day trading? Your boy did.

It was so scary. So today the Robinhood

app stock IPO'd, uh, not today actually,

a few days ago. But today it kind of blew

up and it shot up so high.

So this is what happened. It shot up to

about $60. I tried shorting it and

I didn't realize I ended up buying like 50

shares. 50 shares is like $3,000

worth. I didn't realize I bought so much.

And I tried shorting it at 60. Guess what?

It shoots up to 80, and then I'm minus

£700. I nearly shit myself. I had to

quickly put more money into the account to

stop myself from getting margin called. I

was just like sitting there with my

fingers crossed, praying for it to come

back down. I can't believe at one point I

could have lost £700. That's like $1,000.

I nearly lost Just like that. I waited a

few minutes. It gets halted a few times.

It hits a peak of 80 or 82. It comes

crashing back down to about 58, and I made

sweet profit of £170.

And I made about £50— no, £40 on

my Corsair gaming that I'll show you.

£170!

Robinhood, I can't believe that. And then

I sold my Corsair because it went up again

for £45, so that's £210

profit today.

Jesus, look at my profits from day trading

now, £377. Ah,

I nearly shit myself though. I can't

believe I was so stupid. That was the

dumbest thing I've ever done. I didn't

check how many shares they had decided to

choose that I wanted to buy, and it was

like 50 shares. I should have just done 10

or 15 shares. I didn't check,

and then I didn't realize 50 shares, like

$3,000.

Oh, it was so scary. I think I was

actually shaking seeing it go minus £700.

Imagine if I lost £700, wiped out all my

gains and my initial trading funds. I

would have been so miserable. God,

that was lucky though. I don't know if

it's lucky because every time a stock

shoots up like that, it always comes

straight back down. Every time.

There's no way a stock can just shoot up

like that. Look at Robinhood. Oh my God,

it's at $71 now! Look at that.

You see, I, I tried shorting it here, it

shoots up there, comes back down, I sell

for $1.70, and now it's going straight

back up again. Wow,

$72 now, Robinhood.

That was so exciting. Look at that, it

just went straight up.

I can't believe it.

No, no, no, I didn't— I didn't try— I

didn't accidentally put it in a long

position, because if I did, then I would

have made like— I would have made so much.

Jesus, if I bought 50 shares at 60,

and sold it at like 80, which would have

been impossible because it kept getting

suspended. I hate it when it does that.

If it shoots up too fast, it gets

suspended for like 15 minutes.

Now, I did a sell order for 50 shares,

and then it went the other way instead of

going down. I thought it was just going to

hit 60 and then come straight back down.

No idea it was gonna hit 80,

but damn, that was a scary situation

today. I'm never doing that again. That

was really risky. I got lucky because

luckily I didn't short it too, too low.

If I entered the short at like 55, I don't

think it drops back down to 55. It dropped

back down to about 58. I entered the short

at $63, so it's like a $5 gain

times 50. 5 times 5, $200— yeah,

$250.

Damn.

Well, I'm not gonna do that again. That

was really dumb. I don't know why I did

it. I was only supposed to do about 10

shares, you know, just like a little bit

of risk. But I, I put $3,000

into that trade on leverage.

If I didn't have the money to, to, um,

add to the account, I would have gotten

margin called and then forced out the

position minus $700. Oh,

good thing I, I held on to it for it to

come back down. I could have panicked and

sold it at a loss, like $200, $500 loss.

That was the scariest moment in all my

trading history— career so far.

Gonna play it ultra safe from now on.

for my long-term account at around $26.50.

So that's a pretty good entry point, I

good entry point right now after it

put £500 in Amazon. Really, I want to put

This reminds me, my mum used to make poor

little in each one. I need to get rid of
