All 8 DLC STRONGEST Weapons Ranked! Elden Ring： Shadow of the Erdtree

Today we're going to be looking at some of

the best DLC weapons in Elden Ring: Shadow

of the Erdtree, starting with the Ancient

Meteoric Ore Greatsword. Now this is a

really cool weapon with a really cool

effect. It does this charge and massive

explosion of magic damage. Now to boost

our magic damage, we're going to put on

the Magic Shrouding Cracked Tear and Blood

Sucking Cracked Tear which increases

attack power on our Wondrous Flask. And

for talismans, I went for the Godfrey

Icon, Shard of Alexander, Two-Handed Sword

Talisman, and also Crusade Insignia. And

we have the Rakshasa Armor Set, which

gives us bonus damage as well. So with all

that, we have some pretty good damage.

I'll go and show you what this weapon is

capable of after I finish buffing. So when

we pop the flask, the Bloodcracked

Bloodsucking Tear is going to drain our

life, but we're going to do extra damage.

Now watch this stab and explosion.

It can basically 2-shot anything really.

It does use a lot of FP, that's the only

drawback, but it's not really a problem if

you just keep using potions. And even the

basic attack is really powerful, as you

can see. And then I can even destroy these

2 over here. Watch this, look at the

range. You just fly towards them.

So yeah, it's a pretty good weapon and

it's a really good skill. Watch this,

watch, watch. Zoop and boom,

one shot. He can't even move. Yeah,

definitely one of the best weapons. I give

it a 9 out of 10.

And the next weapon is the Frenzy Flame

Perfume Bottle. It's really cool. You've

got these Ashes of War like Rolling

Sparks, which is my favorite, and also

Wall of Sparks, which is also pretty good.

But I like Rolling Sparks, it's got more

range to it. And we're gonna do for the

Wondrous Physick Flask, we're gonna swap

these out for fire damage boost and one of

the new Cracked Tears. The Oil-Soaked Tear

actually coats your enemies in oil and

they take 20% more fire damage if they

touch you. So that's pretty good. For

talismans, we've got the Fire Scorpion

Charm, Alexander Shard, Godfrey Icon. And

yeah, we don't need this anymore. We could

switch it for Ritual Sword Talisman

instead. So you want to buff yourself—

Flame, Grant Me Strength, Golden Vow— pop

the flask. Now the interesting thing about

Oil-Soaked Tear is As you can see,

I'm dripping with oil now, and what you

want to do is sneak up on the enemies so

they get soaked as well. See, he's soaked.

See him soaking and dripping? And now you

do 20% more damage with Rolling Sparks.

See, look how good perfumes are.

And just heal yourself. Do like a running

heavy attack. Like this. Yeah, this one's

pretty fun. It's just like throwing fire

dust to your enemies. Definitely give

this like an A+ grade.

Problem with the Oil-Soaked Tears, we do

have to touch them, but I think it ran

out. And then you just spam this. Look,

look at this guy. He gets staggered as

well every time he gets hit by it.

Problem is, if they're in your face, it's

not great. I'm not really doing anything.

Oh, he got me. Okay, moving on to the next

weapon, we have the Blood Fiend Arm. Now

this is one of the best weapons. The heavy

attack does like a blood loss trigger.

It's really powerful, and if you couple it

with Royal Knight's Resolve and the

Oil-Soaked Tear Pot and fire buffs, it can

be pretty devastating. So for the

talismans: Axe Talisman, Ritual Sword

Talisman, Two-Handed Sword Talisman, Fire

Scorpion Charm. And I've been able to do

some insane crits with this. Watch this.

So touch him, heavy attack,

15,000 damage! Did you see that?

I can do it again, watch. So you get 20%

fire damage buff from the Oil Soaked Tear,

and you get all these other fire buffs

like Flame, Grant Me Strength. Look at

this, watch. Oh, 12,000 damage!

It's so good. You get the fire damage

buff, the Fire Scorpion charm,

everything's just fire. Watch this.

I missed it. I got him that time.

Yeah, the blood loss buildup is really

good on it, especially if you put it as a

blood affinity instead of fire. So if you

want to do huge damage with blood loss

buildup and easy staggers, this is one of

the best weapons. I have to give it an S

grade. Watch this. Oh, one shot!

So here is another new DLC weapon. It's

called the Red Bear's Claw. Now you can't

put an Ash of War onto it because it's

stuck with the one it has, but it has this

slashing one. You get it from this big

giant bear hiding in the woods, and you do

some slashes. So I think good talismans

for this weapon would be the Rotten Wing

Sword Insignia. Crusade Insignia would be

pretty good for it, and I'll show you how

much damage you can do. You've got some

pretty cool movesets. It's just like a

very bear-like attack style, and this

one stuns them a tiny bit, staggers them,

pushes them back. See, look, so it's

pretty powerful. You can do a heavy attack

from sprint. It's kind of like the Dry

Leaf Arts but less kung fu style,

more slashing style. And watch this.

That was not smooth. I can't even see

what's going on. Am I gonna survive?

I guess not. That guy got me again. Jesus

Christ. Weapon number 5, Claws of the

Night, has pretty interesting special

attack where you shoot off a bunch of

these pellets. I don't know what he's

shooting out the claws, um, but it's

pretty interesting. And you got like these

heavy attacks where It's kind of like a

Shadow Claw because they disappear and

then they reappear. So the damage is okay,

I guess. Well, I knocked him off.

It's nice to have like a little ranged

attack. Whoa, the blood buildup is pretty

good as well. You do blood buildup from

the ranged attacks. Look at that. Oh,

I didn't know you could do that. Takes

about 3

hits and slash him.

So maybe you'd do better using Lord of

Blood's exaltation instead of this charge

attack one, then you actually benefit from

the blood. Look at all the blood

everywhere, Jesus Christ, just a lot of

blood. Slash him up.

Damn, these weapons are pretty good, look

Slash. There's so many claw weapons in the

game now. I mean, look, you got like 5

different claws: hook claws, bloodhound

claws, raptor talons, claws of the night,

and then red bear's claws. I feel like

barely anyone uses claws when they

should be. Look at that, just slashed them

to pieces. Pop my flask. I forgot what my

flask was. Oh, fire damage and oil,

that's not very good. Wait, I think we can

do better than that. See if I can get

revenge on this guy. He's killed me twice

now. If you don't one-shot him and

let him spin up his attacks— the problem

is this second guy keeps staggering me.

If you don't deal with the big armored guy

quickly, he just spins around and around.

Weapon number 6, the fire Dryleaf Arts.

Well, it's only fire because I put the

fire affinity onto it. So I was practicing

using this with Palm Blast and the fire

buffs, and it did some pretty good damage.

So you probably know what this is, it's

just like martial arts kung fu style, um,

but you can do some pretty good damage

with it with everything buffed up.

So I have the right talismans— nope, I

need Godfrey.

And maybe I get shard. The shard.

Okay, now watch how much damage

the palm blast does. 9,000 damage!

That's pretty good damage.

My highest record I think is 16,300

damage with that big red hammer. Whoa, he

nearly killed me. These guys do so much

damage. They're easy to kill, but if they

hit you just 3 times— why is he not

getting soaked? The oil soaked here, it

wears off so quickly, so annoying. I don't

really know when you're supposed to use it

against the boss. We only get 10 seconds.

What boss lasts 10 seconds? So watch me

blow these people away. Oh, just blow

him into all the weapons. That's what you

get for killing me 3 times. And then you

go out here, armored guy,

watch this damage.

Oh, nearly! And you can charge up another

one before he gets up. Palm Blast is so

good. And then next, weapon number 7,

I think we've got the Great Katana. I

really love this katana, it really helps

me a lot in some of the bosses. Got some

cool Ashes of War, like Flamespear

is pretty cool, but I want to try

something else this time. I want to try

Royal Knight's Resolve with fire,

and then, and then drink the Oil-Soaked

Tear and fire damage Wondrous Flask.

Royal Knight's Resolve should be able to

do some pretty good damage. We'll to this.

So first we touch him, soak him in oil.

Oh, 9,000, pretty good.

Whoa, where did he come from? He got

revenge. So yeah, it's a pretty nice

weapon. It's very long, it's got good

range, and depending on what buffs and Ash

of War you put onto it, it can be pretty

devastating. I quite like Piercing Fang on

it. With the Mesmer boss I basically

just spammed Piercing Fang on him.

Why isn't he buffing?

Sometimes these bosses are so annoying,

like the big dragon bosses, so hard to hit

their heads, but Piercing Fang gave me the

range. Watch this,

9996. I forgot

to do the oil soaking.

There, he's soaked. That was a bit

rubbish. Watch this, watch. I think

I still got the oil. No, wore off.

It wears off too quickly.

Oh, 2-shot! Yeah, it's a pretty cool

weapon. Yeah, I like the Great Katana.

It's got a few other great katanas like

Dragon Hunter's Rakshasa's Great Katana is

pretty cool. I don't think I buffed it up.

I did, level 9. I don't like it

when the weapon doesn't let you change the

Ash of War though, because Weedcutter,

kind of rubbish. Look, basically it

just does this,

just random slashes.

What? That's so bad.

I would not use this over the Great

Katana. Maybe if you could change the Ash

of— Weedcutter sucks. You just swing it

left to right. And then finally we got the

Fire Knight's Greatsword. Now this is

pretty cool. This is like the European

version of the Great Katana. Same size but

straight instead of curved. So this is a

cool weapon because number one, it's got

fire damage, and number two, if you go

into inventory and you find the weapon and

then you do this, it says further

flame imbuement will amplify the effect to

greatly increase armament's power. So

certain Fire Knight skills do more damage

when you have it on. So you could do a

Royal Knight's Resolve, and you don't

actually have to put fire onto it because

it already has fire by default. So you

could put Occult instead to do more base

damage, and we should already get fire

damage. So this should do some pretty good

damage. Watch this. So we sneak up,

soak him in oil, slash— 10,000

damage!

5,000. Oh crap, stupid camera keeps

spinning around. Yeah, this weapon's

pretty nice.

Look at that. And then watch this,

so we soak him. Why is it

not— has it run out already? Jesus Christ,

so quick. 8,000, pretty good damage.

Yeah, so those are 8 DLC weapons I think

are really good damage. I hate this guy.
