My wife wants to SUE me for cheating on her!

Um, yesterday I did a livestream about how

my wife wants to sue me because she thinks

I cheated on her, and I decided to take

down that livestream because it was a bit

long, over 2 hours, and I'll just make a

quick video now to summarize what, what

happened. So basically,

my wife wants to sue me because she thinks

that I cheated on her. Some of you might

know this, but last weekend I went to

London on a business trip. Um, I didn't

vlog it, I didn't livestream it, I didn't

really talk about it much, mainly because

I just don't think that now is the right

time to be making that kind of stuff on my

channel. I only talked about it on my

Discord server, and somehow she found out

about the London trip, and she thinks that

I slept with another woman, and I deny

these allegations. It was purely a

business trip. I just went traveling. I

saw Buckingham Palace and I saw the big

Ferris wheel, and I walked around

Westminster. There was this big Brexit

protest. It was crazy. There were so many

people. Everyone was drinking beer. It

smelled like beer, and it was a little bit

scary, to be honest. I do find it a little

bit strange that she calls it cheating

Even though we agreed to getting divorced

about 2 weeks ago, and in my eyes, in my

mind, once we've agreed to getting

divorced, then we're basically over.

We're done, we're finished, we're

separated. Even though technically we're

still married, to me, I don't feel as

though we're a couple anymore, and I think

it's perfectly fair and okay for us to be

looking for other people now, even though

we're still technically married. But not

to her. She thinks that I should still

stay— this is kind of ridiculous. She

thinks, she expects me to stay loyal to

her even though we've separated and we've

agreed to getting divorced. Just because

we haven't actually gotten divorced yet,

somehow, for some reason, I'm expected

to keep it in my pants. But I just don't

think that that's how it's supposed to

work. I think that once 2 people agree

that a relationship is over, then it's

over regardless of the facts that we might

be married to each other. So a few days

ago, um, I sent off the divorce

papers that I received last week. I sent

them back to her and I said to her, well,

I've sent you the divorce papers. When you

get it, just file them, hand them in, and

then it'll be over. But guess what she's

saying now? She's saying that she's not

going to file the divorce papers. She's

going to keep me married to her. So

basically I'm being forced into being in a

marriage with her, and she's doing this

because she wants to sue me and take me to

court using this evidence that she has.

Apparently she has evidence and proof of

me cheating on her, and she also saw a

lawyer or solicitor, and according to this

lawyer, her proof and evidence is

sufficient enough to be able to sue me Her

evidence includes the SD card, things that

I've been saying on livestreams, things

I've said on Discord, and apparently she

also has screenshots of a conversation

between me and some girl. And I asked her

to show me this screenshot to see if it's

real or if it's fake, and she refused to

show it to me. And guess what else? She's

also claiming that she knows my bank

account details and she can stop— she

can stop money from going in. I don't

quite understand what, what she meant by

that. That's a load of rubbish because

there's no way she knows my, my bank

logins, login details. How would she know

that? And I'm pretty sure even if she did

know it, that, that's illegal. That— I'm

pretty sure that's illegal to, um, say

that you have someone's bank account

details. And she also somehow found out

about my upcoming Germany trip, trip to

Germany, which I haven't even spoken about

on YouTube. I've only talked about it on

Discord. So she's obviously snooping

around on my Discord server and she thinks

I'm going to Germany to sleep with German

girls. Well, I can tell you right now

that, um,

I'm going there purely for, for travel and

business reasons. I've never been to

Germany before, looks interesting, and I

thought it'd be nice to get away from

here. So just because I'm married that she

expects me to just sit in my room all day

long not talking to girls and not, not,

not kafoodling? Anyway, I did a stream

yesterday and it was quite, quite

reassuring that most people agreed that

she can't really do anything because I'm

in England and she's in Japan, the

Japanese courts wouldn't be able to have

any power over me unless I went back to

Japan. And in addition to that, she's also

demanding that I take down all of the

videos on my YouTube channel where she

appears in them, otherwise she's going to

do a privacy claim and have my videos

taken down. That's not really a big deal,

I'll just take them down anyway. So if

you've started noticing my videos getting

deleted, that's because she was in them

and I'm just taking them down for now. I

could blur out her face and leave them up,

but I have so many videos where you can

see her face and it's just, just a lot of

work that I'm too lazy to do right now.

So if you want to see videos where she's

in before I take them down, I guess now

would be the time. I guess I feel a bit

stupid now because everyone was saying,

Daniel, you're gonna get effed over now.

She's gonna sue you and you won't

have any— you won't have any defense or

you won't have any power. She's gonna win

if she takes you to court. And I kept

saying, stop, stop saying stupid stuff.

Stop talking nonsense. She's not that kind

of person. She's not this horrible person.

She's not that kind of petty, vindictive

person who would do such a thing. Well, I

guess I was wrong because That's exactly

who she is. And she said she's not doing

it because of money, she's doing it

because I hurt her and it's basically just

for revenge. And then she started moaning

about me saying mean things about her on

livestreams or this— or on my Discord

server. And I don't know why she's still

snooping around, checking my livestreams,

checking my Discord server. What is she

expecting to find? She hoping that I'm

saying 100% nice things about her? I said

some nice things about her, and I said

some not very nice things about her.

Why is she surprised or shocked about

that? She should know the kind of person I

am by now, and that I often say not

very nice things about people. Is anyone

surprised? It's a little bit shocking that

she would even do this because, well, if

she's successful and she manages to get me

to pay the compensation fee for cheating,

then I would have to use the inheritance

money that I'm going to get from my dad.

I don't know how much I would have to pay.

If it's in the thousands, then that's not

too much of a big deal, but if it's tens

of thousands, then I'm gonna have to use

my dad's inheritance money. And I think

that's kind of— kind of shocking

that she would force me to use the money

that was left by my dad that was supposed

to be left to me. After all the things my

family did for her, paid for a trip to

Malaysia for her where she didn't have to

pay a penny. She stayed in really nice

hotels, paid for a trip, trip to England

over Christmas for her, planes, food,

stayed here for free. She didn't have to

pay a penny. And now my dad passed away,

and then she's trying to get my dad's

inheritance money basically by suing me

and trying to get me to pay her.

Obviously I'm gonna have to use the

inheritance money to pay her off,

wouldn't I? Also, I find it a bit

hypocritical of her because let's not

forget that in her previous marriage,

um, she hooked up with an Australian guy

because her needs weren't being satisfied

by her ex-husband, and this went on for

about a year. And now she's having a go at

me because she suspects that I was up to

something naughty Whilst I was in London,

even though we've agreed to getting

divorced. I just find it kind of

hypocritical, to be honest. Oh, so it's

okay for her to sneak around behind her

ex-husband's back with an Australian guy,

but as soon as she finds out that I may

have been up to something naughty in

London, suddenly she, she starts going to

the courts and seeing lawyers and trying

to sue me, trying to get money out of me,

trying to ban me from entering Japan

again. It's just so, so petty

and childish.

Today we're gonna make one of my famous

Toasted pizza toasties. It's very simple,

we only have 4 ingredients: bread,

tomatoes, cheese, and a bit of bacon.

Suitable for freezing.

Thinly sliced tomatoes

here and here.

Ouch!

And then we'll transfer some over here.

One slice of bacon, and we're going to use

scissors because it's easier.

And we're going to slip— I mean, snip them

into snippings.

Just place them on top.

Like so. It's preheated,

we just pop in the tray and it should take

about 15 minutes maybe, I'm not sure.

Just keep an eye on it, make sure it

doesn't burn, and then yeah, now we just

have to wait.

fascinating.

So our current progress is the cheese has

started to melt, but the toast hasn't

toasted yet, and the tomatoes and bacon

still look raw. I think it's

ready, so let's switch off the oven.
