Some loser from England is trying to ruin my life

So there's this guy called Connor. Some of

you might know who he is. He goes by the

username, or YouTube username, of Konaito.

He has a channel, 800 subs. Some of you

might know who he is because he made a

video about me several months ago.

Actually, he made several videos about me,

and I made a video about him a few weeks

ago. About him messaging my wife. And

guess what he's done now? He actually

reported my last video because his

name, his full name, appears in the live

chat, in the live chat of the video for

about 10 seconds. Just because his real

name was posted on the live chat for about

10 seconds, he thought it was okay for him

to report my video and file a privacy

complaint. Can you believe that? So let me

try and explain the situation. Me and my

wife, we went on a cruise ship and I made

a video about it. And I was doing a

livestream on the cruise trip, on the

cruise ship, and I had live chat enabled.

You know, on livestreams you can have the

chat displayed on top of the livestream so

it looks like the chat's on top of the

video. I had that enabled because I

thought it was kind of funny. And then

some idiot, some idiot decided to write

Connor's real name, Konaito's real name

and his last name, into the live chat.

Pretty much doxxing him. And I didn't

notice it, to be honest. I didn't realize

it because I wasn't really paying

attention to the live chat. And when I was

editing the video, when I was editing the

stream for the YouTube channel, I wasn't

checking what was being said in the live

chat, which was my mistake. I should have

checked what was said in the live chat,

and I forgot— well, I didn't forget

because I didn't realize— well, I didn't

notice that his name was being posted in

the live chat, and I didn't edit it out,

and I left it in the video. Okay, I admit

that was my fault. I should have checked

the live chat. I should have checked what

people were saying. I should have edited

out people's private information if their

private information was being posted. But

it wasn't my fault because I wasn't the

person who was writing it. It was the

person who wrote his name in the chat. It

was his fault. Blame him, don't blame me.

And Connor, Konaito, left a video— left a

comment on the video complaining about it.

In the comments, Konaito says, keeps the

4-second scene where the chat shows me

name. Lol, brilliant. Thanks, boy. And

then this idiot called Richie Sakamoto

says, you should report him so he gets a

community strike like Nobita did somewhat.

H.I.M.R. didn't blur his identity out too.

And then Kanaeito says, I'll have a look,

shall I? Thanks to the dude who told me

about this. It's just so petty of him.

The only reason he wanted to report me was

because he thought I would get a community

strike for it. Well, I'm sorry to give you

bad news, But you don't get community

strikes from privacy complaints. Let me

explain to you how it works because a lot

of people seem to be confused. If I show

someone's face in the video or if I reveal

personal information such as someone's

address or their name, if you are that

person, you can make a privacy complaint

against my video and YouTube will send me

a warning message saying I have 48 hours

to either remove the video or blur out the

private information or the faces. If I

just ignore the email and I don't blur out

anything, YouTube would take it down But

they won't give me a strike for it. This

is not copyright, this is privacy

complaints. If I took your picture that

you took and used it in my video, then

yeah, that's your copyright and you could

copyright strike my channel. That's why I

don't use other people's pictures or

videos anymore after what happened with

Nobita. So what I had to do was I just

blurred out the chat. It was only about 5

or 6 seconds where his name shows up in

the chat on the video. I blurred it out,

it's been 48 hours and the video is still

up. So I guess everything's okay. I didn't

get a strike, the video didn't get taken

down. So I'm sorry to disappoint you,

Connor, but nothing really bad happened

apart from having to blur out the chat,

which took me about 5 minutes. I just

think you're extremely petty because I

don't think you actually care about your

name being written in the chat. 10,000

people already saw the video and probably

didn't even notice your name being written

in the chat. No one even knows who you

are. If you were so upset about your name

being leaked on a bloody live chat, you

could have just simply messaged me on

Instagram or Twitter and I would have

blurred it out. But no, you had to resort

to running to YouTube's report system

trying to get my channel into trouble.

Just admit it, you don't like me, you

don't like my channel, you don't like my

content, and if it was up to you, you

would love to have my channel shut down.

I just think it's so extremely petty that

just because you don't like who I am or my

videos You want my channel to get into

trouble or to get deleted. I bet you

jumped for joy when you found out that you

had the power to bring my channel 2 steps

closer to getting shut down. Well, I'm

sorry, Konaito, but I didn't get any

strikes. I don't have any strikes, and I'm

not gonna let any mistakes like that

happen again. I just find the things that

Konaito has been doing to be extremely

pathetic. Let's have a look at the things

that he's been doing to harass me. Number

1, he made a video exposing me and

Tomoko's private conversation screenshots,

hoping to split me and my wife up.

Number 2, he messages my wife behind my

back, hoping that she would say something

like, oh, I hate being with Daniel, he

abuses me, he's always cheating on me, so

you can screenshot it and then make

another exposé video. And then he pretends

that he only messaged her because he was

worried and he cared about her. What a

load of rubbish. Just admit you were

trying to dig up dirt so you can make

another video about me. And now you're

trying to get my channel a strike. Just

because someone typed your name in the

chat. Look, I get it. I completely

understand. You don't like me. You don't

like my channel. You don't like my

content. You don't like how I treat

people. It's fine. No one's forcing you to

like me or to watch my channel or my

content. But just try and mind your own

business. Stop harassing me. Stop trying

to get me into trouble and maybe live your

own life. Just a suggestion. And I know

you don't like me talking about you on

livestreams. You always complain when I

start mentioning you in livestreams. You

think I'm talking about you behind your

back secretly. Well, if you don't like me

talking about you so much, then stop

giving me reasons to talk about you. If

you just minded your own business and

didn't try and get in my face all the

time, then I wouldn't have any reason to

talk about you. For all we know, the

person who typed your name in the live

chat could be you. You could be pretending

to be some other person, and you just

doxxed yourself to give yourself an

opportunity to report my channel. This is

what I hate about the copyright— not the

copyright, the privacy complaint system on

YouTube. It's so easy to abuse like that.

Anyone could have come onto my stream that

day and they could have just typed in

their name. Imagine there's some guy

called Bob Smith. He just types in Bob

Smith into the live chat, and then later

in the day he uses his own ID. Because

when you make a privacy complaint, you

have to provide YouTube with your ID so

they know it's you. So if you're called

Bob Smith, you just provide YouTube with

your passport or whatever to prove you're

Bob Smith, and then you can make a privacy

complaint against my video just because

you wrote your own name in the live chat.

It's such a stupid system. And actually,

if there's anyone here called Bob Smith,

you could technically report my video

right now for privacy violation because I

just said your name, Bob Smith. I've

actually had this problem before. Some of

you might remember my videos about a girl

called Victoria. This childhood friend of

mine, I used to have a massive crush on

her. I had a massive crush on her. I made

several videos about her, talking about

her. She didn't like it. And in that

video, I think I showed her Instagram page

with her name on it, and that video got

reported for privacy violations. And at

the time, that was my first time receiving

that kind of warning message from YouTube.

I didn't think it was actually from

YouTube. I thought it was some kind of

phishing scam. So I stupidly ignored the

message and I didn't blur out the bit

where YouTube told me to blur out, and

YouTube just took the video down. That's

why my Victoria videos have vanished.

And I just want to ask you, how would you

feel if someone was trying to get your

channel a strike? I'm pretty sure you

enjoy making videos and doing YouTube as

well, otherwise you wouldn't be doing it.

How would you feel if there were groups of

people trying to get your channel taken

down just because they don't like the way

you look or sound or the things you say.

It's not very nice, is it? And now that I

think about it, I don't even know how that

person who wrote your name in the live

chat— I don't know how they found out your

real name because I haven't told anyone

and I blurred out your name in the video I

made about you. So it was either someone

using some kind of internet hacking

trickery to track down your Facebook

account, or it was you pretending to dox

yourself so you could get my channel a
