He wasn't that skinny then,

and then he suddenly just became really skinny and he started to get weaker and weaker, started to get all these problems. I can't believe he died.

Look, one of these cats is Toffee. I think Toffee's this one getting kicked in the stomach by the stray cat. This other black stray cat kept coming and he kept fighting with Toffee and Toffee kept losing. So Toffee just gave up, realized that he was weaker. He stopped confronting him. I felt sorry for Toffee. It was like

he got beaten by the dominant alpha cat.

Uh, this one's the stray cat. This one's Toffee. That was their first encounter.

The stray cat's gonna win. Every time a stray cat fights a house cat, the house cat's gonna lose.

Stray cats are just tougher and stronger.

Oh, that's me with Toffee. He always sat next to me. I used to sit on this armchair and he would always come into this room. This is the room he died in, by the way. Maybe he was looking for me.

He would just wedge himself in between my leg and the armrest, and then he put his paws onto my lap. It was so cute.

And he never went into that room by himself. He only came in there when I was in there. He just laid down on the floor, went to sleep, and that was the end.

It's weird. I wonder what he was thinking. Maybe he's thinking, oh, let's just take a nap.

Maybe he didn't know he was gonna die.
