it back to the warehouse, I'm

gonna get in trouble. So where am I

supposed to put it?

This doesn't happen on Uber Eats because

people order food and they're waiting

there for their food to come. They're not

like, I'm gonna order McDonald's and then

go out shopping, be back in 2 hours,

and then you put the McDonald's at the

doorstep and then they complain it's all

cold. No, that doesn't happen on Uber Eats

because they're always waiting.

I got all excited thinking it was like a

response to my appeal.

Why are they sending me this after I'm

banned?

Make sure nobody robs your food.

A lot of the food needs a PIN code.

Um, but yeah, if someone does come up to

me and they're like, oh, that's for me,

mate, my initial instincts

would be to just give it to them and say,

okay, thanks.

That is, um, a bit of a weak point of

mine. I am too trustworthy,

or I don't really have the confidence to

like question people. I just go with it.

You can't steal the food, it's sealed.

They close up the bag and they put a

sticker over it. Unless you like cut a

tiny hole and then get some tweezers,

you wouldn't get away with it.

No, I was really depressed doing Amazon,

to be honest. I felt miserable having to

go to the warehouse, dreading where I was

going to get sent. Yeah, the money was

good, and I was hoping I could do one more

week of Amazon Flex before Christmas, and

then I was gonna cut down on doing it

because I was really, really feeling

miserable doing it. I feel a lot less

miserable doing Uber Eats. It's just the

money, it's not very good.

I have never felt so miserable doing

Amazon before. It's probably one of the

most miserable feeling jobs I've ever had

to do. The number one reason is being sent

to horrible places. The actual work is

fine, just taking parcels to front doors.

But if you're in a horrible area, it just

brings down your whole mood.

And there's a lot of horrible areas in

Kent, like Chatham, Maidstone.

I just want to deliver in the nice areas.

They should have an app where they only

sell expensive things, so the only people

buying it are rich people or well-off

people, so you only have to deliver to

nice areas. I think with

Uber Eats, um, you kind of have

to not be poor to be able to afford to

blow like £50 on McDonald's.

I don't know if that really counts. Plus

pay £5 delivery. I feel like a poor person

would just go into town and get McDonald's

to save money. Because most

of the McDonald's and Subways I delivered

were to decent houses, not like slum

pits.

I hate the poor areas so much.

Or you pick an area to do Uber Eats in

where It's mostly residential houses.

So I don't go near Maidstone, I don't go

near Chatham.

I stick around the hospital area. The

houses around that area are quite nice,

like Allington. Nice new, newly built

housing area, big wide roads,

semi-detached houses. Terraced house— any

street that has terraced houses are

horrible. You know, it's like one long,

really long block of buildings all

connected to each other, and then they're

cut into sections— houses. That's a

terraced house. They are always horrible

places, and it's full of cars and there's

nowhere to park,

and they always have weird people living

in them that smell like weed.

Town centre's worse as well. Anywhere near

town centre is horrible. Anytime on Uber

Eats when it says you gotta go into the

town centre, I just press no thanks.

I'll just wait at this McDonald's. I don't

care if you're offering £10, £15 to go

into town centre. I'm not going into the

town centre. There's so many shops like

KFC, GDK.

There's actually a Thai restaurant as well

nearby the Maidstone East train station

where Brenchley Park is. Brenchley Park is

the park where all the chavs go. My sister

used to hang out there when she was a

secondary school student and it just

smells like weed. The whole place smells

like weed. And there's nowhere to park

apart from at the train station, but the

train station parking is usually full up.

So then you've got nowhere to park apart

from double yellow lines. So what am I

gonna do? The nearest car park is on the

other side of the train tracks, so I park

there and then run all the way from the

train station into town to pick up a KFC.

It's just not worth it. I'd rather wait at

the Aylesford McDonald's cuz

they got shops there like Subway.

You got 2 Subways and a McDonald's and a

fish and chips, so I camp that area.

That's like my area, and it's not

too difficult to get into the McDonald's

car park. Actually, it is. After about 2

PM, the road gets packed.

Might get some if I stay out until 4 PM

tomorrow. Might get some fish and chip

deliveries.

Try delivering Section 8 housing in the

US. Yeah, I bet America's horrible. I saw

some videos. This guy. Was riding a

bicycle through Skid Row and all these

homeless black men were like yelling at

him. Hey, yo, man, hang on a minute, man.

I want to talk to you. And then they're

probably going to rob you. America looks

like such a dump. Just homeless people

everywhere, even in the popular cities

like California.

And what's the other one?

Vegas. Apparently got loads of homeless

people, slum areas.

I don't know, how do you do delivery work

in America and avoid the horrible areas

when there's horrible areas everywhere you

go?

It's just— it sucks because it's like

every country is full of horrible areas.

Why do horrible areas have to exist? Why

can't everyone just be nice? What is wrong

with human beings? Why is it like this

area is really nice, people really nice

and pleasant, the cars are parked nicely,

the streets are clean, houses are nice,

nicely kept gardens, just looks great.

Why can't it all be like that? What is

wrong with the human race?

I went delivering around Birsted and I

thought, this is so nice, why can't

everywhere be like this?

Yeah, there's horrible places in Japan

too. Basically all

of Osaka is horrible apart from Umeda,

Shinsaibashi, and Namba. Apart from that

tiny bit, which is like this big compared

to the whole side of— size of Osaka, the

rest of Osaka sucks. Shinsekai,

Tennoji. Tennoji is horrible with

like a slum in— what's that place

called? The slum place.

I forgot, it's near Tennoji. It's got the

slum and then it's got the red light

brothel district, Hobotashinchi. And then

Tengachaya, that area is like,

oh, it seems like it would have been a

nice place back in the '60s. It's like

since the '60s or '70s it hasn't had any

developments or upgrades. It's just

remained stuck in time. Shinsekai. If you

want to see what Japan was like in the

'70s, go to Shinsekai. Go 'Cause that

place is just stuck in time. It hasn't

moved on at all. It just feels old. It

looks old. Old people everywhere. It

smells old. Everything just looks old and

faded and run down. And then there's like

women everywhere selling their bodies and

homeless men sitting around on the

streets. Such a depressing place, Osaka.

That's why I don't like Japan anymore,

because I lived in Osaka this year and I

streamed every day walking around all day,

and I walked everywhere all around Osaka.

I walked from Osaka to Nara, Nara back to

Osaka. I walked from Osaka halfway to

Kyoto, and then I gave up and I got a

bicycle. I walked clockwise around Osaka,

anti-clockwise. I went from north to south

to south to the north, east to the west,

central bit back to Tachibana,

which is in Amagasaki. Amagasaki is even

worse. All of Amagasaki sucks. It's

horrible. It's like industrial factory

kind of area. So all the people living

there work in the industrial industry. So

they're all low-class. Rough around

the edges, rude, smell like takoyaki

fat, got stains on their trousers.

It really changed the image of Japan I

had. Everyone thinks, oh, Japan's so

clean, Japan's so futuristic,

Japanese people are so nice and polite and

dress so well and they all have great

hair. Go to Osaka. It's not like

that at all. Armpit of Japan.

I hate Osaka now. I used to think Osaka

was great because I went to Osaka. That

was the first place I went in Japan. I

didn't go to Tokyo my first time. I went

to Tokyo my second and third time. So

Osaka always had like a special place in

my heart because I experienced

socializing, having friends, and meeting

women for the first time in my life in

Osaka. So it was like a special place to

me, but now it's just tainted with bad

memories.
