Why Apple Stock Could CRASH the US Stock Market

Things are not looking too great for Apple

and the US stock market. So as you can

see, we're looking at a stock chart of the

Apple stock, and yeah, this looks pretty

catastrophic. So we hit a high of $189.94

on the 6th of September, which was like a

week ago, more than a week ago, and now we

came all the way down to as low as $174,

nearly hit $173, but it managed to bounce

off here at 174, and it's having a bit of

a bounce back here, but I really don't

think this is going to last. I reckon the

highest it's going to bounce back would

either be around this zone or around this

zone, which are clear lines of resistance.

I can just easily eyeball this, but if you

want to see it clearly, you can see

there's a clear resistance line here, and

there's a clear resistance line also here,

here, and then obviously the next one

would be up here, but I really doubt Apple

is ever going to get back up to here

anytime soon. And if you haven't seen

already, I mean, it's pretty obvious. I

don't know how you could miss this, but

there's a massive head and shoulders right

here on Apple stock. Look, there's the

left shoulder, there's a massive long head

with like Bart Simpson spiky hairstyle,

and then there's the right shoulder. It's

like a double right shoulder. And then

we've got like a double top here, small

double top there, and then we've got a

small double bottom here. In case you

didn't know, head and shoulders is a

bearish signal, an indication that things

are going to go down even more. And if you

look at the new iPhone 15 and the new

lineup that was released or announced at

the recent Apple Live launch event, I

think you can kind of understand why Apple

is probably not going to go up from here.

It's going to go down because the new

iPhone 15 lineup looks pretty rubbish.

There's barely any updates with the new

iPhone then it's got like, oh,

48-megapixel camera when no one really

cares that much about having so many

megapixels. And there's a new Action

Button, and there's like, oh, USB-C

charging. It's like the most uninteresting

new iPhone that has ever been released,

and I reckon this is going to do really

bad sales and it's going to flop really

badly, and Apple stock is just going to

crash and just come down to levels that we

haven't seen in ages. So obviously we're

going to have to wait a while until the

next earnings readings for the next

quarter until we can see if the iPhone 15

actually flopped or how hard it's going to

flop. But I reckon I could easily safely

place my bets on iPhone 15 sales not being

that great and being kind of lacking in

luster. And when that happens, it's not

going to look pretty. Also, historically,

the iPhone stock runs up, up until the

announcement or the launch event of the

new iPhones. And then during the event or

after the events, the stock kind of sells

off because it's like a sell the news

event. So I can kind of see what's going

to happen. We might bounce up a little bit

to this support line or resistance line,

and it's going to reject off this

resistance line, and then it's going to

come down probably like— it's going to hit

this line, it's going to come down like,

uh, down to maybe down to this level.

This would be the next— it's going to

crash through this support line easily,

and then The next support line would be

this one here at, um, $170, and then it

might do like a little rebound like, uh,

like that, maybe back up to there, and

then it's just going to continue selling

off like this. So I reckon it'll come back

down to like $165. And if we zoom out to

the larger time frame, then you can kind

of see this doesn't look like too

unbelievable of a prediction. So we got

the head and shoulders here, we got the

bounce off the resistance lines, crashing

down to lower support lines, a little bit

of a rally, but then meeting more

resistance at the previous support line

and then back down to the downside.

And then what you're really going to see

is some extreme pain in the markets. The

next support line is not until $155, and

then below that the next support line

would be like down to $144. And then if it

cracks that support line too, it could go

all the way back down to what, $124?

So if we zoom out on the charts, you can

see all these peaks, these massive

mountains. Look at this big mountain,

lots of little mountain peaks crashing

down, shooting back up. It crashes down as

much as it shot up. So look at this, it

went up about this much and it came

straight back down that much, all the way

down to 125. And then it shot up, whoosh,

all the way up to 196. I mean, it could

easily just equally shoot back down to

however much it shot back up. So look It

could go from like here all the way back

down to there and then bounce off this

support line here. Imagine the world of

pain in the markets if Apple dropped down

as low back to 130. Now you might be

thinking, oh, that's never going to

happen, Apple's too strong. Well, it's

obviously happened many times in the past.

Look at this: up then down, up then down,

up then down, up then down, up then down,

up then down would be of the next obvious

step in this process. And you know how

they say historically September is a very

bad month in the stock market, and usually

at the back end of September you see

massive sell-offs across the market? And

you know what also happens in September

every year? Yeah, the Apple launch events

for the new iPhones. Whenever they release

new iPhone every, every year, it happens

in September. So I don't think it's a

massive coincidence that every time Apple

releases a new phone, the stock sells off

and the market also kind of crashes around

the end of September. And then there's

like a bit of a relief rally, also known

as a Christmas rally, that bounces back up

into the end of the year and everyone's

like euphoric again because it's

Christmas. And then it tends to sell off

again into the new year and the beginning

of the next year. So the other scenario we

could see is I might be wrong and then

this could be a double bottom here. Let me

zoom in. This could be a double bottom

here at this head and shoulders, and then

it could like gap up back up to 196 and

create like a big W, which is kind of like

also a bullish signal. But then that's

kind of ignoring the head and shoulders

bearish signal right here. I mean, there

could be a scenario where there's— this is

the first bottom, then this is the second

bottom, and it gaps up to here, but then

eventually after it hits this bit, it will

be another double top. Hitting a major

resistance line and then come crashing

back down to where I predicted.

Eventually, there's no way to escape the

fact that Apple is gonna head back down

quite low, probably back down to around

$150 or $160. And I think this chart is

just kind of ugly. I mean, look at this,

we got lower highs. These highs are

getting lower and lower and lower and

lower and lower. It's like a staircase

going down. And these lows, they're

They're also lower and lower and lower and

lower. So we got lower highs and lower

lows. This is definitely not the sign of
