Ranking EVERY Secondary Weapon After Patch Helldivers 2 Viper Commmandos Update

Hello, welcome back to a new video. So

we're going to be testing out all of the

new secondary weapons now that the new War

Bonds Viper Commandos has come out. We've

got a new secondary weapon called the

SG-22 Bushwhacker. It's one of the best

secondary weapons in the game now, and in

today's video we're going to be finding

out exactly why it's so good. So as you

can see, it is a one-handed shotgun with

light armor penetration. It does a

whopping 405 damage, which is by far

more than nearly all of the secondary

weapons apart from the grenade pistol.

Okay, so the S20— SG22 Bushwhacker is

pretty good, mainly because you can do

this. You can switch to either semi,

which shoots 1, 2, 3, and then reload,

or you can do all barrels, shoots all

barrels all at once, and then reload. So

you can do either 1, 2, 3 just to take out

some light enemies, or you can do all 3

barrels all at the same time to do some

massive damage. I think it does a total of

nearly 1,500 damage if you shoot all the

barrels at the same time. So as you can

see, we've got a Stalker trying to stalk

me, but I'm up here. So we got the

Bushwhacker secondary weapon, uh, all

barrels, and basically

a 2-shot with all the barrels. So yeah,

we do all barrels, we take out the Brood

Commander in, in about 2

shots. So 3 shots,

it's still standing. We might have to

switch something else out. I don't think

the shotgun's going to do anything against

that. Oh, I fell off the cliff, that's not

good. Where is my railgun?

Just get rid of these first. Oh, I got

stun grenades equipped by accident. I

thought I had incendiary grenades. Whoa,

my god, I just exploded that thing!

Jesus Christ. And then you can switch to

semi to take out the— oh my god,

that just came out of nowhere. Land on

that Bile Titan's head.

I think I killed it. Oh wow, that was a

good shot. Now I'm stuck under its leg.

Anyway, the S22— SG22 Bushwhacker is

pretty damn good for taking out small

things like that, and also for taking out

medium armored enemies with the all-barrel

option. See, it's a pretty good sidearm

if you want like a little shotgun. It's

pretty Pretty good.

Yeah, I give it an 8.2 out of 10. Let's go

on to the next secondary. Okay, next we

have the Peacemaker. Now, this is the

first pistol you get in the game, and it's

pretty rubbish. I don't think anyone uses

it anymore since leveling up or getting

new weapons, but we'll give it a try, see

if it still stands the test of time.

Okay, so we got the Peacemaker, no options

for fire modes. It just shoots a

very bland and boring bullet. Can't really

see any enemies to shoot at. Okay, I see

some enemies.

1, 2. Alright, one-shots the little

guys. I mean, it's not a bad weapon, you

just don't see anyone using it. Actually,

it's pretty good. It's got 15 shots

and it one-shots all these little things.

You can kill up to 15, I guess. It's also

pretty rapid fire. Holy crap, I just

decimated all of them. I give this a 9.2

out of 10. I might use it more now. Next

we have the Redeemer. It is basically like

a pistol that shoots very quickly. 1100

fire rate, it's very quick like an SMG.

Okay, so testing out the Redeemer, you got

auto and semi mode. Semi mode shoots one

bullet, auto mode shoots many bullets,

so you can empty the chamber magazine very

quickly in a matter of seconds.

And then shooting against enemies, I

actually really like the Redeemer. I used

it a lot for a long time until I got bored

of it because you can just destroy things

like that. Look at that. These are medium

armored enemies even though this doesn't

have medium armor penetration.

Oh my god, you just do all this damage so

Oh, I'm out of ammo. Next up we have the

grenade pistol, does a whopping 650

damage. This is actually my favorite one

that I always choose because you You can

use it to close bug holes, destroy

fabricators. Okay, so here we have

the grenade pistol. It's pretty good. So

you blow up these guys, one shot. Blow up

these guys, one shot. Everything dies in

one shot because it does 650 damage.

The annoying thing is it ricochets off the

ground depending on what angle you shoot

it at. It's kind of annoying if you want

to Would that thing get off my back,

please? Oh my God. So my favorite thing to

do with this weapon is when you are

closing bug holes. Watch. Oh my God,

I can't even see it. I think I did close

it before getting run over. It's really

good because you don't have to waste

grenades on bug holes. You've got 8

grenades for the grenade pistol, and you

can do That.

Great weapon for closing the bug holes.

Give it a 9.2 out of 10. Look,

it's closing all these bug holes.

Oh, I nearly survived. And the next one is

the dagger. It's like a laser pistol.

Okay, so we have the dagger. It's

basically just a laser pistol. It does

that. It's kind of like the drone, the

guard dog rover, whatever it's called. So

it's okay against swarms,

you can shoot them down fairly quickly.

Problem is it overheats really quickly

It's not really one of my favorites, I

give it a 4 out of 10.

It's pretty rubbish, to be honest.

Next up we have the Verdict, it does 125

damage. Light armor penetrating. It's kind

of like the Peacemaker, but it does double

the damage nearly. That's the only

difference. So it's like a more powerful

pistol if you like pistols. It's got 10

rounds versus 15, uh, higher— double the

recoil, slower fire rate. So basically

it's just like a Desert Eagle kind of high

caliber pistol. Okay,

testing out the Verdict. Let's have a look

at it. We've got no modes, got no scope,

and it's, it's not too slow, but it's not

really fast, but it's still pretty fast.

I mean, look, you can shoot as fast as you

can click, so it's not like the

fire rate really matters. And you can

one-shot these guys, so if you've got good

aim, you don't want to spray and pray,

you can just pick these guys off. Pretty

quickly. It's better than the dagger.

Dagger takes ages just to kill one of

those. So I give this 7 out of 10.

I don't know if you can do damage to this

guy. Why is he just standing there? I'm

out of ammo. Next we have the Senator.

So this does even more damage. It is

single-fire revolver kind of pistol, does

medium armor penetrating, which is really

interesting for a sidearm. Okay, testing

out the last secondary weapon.

It's pretty strong, medium armor

penetration, so you can do— wait, I didn't

have it equipped. You can do red damage on

the Brood Commander, armor penetration on

these green guys, but you only get

1, 2, 3, 4, 5,

6 6 shots before you have to reload,

so you're not really going to be spray and

praying with this.

It's not great, to be honest, mainly

because you have to keep reloading it so

many times. I'd rather have the grenade

pistol or the SG-22 Bushwhacker would

be my, my choice.

Oh, how did he get his big fat bum up

there? You used to be able to hide up

these mountains. Now they changed it so

the enemies can dig their way up to the

mountain. Why is he just shoving his

backside in my face? Fuck off.

Oh my God, I ran out of bullets already.
