We're gonna have dinner now and then we're

gonna go outside. It's gonna be dark

again. Getting pretty dark already.

Just had fried chicken.

Chicken with mayonnaise. I find it kind of

funny how we cut up the chicken into tiny

bits and then we got mayonnaise, which is

made from eggs, and then we rub the

chicken in its own mashed up eggs.

It's kind of messed up, isn't it?

But it's so delicious.

This is what it looks like on the 17th

floor.

Today we have to go to the supermarket

again. Hopefully this time it'll be

actually open, unlike yesterday.

Yesterday was a complete failure. Both the

supermarkets were closed. Should be open

today though. Then we're gonna buy some

food. Lovely food.

It's a really nice evening, no wind, nice

and warm. Can't really tell

if there's air pollution because it's too

dark, but it doesn't look too cloudy.

I forgot to charge my phone's battery.

I've only got 35%. There was 39%

when I came out and now it's down to 35%,

so hopefully I'll have enough battery to

film. The exciting supermarket adventure.

We're not there yet.

There's still about 5 more minutes to

walk. It's quite far away, the

supermarket, but it's a pretty nice

supermarket. You know,

they have food and stuff. So much traffic,

like every day. USA.

Shut up! Supermarket's open today.

It's a Christmas miracle.

First we need to get a trolley. There's

one here.

We're in the supermarket. This man here

stands here all day greeting people

entering the supermarket. Such a strange

So we got some Philips products. Good old

British company, I think. I don't know.

Now we're going down here into a land

of mystery.

This is where they sell the fried chicken.

They come live,

freshest, for the freshest taste.

And this is where they sell the cups, the

paper cups, paper cups for your party. I

always feel so sleepy and dizzy when I

come to the supermarket. It's like the air

is really dry, the lights are really

bright, it gives me a headache. Caesar

salad. I like this.

Lots of weird vegetables.

So many people working here. Seriously,

there's more members of staff here than

there are customers. Look, look at them.

They all just stand around doing nothing,

staring at people as you walk past.

But most of them are just standing around

doing nothing. Why? Damn burger.

Got grapes, beer, bread,

pasta, red peppers, yellow peppers.

What's this? Pasta sauce,

mushrooms,

and some lettuce and some bread.

No, it's a cake. Silky castella

So shopping's done. I wanted to buy this

cake. It was just like one packet, a small

packet of sponge cake. And then they said

you can't buy just one packet, you have to

buy 6 packets because it's part of a deal,

part of a multi-pack. So I had to put it

back. So stupid. Why don't they just sell

the single packet? And they had a big

whole basket full of single packets, so it

looks like they're just selling the single

packet, but you have to buy 6 of them all

together. I don't understand why they do

that. They just end up losing money. We

had to put it back, so we didn't buy it.

And it always amazes me how many people

are just standing around in the

supermarket, like the people who work

there. It's mainly because they do like

free samples of food, and then there's all

these like middle-aged women who stand

around. They have to prepare the food,

like chop it up into small bits, and then

They just stand there saying, try our

stuff, try our stuff. Most of the time

nobody's trying it and they're just

standing around doing F all. It's kind of

funny really. I don't really understand

why they give out free samples of food

because I don't really think it improves

sales by much. Maybe it does.

They don't do it back in the UK.
