Amazing Mining Base Location with Ore and Coal - Palworld Guide

Hello, welcome back to a new video. So

today I want to show you one of the best

mining spots to set up a base here. As you

can see, it's on top of this really nice

mountain and great views of waterfalls all

around, and you've got 8 ore mines and 6

coal mines. It's a really nice place,

plenty of space to set up a base, and it's

a really good place for mining. And you

need plenty of ores and ingots in this

game, and later on coal. So what I'm going

to do is show you how to set up a great

base that is focused on ore mining. And

also another great thing about this base

is you won't get attacked by raids because

they just can't get up here. There's no

way for raiding NPCs and enemies to get up

to this point on this mountaintop. So

yeah, it's really great location. I'll

show you the location on the map. It is

slightly south of the big frosty snowy

mountain, and it's slightly right of this

kind of tree area where this boss level 38

valet is. So it's around this area. The

coordinates are 192, -35, and And I'm

actually going to relocate my mining base

to that area because that area just has

more ores and it's got coal and trees,

whereas my current mining base only has

ores and stone and a few trees. So I'm

going to show you the process of starting

a new base optimized for mining. I really

like this area, it's really pretty. It's

like a crater that's covered in trees. It

reminds me when I went traveling to

Germany in the southern mountain areas

called Bad Wild Bad. It's really pretty

and nice looking, very nice. So my second

base for mining is actually located here.

It is quite a nice place as well. It's

located on the top of a mountain, as you

can see. I've got quite a good mining

team. I don't know why they're just

standing around like that, but this is a

nice base as well, don't get me wrong. I

like this place too, but I think it's time

to move on to a new place. So we're going

to say goodbye to my old base. I made this

nice little wooden kind of resort-looking

place with a nice little hot spring. I'm

going to move all this over to the new

location now. Okay, we're back at the new

location, and to set up a new base if

you've already got maximum bases, you

could dismantle your other base first by

pressing V, and you'll do this, and you

might lose some stuff. I don't know, I

can't remember. I actually got some wood

and stone, but I think I lost everything

else. It's okay because we got plenty of

new resources available here. So we're

just going to set up a new base by setting

up a power box. Where is it?

There's power box. Place it— hmm,

maybe I'll place it there.

And so I want to build some beds, but I

don't have any wood or fiber. So first go

collect some wood and fiber. It's very

useful that there's plenty of trees here.

So what I want to do is I want to create a

nice little platform here and So we've got

a nice view of the sunset and the cliffs

and the mountains. And we're gonna place

our beds here so that our workers have

a nice place to live. Don't want to treat

them too badly. And I think I'll set up my

bed on the corner here like this with

some windows and maybe like a sloped

Little sloped wall like that would be

cool. And you have to place a roof to be

able to place a bed, so just put a roof

For some reason it won't let me put a

roof. So what you want to do when you set

up a new base is before you get mining and

make a mining team, I like to choose all

of the cativas because they'll help you

build the beds and the infrastructure

you'll need in the beginning. So I'm just

gonna fill out my entire team with all

Cativas, and they'll hopefully come and

help me build this stuff.

First you need the beds, and then you need

foundations, and you need cooking stuff,

and then also storage boxes— very

important to store all of the ores and

stuff you're gonna be mining. We'll also

need some furnaces to create the ingots.

Very useful.

Okay, so we're now ready to create the

mining team. The best miner that I found

is Dig Toys. So he has 3 mining

skill, which is really good. You need at

least mining skill number 2 to be able to

mine the ore and the coal. So you can't

use other things like the Cativerse.

They've only got mining skill 1. So I've

got 3 Digitoids, and this one's actually

really good because I've got the Mine

Foreman skill, which doesn't really matter

because it— also,

I have 3 Reptiros, and they're also really

good at mining because they got level 3

mining and they've got level 3 kindling,

which is very good for smelting the

ingots. When you've got enough ore, you

can use them to create ingots very

quickly. So I'm just gonna plop down 3

Reptiros and— where

are they? 3 Digitoids. They keep

disappearing sometimes. Oh, there they

are. So we've got 6 level 3 miners and

they're gonna get to work on mining the

coal and ores. Now I don't like to— I

don't like to place a stone mining camp

because they'll start mining stone when I

want them to mine ore. Coal. So I don't

place a stone mining thing here. Also the

Tombats— I've got 2 Tombats, they've got

level 2 mining, they're also good for

mining ores. And then we've got 2, 4, 6

places left for some other things. I think

we don't need more miners, that's enough

miners. Maybe some Cataphers to do

transportation, to carry the ores and

stuff to the storage boxes. Oh, and don't

forget you'll need some berry plantations

so you can create some food. Otherwise,

your workers are gonna starve. So I create

three berry plantations. Okay, two berry

plantations, and then I'll get some

farming animals. Oh, and these Doomwood

things are very good because they've got

level two mining and also watering, so

they can mine ore and also help plant the

plantation berry things as well. Might

place a Verdash. They've got very good

planting and seeding skills. And we need

some carriers. So these gory rats have

level 3 transporting, so I might place 2

of those. And we've got 2 more spots open.

So yeah, that's how I set up the ultimate

mining base. I've got these things

smelting the ores to create ingots. I've

already got lots of ore coming in. I've

got the doomud watering the

plants, and I got other things seeding

them as well. And then I've got some

cataphers and those monkey things

transporting stuff to the storage crates,

and this guy as well. So yeah, it's a

pretty self-sufficient base focused on

mining and smelting. And yeah, it's a

pretty good place to create a base. I'm

going to add more foundations and create

more of a nicer looking building here,

and also add some hot springs when I get

some power fluids to keep them happy. And

this would be a nice little self-automated

mining system here, so I've got plenty of

ore to be able to create stuff. This is so

funny. Look how fast they're making these

ingots. You got level 3 kindling, they

create these ingots so quickly. There's so

much ore. Look, all this lumber,

all this ore coming out. So much to mine.

We've got like infinite resources here.

And don't forget, you also want a pickaxe

and helmet. This will improve mining

speed. So just place one of those Here.

I'm not sure how much it increases the

mining speed by, but I guess it's good to

have if you want to have a mining base.

And that is how you make a good mining

base in probably the best mining place in

the game.
