I have some REALLY bad news

I kind of have some bad news in regards to

Nordgreen. You know, the watch company

that I've been promoting in, in a few

videos recently. So they've been sending

me emails and they're not very happy with

the videos that I've been adding the

Nordgreen promotion videos onto, and they

actually threatened me with legal action

if I don't take the videos down. Now you

may remember I made a video about Belle

Delphine and her OnlyFans You might have

noticed that video has gone now because I

did set it to private out of fear that

they might be able to take some action

against me. First of all, let me try and

explain how this all happened. Let me go

straight back to the beginning, so get

yourself a nice cup of tea and sit down in

your favorite comfy chair whilst I try and

explain this whole mess of a situation

that I'm kind of in right now. A couple of

weeks ago, a watch company that goes by

the name of Nordgreen messaged me,

emailed me. And they said they would like

to do a collaboration with me. They would

like me to promote their products in

exchange for money. And obviously, you

know how much I love money. I said, yes,

I would love to do that. And they said,

great, this is what you have to do. We

want you to say these things marked on the

bullet points. We want you to show the

watch in your 2-minute video of you

promoting our watch. I said, sure, great.

And I started working on it, and I thought

I made a pretty decent promotional video

for their watches. I got some screenshots

of the website. I said everything they

wanted me to say, and then I, I sent them

a preview of the video I made, and they

said they weren't happy with it, and

that's not what they wanted. And there was

some misunderstanding. What they wanted to

do was they want to send me a free watch,

and they wanted me to wear the watch and

take a video of myself wearing the watch

and give like a short little review. So I

said, sure, that sounds great. I get a

free watch as well. It's an even better

deal now. Plus they were going to pay me

$250 after I made the promotional video.

So I wasn't sure where to ask them to send

the watch to because, you know, I'm in

Germany right now. I don't really have a

permanent address, permanent living

residence. It's not something I have. So I

thought I'll just ask them to send it to

my house in England and And then when I

get back to England, when I finished

traveling around Germany, yeah, I'll go

back home, get the watch, make the

promotional video. They'll send me the

$250. Bala bing, bala bong, easy money.

So a few days later, my mum said that I

got a package and it was a watch. And she

asked me, Daniel, why did you order a

women's watch? A woman's watch? I said

it's because I need to make a video of it

for a company. And the reason why I got a

woman's watch is because I thought after I

finished making the video, I'll give it to

my sister or my mum as a present because I

don't use watches. I personally think

watches are stupid. I mean, it's 2020, we

all have smartphones that tell the time.

Why would you want a watch? Now, I still

had the short 2-minute video that I made

that wasn't approved by Nordgreen because

they, for some reason, they want real-time

footage of the watch, not just screenshots

of the website. I don't really know what

the difference is. I mean, I'm showing you

what the watch looks like. You can see

what the watch looks like in the

screenshots. Why does it really matter if

I'm touching the watch in real person?

Well, I really liked the short video I

made. I thought it was very well made, if

I do say so myself. It had nice relaxing

piano music. I thought that I promoted the

watch and talked about it very well, and I

really just wanted to use it in my next

video because I thought it was kind of

funny and it also helped me to get to 10

minutes. So I thought, I don't think

Nordgreen would mind if I just use this,

this short footage talking about their

watches, even if they didn't approve of it

or if they didn't accept it. I didn't

really mind not getting paid for it. I

wanted to use it anyway, so I put it into

the beginning of a video that I talked

about Belle Delphine's OnlyFans on. I

didn't really expect them to notice, but I

guess some idiot who watches my channel

contacted them and said, some weirdo

called Daniel is using your watches in his

video, blah blah blah. So the next day

after I released the Belle Delphine video,

guess who hits me up on the emails?

Bloody Nordgreen sends me an email

complaining that they're not happy that I

used the footage of, of their watches and

promoted their watches. They said, we do

not approve of this video, please take it

down. As if I need their bloody approval.

Number one, I do not need anyone's

approval to be able to talk about a

product and to showcase it. If I want to

talk about some products or shaving kits

or a razor that I like or just wanted to

talk about, that's completely my decision.

I don't need your permission, I don't need

your approval. Since when does anyone need

the approval or the permission of the

company to be able to talk about their

products? If that was the case, then

critics wouldn't even exist because they'd

all get shut down straight away if they

said anything bad about a company's

products. The company would just say, we

do not approve of what you're saying about

our company, take down the video. So

they're saying that if I refuse to take

down the video, they will take legal

action. Now, I don't really know what

they're able to do. I don't know if

they're just bluffing. I mean, it's some

random watch company in Denmark. What are

they gonna be able to do against me? I'm a

British citizen. You're gonna come to

Britain and chase me out because I made a

short little 1 minute 40 second video

talking about your watches? I didn't even

say anything that was false about the

brand. I just said exactly what you wanted

me to say. Didn't say anything bad about

the brand. I honestly didn't think it'd be

a problem because basically I'm giving

them free advertisement— advertising.

They didn't pay me a penny. For that

little 1-minute 40-second clip of me

promoting their watches. I gave them free

promotion, free advertising, and now

they're threatening me with legal action.

Can you believe that? So obviously I

didn't reply to them because I was fuming

with anger. And then I uploaded a new

video a few days ago about women's

underwear, and I actually made this video

about a week before I uploaded it, so I

have to admit I completely forgot that I

inserted the Nordgreen promotional video

again in the middle of that video.

I had no memory of doing that because it

was, you know, a couple weeks ago now.

But somehow they found out about that

video as well. I guess someone else ratted

me out, snitched on me like a little

weasel. You know what you are? You're just

a little weasel snitching me out like

that. You're like a little weasel in a

schoolroom, school classroom, ratting me

out to the teacher. Anyway, in the email

they said that they no longer want to

collaborate with me, and then they

demanded I take the video down Which, no,

I'm not going to take the video down. Do

you know how much time it took me to make

that video? It took me roughly 12 minutes.

And then they also said something like,

don't ever share Nordgreen content in any

of your videos anymore. As if I have to

listen to them. I don't have to listen to

anything they say. If I want to, I can

mention how crap Nordgreen watches are in

every single video I make from now on.

And actually, in fact, I think I will do

that until I get an apology. I am If I

don't get an official apology from

Nordgreen, I will not shut up about how

crap Nordgreen watches are. And since I

have one waiting for me at home, I can

give a very unfair, very biased critical

review of how crap Nordgreen watches

really are. If I want to talk about

Nordgreen watches in my videos, that's

completely within my rights. You have no

right to tell me what I can and cannot

say. There's a thing called free speech.

And no, you cannot tell people that you're

not allowed to say stuff about your

products just because you don't approve.

I don't need your approval. Yeah, anyway,

that's all I had to say really. I'm really

disappointed that I didn't get the $250.

So whoever ratted me out like a little

snitch to Nordgreen, hope you're happy

that my bank account is now $250 less

than it would have been. And my final

message to Nordgreen is stop sending me

stupid emails because I'm not taking down

any videos, and I'm just going to use any

further emails you send to me as future

video content and then profit off of you

sending me emails. So if you are going to

send me emails, send me something juicy.

I just think it's unbelievably petty of

you as a company to be making such a big

fuss over such a tiny short clip on

such a tiny small YouTube channel. I mean,

I barely even get 15K views. Barely

anyone's going to see it anyway, so why'd

you even care? So my final demands, if you

want me to shut up, then either send me

the $250 or I will also accept an official

apology. Those are my demands. I hope you

understand them. Good day.
