[2020-08-19] My new job at SANNWICH FACTORY [D0wLksmlkBc]

Hi guys, so I have some amazing news.

After 3 long years of not having a proper

job, I finally found a job. In the past

3 years, there were times when I felt so

sad because I just didn't feel like I was

contributing to society. I didn't feel

like my existence had any meaning. And now

I finally got a job again, I can look

forward to being a proper member of

society. I'm looking forward to it so

much. And now that I finally have a job

again, I can finally start feeling happy,

and I can start feeling like a normal

human being again, and it's just so

wonderful. And this is how I got the job.

About a week ago, I was going around

handing in my CV, and one place phoned me

up and said they would like me to come

back for an interview. And I aced the

interview so much. So well, and the next

day they phoned me up and said that they

would like to give me the job, and I was

just so happy. So you might be wondering,

how did I get a job in Germany? Well,

England is still in the EU. The Brexit

thing hasn't happened yet. That will

happen around December, so I can still

work in Germany without having a visa,

and the job I got doesn't really involve

talking to customers, so not being able to

speak German isn't really a problem. And

you might be wondering what kind of job it

is, and I'm not sure if I should tell you

because, well, if they find out about my

internet history, I might end up losing

the job. And you know, there's a lot of

weirdos who are trying to ruin my life.

They might Google up every single place in

Germany trying to tell them about me,

making up rubbish about me, trying to get

me fired from my new job. Well, I guess it

should be fine. I don't think anyone's

going to spend all this time trying to

track down where my new job is. So

basically, it's, it's in a sandwich

manufacturing factory, and my job is

to do quality checks on the production

line. And I know what you're thinking, is

Daniel going to stop making YouTube videos

now he has a real job? And the answer to

that is no, because I just love making

videos so much, and I know you guys love

watching them, so I feel like I would like

to continue making videos even when I have

my new job. The only thing is I might have

to cut down on the number of videos I make

every week because obviously I'll have

less time to focus on creating content on

my channel. But I still will be making new

videos and giving you updates on what's

happening now and then. So don't worry,

I'm not going to disappear from YouTube.

I'm still going to be here. I've always

found it kind of strange when other

YouTubers just suddenly vanish without

even saying anything. For example, there

was that gay guy, Daniel Howell,

DanIsNotOnFire. He just made one video in

a year about how he's gay, and then he

didn't make another video for the last 11

months. How can you spend so much time

building a channel and an audience, and

then all of a sudden you vanish? I find

that to be so disrespectful to all of the

fans and the viewers that helped

him, gave him money, and supported him for

the last, I don't know, 10 years, and he

just disappears and vanishes like that

without even saying a word? Is it really

that difficult to make more than one video

in an entire year? I mean, what could he

possibly be doing that's taking up so much

time that he can't even make a simple

10-minute vlog to update his fans and his

viewers on what he's doing in life these

days? How can you completely lose interest

so much to the point that you only make

one video a year? I find that to be

extremely insulting, Dan Howell. For me

personally, I don't think I would ever

just disappear from YouTube. Even if

someone sent me £1 billion, I would still

make videos just updating stuff, you know,

saying, hey guys, look at me, this is me

in my billion-pound mansion, I'm having

lots of fun. Um, this is my thoughts.

These are my thoughts on life right now.

Even in 10 years' time, 20 years' time,

I'd probably still be making the odd video

here and there. So I just find it really

strange that some of these really big

YouTubers just vanish without saying a

word. There was this other YouTuber called

Marcus Butler. I don't know if you

remember him. Check out his channel now,

you'll be shocked. He has deleted every

single video on his channel, just wipes

the whole thing clean. Millions of

subscribers, millions of fans that love

watching him and supported him over the

decade, the past decade, and he just

deletes everything just like that. So

disrespectful. I mean, I would never do

anything that's so disrespectful to the

audience. I appreciate the people who

watch my videos and helped me financially

and gave me a comfortable life over the

past few years. I would never do anything

that would betray their trust or insult

them or mock them. That's just so— that's

just so rude. Anyway, I'm really excited

to begin my new job. I think it's going to

take off so much pressure when it comes to

financial things and also when it comes to

being creative on YouTube. Maybe you've

noticed, but I have been struggling to get

views recently and it has been very

stressful. So I think having a job would

be really great because it means I don't

have to worry about getting views on

YouTube anymore. I can just make videos

for fun like I used to and be creative and

not worry about if people are going to

watch it or not. I'm just gonna make it

because I want to make it and not worry

about if the people are going to watch it

or not. And this is really good news

because it means I can just focus on

making fun stuff that I like without

having to rush out videos and without

having to force myself to make videos

about things that I don't really care

about, I'm not really interested in. I

don't want to do that anymore, and thanks

to my new job, it means that I won't have

to do it anymore, and I can just focus on

having fun with my channel like I used to

back in the day. So yeah, I think that's

all I had to say. I'll try my best to get

some footage at my new workplace. It might

be tricky because I don't think they'll be

very happy if I just whipped out my camera

and started filming. I think it's kind of

weird. And it might also be a breach of

their security policy. Most of these

companies don't like it when you film

inside of the production area because they

think it's a big secret that they have to

protect. Anyway, I'll try and get some

sneaky footage secretly without getting

into trouble because I know you guys love

seeing me at work. I have to admit, I am

feeling a little bit nervous about

rejoining the workforce, but I think

that's, that's kind of what life is all

about. That is just one part of life. You

work, you relax, you play, you socialise,

and then you die. But I really think this

is going to be good for my mental health.

It's going to give me something to keep my

mind occupied with. I won't be spending

all day long cooped up in my apartment

going crazy, and I'll be able to socialise

with people and also make some money. So I

think it may be hard in the beginning,

but I think this is a good thing.

It's going to be a very good thing, great

thing for my life and my bank account. So
