sitting down by the window. I tried a lot

of different angles. Unfortunately, I

can't do that here because I can't show

apartment. It's just a bed and a sofa and

a balcony. We went swimming 2 days

ago and the water was freezing cold.

It wasn't great, but the swimming pool

here is really nice. I think if the

weather was hotter, it would be more

pleasant. And then yesterday we went to—

we went to this kind of amusement park

called Dreamworld, and it was like this

really old-looking theme park that was

built in the 1990s, but it has this 1970s,

1960s vibe with the merry-go-rounds and

old roller coasters. It was okay. We spent

about 5 hours there. We only saw a few

things. See, it took so long to queue up

for anything. We went in a haunted house

and then we went for this 4D experience

thing where they just blow air and water

at you. And we went on— went

on a boat where you pedal. We went on all

the lame rides. We didn't go on any roller

coasters because I hate roller coasters.

But at least I went on a few things. Last

time I went to a theme park with Chihiro

was that USJ, and I just refused to go on

anything, and I just moaned the whole

time. At least this time I went on a few

things because I remember watching that

video back and thinking Damn, I'm so

boring and miserable to hang out with.

It's just I get so moody, especially when

it's so hot and I feel really fed up.

I felt pretty moody yesterday because it

was so hot as well. And we went to this

rubbish restaurant where they served

noodles, but the noodles were really

spicy. And then I think one of them had

this blood broth. It tasted disgusting. I

gagged when I smelled it, but I was really

hungry, so I tried some. Then she said,

you know, that's blood, and I nearly

vomited. It was like some kind of

blood-based soup. It was gross. It was all

red, like a deep red color. It smelt like

something rotten. It was horrible.

Ugh, I don't like Thai food. I'm not

enjoying the food so far. From the few

things I've tried from Thai food, none of

it has been good. I tried this pork thing.

It was just like pork and rice,

but everything else just tastes weird. I

don't like it. It's got this weird

lemongrass lime flavor in almost

everything. They put chili and, and

petrol station, and we bought some stuff.

And I had to pay by card, the guy took my

card and then put it over the wireless

transmitter thing in front of us, and it

was facing the right way up, which was

kind of annoying because usually I can put

the card over the wireless thing myself

and cover up the front of the card, but he

did it for me, and she was standing next

to me, and I think she was looking at the

card. Also, when they print out your

receipt after you pay by card, it says

your name on the receipt So I have to

quickly take the receipt and screw it up

and put it in my pocket.

now. I have this weird thing with my

finger now. It looks really gross.

and blistered and flaky, and it's got like

these weird bubbles under the skin, and

then the bubbles have pus, and then it

dries after a few days. And then it's just

like all flaky and dry, and it's only on

this one finger. I have no idea what this

is, so I've been trying to keep

it dry and keeping it out of shampoo and

soap and stuff. Going swimming and

swimming in chlorine was not a good idea

for my skin. I think this happened

once. It's called dyshidrotic eczema.

Yeah, I have some kind of eczema thing

with my left hand. And it used to be way

worse about 10 years ago. I had this huge

red patch all on the palm of my hand and

all on the inside my fingers, and

sometimes it spread over to my right hand,

but it's never been bad on my right hand.

But it got a lot better on my left hand

just randomly, but now it's getting bad

again, and it's just this weird itchy dry

rash on the inside of my 2 middle fingers.

And sometimes on the palm of my hand. And

it just— it goes and it comes without me

really doing anything. I don't know what

it's being triggered by. Maybe it's

triggered by some kind of food, but it's

really gross and it feels horrible. Like,

my whole finger just feels tight and dry.

I put moisturizer on, but it doesn't

really help much.

It's an allergy. I really want to get like

a, a food allergy test. I tried to in

Manchester, but they ended up refunding my

money and they never gave me results. I

had to bleed on this piece of paper.

Maybe it's some kind of allergy, but I

don't know what it's to. It could be to

shampoo because I'm using her shampoo now.

had this weird blister on my lip as well

think I'm having any allergic reaction

I put this one cream she had on and it

made it even worse. My whole finger went

would just fall asleep and I got that

the early days. But now I started,

middle of the night, 4 AM, and then go to

way, I just get way less views.

with, they're going to be upset when they

I think Rishi Sunak would do better than

Liz Truss because he seems like he has

that determination and hunger for power

and to be the guy in charge. I don't know

why Liz Truss folded so easily. Maybe

because she's a woman and she's like, oh

no, I failed, I've got to resign. She

doesn't seem mentally strong enough.

You've got to be like a psycho to want

that power so desperately that you don't

care that half the country hates you.

It's like Keemstar. Half the internet

hates him, but he still enjoys the feeling

of being a celebrity, internet celebrity,

off it. A lot of YouTubers, when they get

canceled and hated, they just disappear

because they're in it to be liked and to

be popular. When they get so much hate,

they just don't enjoy it anymore.

prime minister. It's like England was

Does your girlfriend shower daily? She

showers like 3 times a day. In the morning

and then before bed, and then sometimes

she randomly wakes up in the middle of the

night and has a shower. But they're not

proper showers, they're just like quick

60-second blasts under the water.

I don't see the point. I have a proper

shower. I wash everything, empty out my

dirt sacks.

But I only have one shower when I wake up.

I don't shower before sleep. But now I

did one on Twitch a couple days ago and I

think it went okay. I just need more

confidence. I don't know

why I feel so like I'm gonna have a

nervous breakdown just by filming outside,

see loads of people outside just filming

stuff. We went to Dreamworld yesterday and

they had this, they had this area called

Snow World and it's like this massive

air-conditioned room. They blast fake—

it's not fake snow, it's real snow, but

they make it in a machine and then they

blast out this fan and it sprinkles snow

everywhere and there's real snow on the

ground and they give you a coat and boots

And all the Thai people go in there and

it's like experiencing what it's like to

be in a cold country. And they take all

these selfies and it's all decorated like

a Christmas wonderland. It felt so nice to

be cold again. It was like stepping into a

fridge. But I haven't felt cold in

that way since I got here. It felt so

refreshing to be cold again.

But there was this guy there. He had a

GoPro and he was filming everything.

What else did we do Saturday?

I forgot now. I think we just went

shopping. We were gonna go to Pattaya—

Pattaya, I can't pronounce it— but we felt

too lazy to go. And then Sunday, I think

we went swimming, but we haven't been

doing much, just kind of sitting around

the apartment. I feel pretty bored

because I can't, I can't check my YouTube

stuff in front of her. I just check my

stocks. And I can't chat on Discord when

she's around either.

When am I going to Australia? Never.

traveling in the Sierra Mountains with

his Japanese wagon.

It's kind of sad how no one cares about

him anymore, or no one even knows who he

is anymore. He's from such a long time

ago. But it's amazing to think that at one

point in the whole J-vlogging community.

He was the biggest and most popular

channel back when it was just a really

small tight-knit group of creators. His

videos were really good though back in the

day. He gave

you this glimpse of life in Japan as a

foreigner and he made it funny and

interesting and he did cool stuff.

And then he went back to America and just

kind of stopped making videos.

I still don't understand the problem with

your girlfriend. Well, the problem is

she's getting suspicious about my name.

She's asking weird questions like, is your

name really Daniel?

And then she's also getting very emotional

over certain things like not being able to

pay for petrol. We were

going to restaurants when I first got

here, and I kept wanting to go to Japanese

restaurants. And Japanese restaurants are

kind of expensive here compared to Thai

restaurants. And then I wanted to go to

yakiniku. We found a place, but then she

didn't have enough money to be able to

afford it. But she wanted me to go to

enjoy myself. And then she started crying,

and then I had to like I had

to comfort her and say, it's okay, I'll

pay for your dish too, I don't mind.

There's several problems involving money.

She feels guilty for not being able to pay

and having to make me pay, but I can

tell she wants to spend time with me, so

she wants to be able to do stuff

with me. It's, you know, that Friends

episode where half of the friends became

financially successful, like Ross and

Monica and Rachel, and then the other 3,

like Joey and Phoebe and— I

forgot who the other one is— that they

were broke, so they couldn't afford to do

the fun things with the financially

successful friends. And then there was

like this rift that was created between

them and this weird awkwardness where the

more financially well-off friends had to

pay for the other friends. It's kind of

like that. This weird situation where I'm

not rich, but she seems to think I'm rich

because I'm able to afford stuff like nice

apartments and Japanese wagyu beef. To me,

that's not really expensive. But to a Thai

person, I'm guessing that is expensive

because they'll just have a 50 baht pad

thai at like a local restaurant that just

costs about 50 or 60 baht. And then here I

am blowing 1,000 baht

on wagyu beef and Japanese food,

which I guess is kind of expensive, £20 a

meal. Yeah, that is expensive for me as

well. But I don't usually go to

restaurants. I usually go to a

supermarket, I buy ingredients, and then I

do my own cooking. I never go to

restaurants unless I'm dating someone.

Why is she feeling bad that you're paying?

Because she doesn't want me to pay for

her. She feels guilty

that I'm paying a lot of money, I guess.

So for that reason, I don't think she's a

scammer or a gold digger because

she feels— she feels guilt over it, which

is a good sign that she's not crazy.

think his name's Scott. He sent me an

email saying that he would like to do

a collab or something, but I ignored him.

He had quite a big channel back in the

day, but then he just fell off like

everyone else. Do you

remember Texan in Tokyo? Yeah, I made a

video about them, remember? It did not go

down well. I, I made this point that they

were dumb for quitting YouTube because

YouTube is the best job in the entire

world. Why would you want to quit when you

have a massive audience that loves you?

And then even that EricSurf6 guy commented

saying, oh, they moved on to much better

things now. And I got annoyed thinking,

what could possibly be better than

YouTube? You just sit here and you talk

and you make stupid videos about your life

and people love you. That's basically the

best job in the entire world. How could

anything top that? And they had the nerve

to just quit. I would kill to have their

audience and the size of their channel. I

would love to have that. So I made a video

ranting about them. Thinking everyone

would agree with me, and instead everyone

was upset and angry that I

made those comments. I wonder what they're

they're on to much better things. Their

cuz they wanted to have kids but they
