ANNOYING things my Viewers say

Hello and welcome back to a new video. So

as a YouTuber, I get a lot of comments

from annoying people, and over the years

I've noticed that there's a certain amount

of comments that I keep getting. The same

type of comments keep popping up from

different people, and yes, they do piss me

off, they do irritate me. And in general,

I try and keep quiet about it because no

one wants to hear a YouTuber moaning about

his subscribers or his viewers or the

comments he gets. They'll just think,

well, you're a YouTuber, you signed up for

this, you're supposed to have a thick

skin. You're supposed to just take it,

it's part of the job. Yeah, well, I, I

don't feel like taking it today, and I'm

going to make a ranting video about all of

these stupid comments I keep getting over

and over and over. First kind of comments

I get quite often is when people say that

when I travel, all I do is stay in the

Airbnb and I don't do anything and I don't

go anywhere. Just because I don't

film what I'm doing doesn't mean I'm not

doing it. I don't know if this occurs to

anyone, but I don't actually film every

single thing I do and put it on YouTube.

The stuff that you see on my channel is

probably, I don't know, a 30%

representation of what I'm doing in my

life. I don't show you every single thing.

And yet when I travel, I do go outside. I

go shopping, I go to tourist sites, I go

to attractions, I go to museums. I just

don't film a lot of this stuff because I

don't think it would get views if I did

film it. And number 2, I don't really feel

very comfortable filming outside in

public, so I wouldn't be able to talk much

or show my face because I feel stupid.

And some of these places that I go to,

you're not even allowed to film in there

in the first place. I've tried making

videos in the past where I go outside and

I show you tourist stuff and I show you

things outside. But they've always done

really badly when it comes to views. So I

thought to myself, why, why bother? I

don't enjoy making it. People don't have

an interest in seeing it. So I feel like

there's no point in making it. That's why

I tend to just make videos and do streams

inside the Airbnb, because that's where I

feel comfortable and I feel like I can

talk without being disturbed by outside

people outside or sounds or the weather

that's outside. Inside, I feel safe

and I feel comfortable and relaxed, which

is what I need to be feeling when I'm

making videos and being creative. Every

time I try and promote something like my

Patreon or my merch shop or my other

channel or other things like OnlyFans,

every time I try and promote something,

I've always got all these comments under

it saying, no thanks, or I would never

spend— waste money on you. It's just,

what's the point of writing that stuff?

If you're not interested in my other

websites, my other services like Patreon

or my other channels, you don't have to

write in the comments no or never or I'll

never waste my money. You don't have to

write that. I don't care if you don't want

to spend money on my other things.

I'm just promoting it because some people

out there might be interested in it. If

you're not interested, then that's fine,

but you don't have to write a stupid

comment trying to make me irritated by

saying no. If you're not interested, then

you're not interested. Keep it to

yourself. I don't care. Another annoying

thing is when people write a stupid hate

comment without even watching the video.

I know people are lazy and they've got a

very short attention span, but could you

not just read the title and react off of

the title and then write a stupid comment?

You're supposed to actually watch the

video before you form an opinion. That'd

be like walking into a movie theater and

then watching the first 2 minutes of a

movie and then writing a review of the

movie even though you haven't even seen it

and don't even know what it's about. So

many people either press the dislike

button, unsubscribe, or write a stupid

comment before they've even watched 90% of

the video. And I know they're not watching

the video because the things they're

saying don't make any sense. If you

watched the video, you wouldn't have

written what you wrote. The other thing I

find kind of annoying is money. People

have this weird obsession with trying to

figure out how much money I'm making, or

they just assume that I'm barely making

any money, or they think I'm just living

off of inheritance money, which is all

just a load of rubbish. Yeah, I did get a

little bit of a payout from my dad's life

insurance, but it was— it wasn't that

much. It's not enough to be able to live

off for a really long time. And they

keep using these stupid views calculators

or websites like Social Blade that has an

estimated earnings. It estimates how

much a YouTuber makes in a month, which is

just a complete load of rubbish. It's so

inaccurate. People think that a

video that makes— a video that gets 10,000

views will always make the same amount of

money. It doesn't. It depends on what the

video is about. A video that has 10,000

views which is about kitty cats and cute

little puppies will make 10 times more

money than a video that has 10,000 views

that's about something really hideous and

obscene and kind of disturbing. It doesn't

really matter about the views, it's what

the content is about, it's the topic that

determines how much the video makes. So a

stupid website like Social Blade or view

calculators, they're not going to know

what the content is about because it's

just a stupid program that doesn't know

anything apart from you enter— input some

digits and then it spews out some random

number that it thinks the video made,

which is completely inaccurate. So stop

looking at these stupid websites like

Social Blade and thinking, oh, Daniel only

makes $200 a month off his channel because

it says so on Social Blade. Social Blade

is a load of rubbish. Look, I'm not saying

I make a huge amount of money. I'm sure

many people here make more money than I

do. I never claimed to be super rich and

making tons and tons of stacks, but I make

enough money to be able to live the

lifestyle I live without having to borrow

money from other people or having to do

other, you know, I don't know, stealing or

something like that. I'm obviously— I'm

able to live my lifestyle And I support

myself with my own income. I just don't

understand why people find it so hard to

believe that I'm capable of supporting

myself financially. Yeah, my channel isn't

huge. I'm not getting loads of views. I'm

not getting hundreds of thousands or

millions of views. But you don't

understand about YouTube. You don't have

to be making hundreds of thousands or

millions of views to be able to make a

decent amount of money. The other annoying

thing is when people keep saying, uh,

well, YouTube won't last forever,

OnlyFans won't last forever. It's like the

stupidest thing to ever say. Name one

thing that lasts forever. Nothing lasts

forever. Everything is going to end

eventually. Even the sun that we orbit

around is going to end in a couple billion

years. It doesn't matter if something

doesn't last forever or not. It exists

now, and when it doesn't exist anymore,

then you move on to the next thing. It's

called adapting. Yeah, maybe YouTube won't

exist in 5 years' time. Maybe 10 years'

time or 20 years' time, it'll be gone.

But what am I supposed to do about that?

I don't know. I can't predict the future.

Because— so because it might be gone in 5

years, does it mean I should stop doing

it? That's just stupid. Obviously, I'm

going to carry on doing it. Until the day

that it does get shut down or doesn't make

any more money. What's the point of saying

it's not gonna last forever? Who cares?

My life isn't gonna last forever. I'm not

gonna be here on this planet forever. I'm

still going to live and enjoy my life.

I'm not just going to break down and sit

in a corner because one day it's going to

be over. Obviously, nothing lasts forever.

Another annoying thing is people

complaining when I cook using scissors. I

don't really know why people find it so

weird that I use scissors to do a lot of

cooking. They're, they're very useful.

It's a very useful tool, scissors. It's

easy to cut things. If you use a knife,

you need a cutting board because you need

to cut against the surface. If you use

scissors, you can easily cut vegetables

and meat without needing a cutting board.

So it just makes sense. It makes things a

lot easier. I don't know why people see

scissors and they think, oh, you should

never use that when you're cooking.

That's weird. Who cares if it's weird? If

it works, then why not use it?

It's also kind of annoying how people keep

criticizing or complaining about how bad

my cooking is. When did I ever claim to

be some kind of professional chef? When

did I ever claim to be really good at

cooking? Do you think I really care about

cooking? I just cook because I need to

make food, because I need to eat it. I

make the food that I like, and I make it

in the way that I like to make it. And I

think it tastes fine. I don't care if it

doesn't look great or I'm not doing it

100% properly, you know, like adding salt

before you add pasta or making the water

boil before you add the pasta. I don't

really care about all these little

nitpicky details that people keep going on

about. You just put the pasta in the

water. Another irritating thing is when

people keep saying that I probably smell

bad because I wear the same clothing. You

do realize that I don't make videos every

single day. There are breaks of 1 day or 2

days in between videos, and maybe, just

maybe, I put my clothing in the washing

machine on the days that I didn't make a

video, and then it dried, and then I put

it back on, I wore it again for the next

video. It doesn't mean— just because I'm

wearing the same clothing in most videos,

it doesn't mean I've never washed them for

2 years. I wash them and then I dry them

and then I put them back on. It's just

really bizarre. It's like people don't

understand that I do stuff when the camera

is not on. It's like when me and my

ex-wife were moving places and I was

filming us packing stuff, and it was

mostly her packing stuff, and then people

kept having a go at me saying, Daniel,

why aren't you helping her pack? Why are

you just filming? Why aren't you helping?

When I was helping, when I was helping and

packing stuff, obviously I wasn't filming

it because I was using both my hands. The

only times I was filming was when I was

not helping because I was filming. I can't

film and help at the same time.

Or they say, look at the mess he's made in

the Airbnb. He's just going to leave it

all messy and then not even tidy up, and

then he expects the owner to come back and

clean up after him. You know, maybe after

I finished filming, I did do some tidying

up. I just didn't film myself tidying up

because who wants to see someone tidy up

an Airbnb? Do I have to film every bloody

thing or else you won't think it happened,

or you think I didn't do it just because

it wasn't on my channel? I just wish

people had a little bit of common sense

before they write a stupid comment.

Anyway, I think that's enough for today.

Wow, I feel so much better after blowing

off all that steam. Obviously, there's

quite a lot of other things that people do

that irritates me, but, you know, I've got

other things to do, and maybe I can make

that into a second video. So I guess I'll

end it here. And please, people, can you

try and be a little less irritating? Is it

so much to ask for? Thank you and goodbye.
