Why I’m moving to Germany

Podcast. No, that's stupid. It's not

a podcast. Why is this

chair so— You might have heard that I'm

going to Germany this week, and you might

be wondering why. And this is a video

where I'm going to try and explain why. I

guess it sounds a bit strange, a bit

sudden, because I've never shown any

interest in going to Germany before.

Until now. Well, a few weeks ago I made a

video titled I'm Looking for a Girlfriend,

and it was, it was a big success because I

got quite a lot of messages on Instagram.

And after replying to several people, I

found one girl who was, um, who seemed

quite nice, and she lives in Germany.

What can I tell you about her? Well,

she's, um, I can tell you the basics.

She's 24, she lives in Germany, And she's

white, and she's been watching my channel

since last year. It's quite funny how she

found my channel. There's this website

called Pretty Ugly Little Liars, and it's

basically a website where they just gossip

about YouTubers and internet

personalities. And she said she found my

channel on that website because I have a

thread. It's over 80 pages, and it's

basically a thread about me and my videos

and They all don't really like me. They

think I'm some kind of psycho horrible

monster kind of person. Anyway, I think

it's kind of funny that thanks to that

website of people who hate me, I found a

nice girl who I'm gonna go and meet, and

you don't know what could happen. Could

be— she could be the one. I don't know.

I'm not really getting my hopes up.

I'm not really sure what to expect. I'm

just gonna go there, see how it how it

goes, see what happens. They banned me

from that website because when I found out

they made a thread about me, I was

replying to the comments about me because

a lot of the things they were saying about

me were just completely wrong and I was

correcting them. And they banned me from

posting because apparently I was spamming

and trolling. I wasn't spamming, I was

just replying to people and telling them

that they're wrong about their perceptions

of me, but they decided to ban me so I

couldn't defend myself anymore. It's a

stupid website, isn't it? It's just a

bunch of people gossiping about internet

celebrities, and most of the time they're

just moaning about whoever they're

gossiping about, and they're saying

horrible things about them. It's kind of

sad and pathetic if you think about it.

Anyway, I'm going to Germany, and the plan

is if I like it there, I'm gonna just stay

there. Since England is still part of the

EU, Brexit hasn't happened yet, I don't

need a visa to live in European countries.

I can just go there and stay there for as

long as I want. So the plan is if Germany

is nice, I'm sure it will be nice.

I don't really see why it would be

horrible. If it's nice and I like it

there, I'll get an Airbnb and I'll just

live there basically until I get fed

up, and then I'll either— either I'll come

back here, come back home, or I'll go to a

different European country and then try

and live there as well. It might be fun,

might be interesting since I've never been

to Germany before. Or I might absolutely

hate it and I'll come back home with my

tail tucked between my legs. Who knows?

Ouch. Stupid fire

alarm. As you can see, I've made a bit of

a mess on the bed. I just bought a few

bits and pieces for the Germany trip.

Here we have some dental floss and an

EU— UK to EU plug adapter.

I got 2 of those. And I got this cool ring

light which clips on. This might be pretty

good. Not sure.

It's a bit— it's a bit bright.

I'll test it out later. And I got this

Apple USB to Lightning adapter so I

can use my Blue Yeti microphone on my

iPhone, so there'll be better sound

quality in my videos. And the most

interesting item that I've recently bought

is this new MSI gaming laptop to

replace my other one, which was basically

stolen from me from my ex-wife.

Now this is a— this

is a different model to the one I had in

Japan. I'm not sure if it's a newer model.

I'm pretty sure it is. It's the GP63

Leopard 8RE. Unfortunately, I can't

remember which model I had in Japan. I

think it was Something like GN627RE

maybe, but it has pretty much the same

specs. 15-inch screen,

15.6-inch screen,

GTX 1060 graphics card,

um, Core i7 8th generation.

It has an SSD, I think it's 128 gigs.

And a 1TB hard drive. So it's almost

identical— actually, I think it is

identical specs to my laptop in Japan. I

might— I think maybe the CPU is a

newer version, later generation.

And the, the main difference is the whole

thing feels a bit smaller. The body feels

more compact. I remember the MSI laptop I

had in Japan it was very bulky, you know,

there was a lot of space around the

keyboard and it just felt bigger

even though the screen size is the same.

This one's nice because it's nice and

compact that I can lift it up using only

one hand and it should fit into my

bag which is over here pretty easily.

I've already packed, this is the bag I'm

taking. Should fit quite easily

into this bit, into the back bit. I'm not

sure if I want to bring my messenger bag.

I'm not sure how much I really need it. I

might just leave it, leave it here

actually, save space. I have some towels,

I have some underwear, I have some shirts.

The laptop should fit snugly into this

compartment, and then all this just goes

into here like so.

Won't be able to bring my scissors because

they'll confiscate them at the airport,

and I've got a lot of cardboard I need to

get rid of. Might just burn it all in the

fireplace. So yeah, that's my,

my travel stuff sorted.

Just need to finish packing, put the

laptop in there. I need to download

Rainbow Six and a few other, few other

programs that I need on it. That's it

really. Yeah, all ready to go.

I just realized that this is a 15-inch

laptop and my old laptop was a 17-inch,

so now I'm a bit disappointed about the

size of this screen because for some

reason I was so sure that my old laptop

was also a 15-inch and I thought 17-inch

would be too big. That's why I decided to

get a 15-inch. Now I'm sitting here with

the 15-inch It's kind of small actually,

and I'm a bit disappointed, and I don't

have enough time to return it and get a

new one and sort out all the refund

process, so I think I'm, I'm stuck with

it. Hopefully Rainbow Six will be fine on

this screen size. It does feel a lot

smaller than the 17-inch, even though

it's, it's a 15.6-inch screen. My old one

was 17-inch. Doesn't sound like a big

difference, but It is quite a big

difference. It feels a lot smaller. Ah,

hi and welcome to today's cooking

with Daniel. Today's going to be a bit

special. I have my GoPro strap-on

attached. Okay, so first of

all, we need to season our pork chops.

How many should we have? I think one would

be enough. Don't need to go crazy.

And then place it on the counter. And what

you want to do is you want to make scores

like this so the heat gets to the center

more easily. Just slice across

and then flip it over, do the same.

Some sea salt. I'm just gonna put some sea

salt on.

Let's get some herbs, sprinkle it on.

Easy peasy.

Salt the other side,

and then just place your pork chop Here,

and it should start cooking.

And whilst that's cooking, we can prepare

some vegetables. I like red peppers. Do

you? I think they're quite tasty.

Hope I don't get food poisoning because I

forgot to Did you wash the counter? Oh no.

Should be fine because I'm cooking the red

peppers and the heat should kill off any

bacteria. It had raw meat

on it. This is

a spring onion. You can just slice it

like so.

And then place it on the

grill and then just let it cook.

Basically, that's all you need to do.

Black pepper is very

nice. Smells good,

I'm not gonna lie. We can close this down.

Whoa, pork chop's gone all white.

Smells pretty good.

I can see you naked in the bathroom.

I think I can see you naked in the shower.

Oh, I think it's ready. Looks golden

brown. Wouldn't you say? Okay, so let's

get our meat cutting

scissors, see if it's cooked in the middle

or not. Don't want to get salmonella.

Look at that pork chop, it's beautiful.

You can smell it, can't you? I know

you, you're smelling it right now, aren't

you? Oh, look at it.

Cooked perfectly. Let me

see if it's cooked perfectly. Yep, the

middle looks white to me, no pink.

Just snip that off,

and that, my friends, is lunch.

Lunch served. Bon appétit.

I think that's a pretty good lunch.
