Bobo. Cheers. Are we going to the tram? Yeah, tram stop. I think that's nearest. Recently, I decided to cut out processed meat and junk food from my diet because maybe it would help improve my skin. So I'm trying to eat only plants and fish. I'll show you what I got recently. I guess you could say I'm going vegan if that means I can still eat fish. I think I can still eat fish. I'm not sure. So I got A lot of stuff. I got blueberries, I got, um, cod. I got bacon from my last shopping. I think I might just put this in the bin. So I'm really trying to cut out the processed food. I think my diet has been really bad. I've just been eating ham and bacon and sausage rolls non-stop every single day, and maybe that's why my health and mental health hasn't been so great recently. And also yogurt, because I've been reading about gut flora, and this yogurt has— this yogurt has gut-friendly live bacteria. It says millions of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. And I also got this yogurt which has something else— thermo— thermophilus. Which is a yogurt culture and vitamin B12. Oh, that's good. I have to get rid of these eggs as well. Apparently animal protein is not great for your gut microbiome, gut flora thingamajig. And olives, I've got olives, lots of spinach and salmon, mushrooms, avocado, which I'll make into a salad for lunch. So instead of having ham sandwich and crisps every day, which I was having Gonna make salad with mushroom, salmon, avocado, and olives. And I also got balsamic vinegar up there, which I heard is really good as well. So it's like a Mediterranean-style diet. They say ditch the Western diet and go for Mediterranean. It's supposed to be good for you. And I've got lots of different vegetables. It's kind of tricky because apart from fish, I don't really know what else I could have if I'm gonna make a soup or some kind of Dish. I guess I could get tofu as well. And I, I keep feeling hungry as well, even if I have a plate full of the new stuff I bought. I still feel hungry again. And I guess I'll show— oh no, my olives! I'll show you the— I can't get it in. I have to get rid of the mayonnaise as well. Apparently mayonnaise is not good for your gut flora either. Nothing that tastes good is good for your bloody gut flora. You got to go completely natural. Anything processed or has additives added to it, it's not good for your gut flora. So I made this fish soup last night. It's full of vegetables, and I put this chopped tomato and mixed beans. And what I'm going to do is basically we just have to top up the soup with some More fish because I ate all the fish. And I got these green lentils. I also got lots of sardines because that's a good source of protein. Fish, I don't know why fish is good but then animal meat is bad. What is the difference? I mean, it's both meat that comes from a living creature. One's in the sea, one's on land. Why is the land ones bad? Also got this granola because I heard whole grains And fiber, very good source of fiber. Fiber is very good for helping your gut bacteria. I think the whole idea is the gut bacteria is responsible for pretty much the majority of how healthy your body is, and keeping your gut bacteria healthy and well is, is something most of us don't really consider. I never really considered it much until recently. But if your gut flora is unbalanced or there's too much bad bacteria, apparently it has a lot of bad side effects for your body, and maybe that shows up on your skin as well. So yeah, it's going to be tough because I really love meat. I just think meat tastes so great and it's going to be hard to wean myself off meat. And I love processed meat like sausages and burgers, sausage rolls. Well, that stuff is so nice, but it's gone to a point where, um, I think I'd rather sacrifice eating the food I like in order to try and appear or be a bit more healthier. Also got some rice in here, so I'm just gonna— oh no, why is this stove on? That's hot.

That was scary. Put the fish in. Lovely cod, looking tasty. Next we get the rice. How much rice do you want? Yeah, that'll do. Careful, it's hot. Now I made a mess on the countertop. And that is how you make delicious fish and vegetable soup. Doesn't that look lovely?
