discovered the best electrical mercenary

build in Path of Exile 2. It goes like

this. Hello, welcome back to a new video.

So today I'm going to show you the

ultimate shock lightning build with

Galvanic Shards using the mercenary in

Path of Exile 2. So the build basically

looks like this, and now it looks kind of

weird. Why are we all the way in the

Elementalist tree, you might be wondering?

So basically, when I get enough gold, I'm

going to refund all these, and I made my

way down here. We go across into

here because there's a bunch of lightning

skills which are really good, and you get

these ones: General Electric, Shock

Effect, and Harmonic Generator. So

basically what these do is 40% increased

chance of shock, so you'll be able to

shock a lot, and you get increased attack

and cast speed with lightning skills. You

get magnitude of shock increase and

increased critical hits against shocked

enemies, 40% increased magnitude,

increased chance shock, shock, shock,

shock, shock, shock. And then you go up

here and then along here and then down

there and You've got more lightning

stuff here that increases lightning

damage, lightning damage, lightning

damage, and more maximum lightning damage.

And then you've got lightning penetration,

and I want to get this one next. Gives you

30% increased crit chance against enemies

with lightning exposure, which we will be

giving them lightning exposure because

I've got this gem and it gives lightning

exposure for 8 seconds on shocking an

enemy. So that's gonna be really good. I

think I've got enough gold, so we're gonna

go back to town and get that last skill.

I'm gonna do 30% extra more damage against

enemies with lightning exposure.

Sell this and sell that. Should have

enough gold. And then I just want to get

rid of my old tree, which is basically up

here. Actually, I might keep this gem.

No, this gem doesn't really help me. I've

also got this Electrocute build-up, but I

don't really use Electrocute. So I want to

go over here and I'll get Exposed to the

Storm. Now I should have 30%

increased crit chance against enemies with

lightning exposure. So that's gonna give

me a lot of crit chance, and we're gonna

do a lot, lot of doing shocking. And

there's also lightning here, lightning

damage, lightning damage, shock,

increased shock. Shocking hits have 50%

chance to also shock enemies in a

1.5-meter radius.

And yeah, I don't know what other— this is

all crit stuff. There's more lightning

here,

but I mean, you don't need that many

points. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6— oh no, you can't

get there from there. You need 1, 2, 3,

4, 5, 6, 7, 8— you need another 15 or

16 to get these. Wow, there's a lot of

elemental— elemental damage bonuses here.

But you're gonna need a 1, 2, a 3, a 4,

5, 6, 7, 8,

9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,

18 points. And if I refund all

these, I should get 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,

7, 8, 9,

10, 11,

12, 13, 14, 15, 16. I should be able to

refund all those, but that's gonna cost

quite a lot of gold. But that is my goal.

So now I need to farm gold. You probably

need like 60,000 gold.

And then for the gems, we inflict

lightning exposure. We've got 35%

increased damage when you kill an enemy

that's shocked. 25% more elemental damage

and 25% extra lightning damage. So we're

gonna do a lot of lightning damage. We've

got 890 DPS,

and as you can see, it chains and

shocks them, and you get the little floaty

orb. Oh, that one just

blew them all up. Whoa.

Problem is we lost our reload speed buffs,

so now it takes ages to reload.

There you go, to hell! And you shoot—

look, they get exposure and shock.

Look at that, they get destroyed.

And then you got boss over here, and you

got one-shot, but it's okay because I'm

alive. And then shoot these guys

with my lightning,

and then we kill the boss. Who's also got

a crossbow, but mine's better. One down,

who's next? Oh, he's got

a chance shard. Get the chiming

shard! There you go, Kelly.

And I can't see because this stupid camera

doesn't move.

Whoa. Oh, that's— is that a boss? It's not

a boss.

All in a day's work.

And then we going buy the Star, some of

the Star.

6,000 gold.

And we get the talent tree. I want to get—

where was it?

Increased magnitude of shock.

I forgot where it was. What's that?

Penetrate. Really don't care about

Increase elemental damage.

Oh, increase 30% elemental damage if you

shocked an enemy recently. I want that,

so I'll go down here.
