Visiting parks in korea VLOG - Sony wx500

First time I've seen that. I don't know

what's going on here. So many people.

There's loads of old people here. It's

like some kind of organized tour guide.

So many people.

I don't know what's going on, but there's

loads of old people just gathering up.

It's like some kind of political thing. I

don't know, no idea what's going on.

Whoa, look at this long tunnel! This

tunnel goes underneath the railway tracks.

There's no bridge to get over to the other

side, so they have this underground,

underground passageway. And all those

people that were gathering up earlier were

doing some kind of Organized

event for Buddhism. There's some kind of

traditional Buddhism celebration that goes

on during May. I don't know, don't really

have any idea.

Endless, endless sea of people going to

that Buddhism thing. There's so many.

So we're currently in some kind of park.

I've actually been to this park before, 4

years ago, but I didn't have a very good

time, so we came back this day— today.

Hopefully it'll be better than last time.

This is what the park looks like. There's

one big one over here, and then there's

another big one up here, and then

the river's at the bottom. So many steps.

We're not even at the top yet.

So we made it to the top after all those

flights of steps. Over here is the city.

It's the same city as yesterday but from a

different viewpoint. And behind me,

the sun's setting.

I got some nice peach juice.

Fizzy peach. It says 100% real

peach. 100% peach juice. Yeah, I said it

had 100% peach juice. It actually only has

10%. 10%! What's the other 90%?

Water? Yeah, it's probably just water. We

just noticed that we've been walking the

wrong way. The path that we were walking

down is actually the exit, so we had to

come all the way back up. To where we were

by the stairs, and there's actually a big

sign, a big blue sign that says, that says

go that way for the park. I feel kind of

silly now. Yeah, it says park

is this way. Let's go.

We made it. Hanul Gongwon Sky Park.

Sky Park. We're currently here at

Park Number Five. There's a lot of parks

here. There's one down here, and there's a

load of parks by the river, and then

there's another big park at the top. I

don't know if we've got time to see them

all. It's already six p.m.

So this is Sky Park. It's just like an

open field on top of a hill. The sun

setting over there. I don't want to blind

you, so just don't look at the sun, okay?

I'll block it out for you. It's not good

to stare into the sun, guys.

And it's basically just grass and

footpaths. It's pretty nice.

It probably doesn't look that great on

video, but, but when you're actually here,

it feels really nice. It's like really

open. It doesn't feel crowded or

cramped.

It's the river

city.

It looks like they're building a new

bridge over there. Where is it? Over here.

I don't know if they're building a new one

or if they're dismantling an old one.

It's so nice. You can see, you see the

whole city and the sun setting, and the

wind's blowing my hair into like a crazy

style, but it's okay.

Everything's gonna be okay. Over here we

have some tiny houses on sticks. Let me

zoom in. Give you a closer look.

They look like birdhouses, but I don't

think birds live in them. I don't know.

Look, over there is Namsan Tower, the

tower we went to yesterday. Can you see

it? There it is,

all the way over there. Let's see if we

can see into the viewing platform. This is

as far as I can zoom. 60x zoom.

Nope, still too far.

But if I zoom all the way out, you can't

even see it. It's just like a tiny dot.

We're going to the next park now. It's

over there on this hilltop, so we have to

go down these steps, walk across there,

then walk up here. So see you in a minute.

It's kind of strange because there's

hardly any people around. Usually I like

it because I don't like crowds of people,

but for some reason it feels kind of

creepy, like eerie. Where are all the

people? Is there?

Are we in a zombie apocalypse? Here we are

at the next park, Nol Gongwon. Nol means

sunset, Gongwon means park. Sunset Park,

I guess.

We made it, made it up to park number two.

Ah, ah. I don't

know if you can hear this, but there were

like frogs or toads. Making a lot of

one here. Look, the place is completely

deserted. It's actually kind of strange

for me because the first time I came here

was 4 years ago. And I never thought that

I'd be coming back here, to be honest.

It's pretty dark right now. There are

people camping over there behind me, all

those lights. I think we're gonna go now.

I can't see anything. There's not much

lighting around. We made it. We made it

out of the park, back to civilization,

back to the city. Now we have to get to

the train station. Ugh, more walking.

So this is Seoul in the night. Not much to

see, just cars and buildings.

Cars and buildings everywhere.

So tired. Crossing the road.

I've only got 10 seconds to cross the road

before the lights go red again.

Now we're in some kind of shopping area.

I'm gonna get something to eat, maybe over

there. Who wants to eat at the kokbang?

Sounds delicious.

This place is so posh. Look at these

buildings. It's a huge

TV, and then there's 2 statues of people

touching each other,

and there's a big Metal egg,

egg-shaped building.

Bet it costs a fortune to live here. This

building's so cool, it's like a huge metal

egg.

Look at that, feels so safe.

Beep! Hahaha, Bum's Beer. Who'd want to

drink at a place called Bum's Beer?
