Well, I'm in an Airbnb because my wife

dumped me for the stupidest reason ever.

If you're thinking, oh, he cheated again,

No, I didn't. And that would

have been a good reason to be dumped.

Cheating makes sense, doesn't it? Guess

why she decided she had enough this time?

Because I was on Discord and I keep

talking on Discord instead of talking to

her. That is it. And the other reason was

because I stream for 8 hours straight

Nonstop talking by myself, but then when

she comes back, I barely say a word to

her. That was it. That's why she wanted to

break up this time. Isn't that so stupid?

Oh, thank you for the Airbnb money. Gonna

need it. Well, this place wasn't too

expensive actually. It only cost about

$160 for a week.

That's pretty good actually. So for

a month, that would be $160, $320,

$640 for the month. That's pretty good

actually. I could afford that. And it's a

nice place. Look at this place. You've got

a sofa. My wife's place doesn't have a

sofa. And there's a proper table, proper

chairs, not squatting on the floor like a

monkey. And then you've got 2 double beds,

2 double beds here.

And there's a door. This is weird.

Look, this door goes out into the hallway,

but they took the handle off. So you can't

use it. And then you've got a closet

here.

Maybe initially there were 2 separate

rooms. That would have been horrible.

Imagine that's the front door and then you

walk in and all you have is this.

Uh, maybe this was a wall but they made

into one big place.

I was just getting fed up because I feel

like I keep getting scolded and whinged at

everything I do.

You know, first it was talking about girls

and then talking about sex. Okay, I

understand. Should be upset about that.

So I tried my best to stop talking about

sex and other girls,

but obviously I'm still gonna stream and

I'm still gonna talk on Discord. And then

she starts getting upset because I didn't

talk to her much. She would come home

after I finished doing those 8-hour-long

streams, and then she would look really

is because obviously I have to talk when

I'm streaming, and doing streams is part

of what I do to earn money. I can't just

start streaming and then not talk. That's

the whole point of streaming, you talk. I

don't understand what the problem is.

And then she would come home, and then in

the evenings we didn't talk much, so I'd

be on Discord chatting to people And then

she got upset about that as well.

So I can't do anything. Talk about sex, I

get scolded. If I livestream, get scolded.

Talk on Discord, get scolded. Message

girls, I get scolded. What can I do

without getting scolded? Even if I play

games, she starts whinging, saying, oh,

all you do is play games. And watch

YouTube. You know, all she does is sit

there looking at her phone watching TV,

as if that's much different.

But what am I supposed to do then?

Just sit there staring at the wall?

Just sit there like this, staring,

doing nothing.

You know what I talk about on streams. I

can't talk about the stuff I talk about on

streams to her. All I do is whinge. And

complain about my channel dying,

and then I talk about sex and I talk about

ex-girlfriends. As if I'm gonna talk about

ex-girlfriends and sex to her. As if I

would just constantly complain about my

YouTube channel to her. That's boring.

I complain about my channel all the time

to you guys. Why would I carry on

complaining about it to her? It's not like

she can do anything about it.

And the stuff I talk about on Discord,

number one, she wouldn't even be

interested in it. Number two, I wouldn't

even be able to talk about it in Japanese.

I don't know how to say certain words that

I use in English all the time. For

example, yesterday I was researching about

evolution and the origins of the human

race. And I was also researching about

whales and where they evolved from, which

animal they're closely related to. And I

was talking to people on Discord about

that, as if she would be interested in the

evolution of whales. I don't even know how

to say the evolution of whales in

Japanese. I don't even know how to

say 50 million years ago in Japanese

because they've got a stupid numbering

system.

And then she comes onto the Discord and

then starts whinging about me, saying how

much she hates the Discord. And then I

say, why don't you just not come on the

Discord then? No one's asking you to come

onto it. No one invited you. If you hate

it so much, then just delete it and then

there'll be no problems. She says, no, I

have to check what you're saying because

you might be cheating again. Yeah, as if I

cheat openly on Discord. Now I know all

these people are screenshotting everything

I say. Not that stupid. Okay, you caught

me once. As if I'll get caught again for

the same thing. Insult my intelligence

It's exactly the same problem my mum and

dad had. My dad was into talking about,

you know, science and politics,

technology, as if my mum would know

anything about that, and then she wouldn't

even understand what he's saying anyway

because her English sucked. Then my dad

kind of stopped talking to my mum, and

then my mum got all upset because he

didn't talk to her. It's like the exact

same thing that happened to my mum and dad

is happening to me. Men and women aren't

interested in the same thing, okay? Maybe

some are, like 2% of women are interested

in what men are interested in, but in

general Women don't give a shit about the

stuff men want to talk about. That's why

men have friends who are mostly guys and

women have friends who are mostly women,

because they have things in common, they

get on, they have things to talk about.

Men and women in general, they don't have

anything in common. They're just attracted

to each other because they want to fuck

and they're lonely, and then they have

kids and then they're stuck together.

Name me one couple where they've got so

much in common.

They're very rare. It's like 5% of the

population have partners where they have

everything in common and they share the

same interests. But men, we like video

games and porn and talking about war and

spaceships and Star Wars. Women don't care

about that stuff.

And if they do care about that stuff,

then they probably already have a

them. I just don't understand how she's

going to be 39 this year and she doesn't

understand that what women and men like

are different things.

I'm not interested in anything a woman

know, riding horses and makeup and

talking to someone about stuff that you're

time struggling in Japanese trying to

probably wouldn't even care?

So, um, she messaged me while she's at

work. This all started because I was on

Discord this morning talking about how

Nobita messaged her last year when

my dad died and we were separated and I

was in England. Apparently he messaged her

complaining about me, which I only found

out a few days ago. She just randomly

brought it up. She said, oh yeah, by the

way, Nobita messaged me last year saying

that he didn't want to have anything to do

with you, and he's worried his YouTuber

friends in Japan will look down on him if

they think he's associated with me.

Number one, as if any Japanese YouTubers

even know who I am. Number two, as if any

Japanese YouTubers even know who Nobita

is. He's not like a super big famous

YouTuber, is he? He's only got 300k subs.

He's a no one. And then he was whining to

my wife about it instead of messaging me

directly, like a pussy.

And then I was telling everyone about that

on Discord, and for some reason that was

the conversation that triggered her into

saying, let's break up, we don't do

anything together, we have nothing in

common, you don't talk to me.

Talk to you about what?

This is so annoying because I finished

doing an 8-hour stream and I feel quite

satisfied, had a good chat. Made a little

bit of money, did some cooking, connected

with my viewers, and then I end the

stream. I thought, ah, that's one day

over. Feel relaxed, feel satisfied. And

then she comes home and I get— she starts

giving me the evils, starts whinging when

she knows that's what I do. I talk to

the camera. Because I don't like talking

to people. I'd rather just talk by myself

or talk on Discord. Talking on Discord

isn't really the same as talking in real

life. It's just typing. I'm just chatting

because I have nothing else to do.

And I, I feel disappointed that she

doesn't even understand why I do it in the

first place. Why do you think I do

streams? Why do you think I'm constantly

chatting to people on Discord. It's

because I want social interaction with

people. I'm a human being as well. I'm not

some kind of stone statue. I don't have

any friends. I don't have any people that

I interact with every day. I was stuck

inside all day long not seeing any other

people apart from her. So obviously,

yeah, I want to chat to people online

because that's some form of social

interaction. Why can't I do that? What's

wrong with that?

And I don't really want friends because in

my experience it's kind of irritating when

you get friends. They keep pestering you.

Christ. I go on Discord because it

fulfills my social interaction cravings

without having to actually see or listen

to people.

sending her links or timestamps to bits

when I've said something that they think I

could upset her with. I bet you anything

her, because it's like every single time I

say something that could upset her, she

instantly knows, and there's no way she's

checking it, just waiting. There's

probably someone else doing it and

screenshotting it and then sending her a

message, and then she gets a notification,

then she sees what I've said, because

there's no way she's watching all the

time. That's what else that pisses me off.

There's all these snitches sending her

stuff, and then she refuses to delete

Discord or ignore them because she wants

to know what I'm saying. So irritating.

So I feel like I can't do anything. I

can't meet people because she'll think I'm

cheating. I can't do streams because

then she whines because I'm talking to

myself and not her. And I can't talk on

Discord I can't make videos about stuff I

want to. Do you know why my channel is

dying and my videos are shit recently?

It's because I can't make anything I want

to make. Number one, I've got stupid

YouTube demonetizing me if I even talk

about anything sexual. Can't do anything

edgy, no, you know, dark humor kind

of stuff because you'll get demonetized

straight away. And then number two, I

can't even talk about other things like

ex-girlfriends. Because she doesn't want

to hear it. And then I said, well, don't

watch it. And then she said, well, don't

make it. And then even that last video I

made called I Had an Affair with a Married

Woman, that was 7 years ago, and still she

had a big go at me because of the picture,

because I was with a girl in the picture.

And she started shouting at me saying,

who's this girl? Where did you meet her?

Did you meet her when you were with me?

Blah blah blah blah blah. Oh my

God,

I've got all these other stories about

women that I think you guys would be

interested in since that's all you seem to

give a shit about. All you care about is,

Daniel cheated, had sex with this girl and

that girl. I make anything else that's not

related to sex and it gets crap views.

People say, why don't you make something

else? Well, I tried and then it doesn't

even get 10K views, does it? I made one

about banging a man's husband— I mean, a

man's woman— and then boom, it gets 22K

views. So that's why.

And then yesterday I found

out this fascinating, mind-blowing stuff

about whales, and I was raving about it on

Discord for ages because it just blew my

mind. You think, well, whales and

dolphins, they must be closely related to

fish. You'd be wrong. You know what

the closest relative to the whale is?

Closest living relative is the

hippopotamus. Can you believe that?

Because 50 million years ago, or 60,

the hippopotamus and all these hooved

animals like cows and pigs They all shared

the same common ancestor with whales and

dolphins. It's absolutely crazy.

They all lived in some place in Africa,

and then this certain type of pig started

to move back into the water because, you

know, it's more food there, it's safer.

And over the course of 50 million years,

they gradually lost their legs and then

evolved back into fish. It's so weird,

isn't it? Because First you have fish,

and then it took them millions of years to

come onto the land and evolve into things

like mammals and reptiles. And then this

certain group of mammals decide, oh,

fuck it, we're going back into the sea.

And they lose their legs, they turn back

into fish, but technically they're mammals

because they have lungs and, you know,

they make milk and they don't lay the

offspring as eggs. That was just crazy.

Now I couldn't even explain 70% of that in

Japanese. These are all the words I don't

know in Japanese. 50 million years ago,

um, milk. I know how to say cow's milk.

I don't know how to say mammal. I don't

know how to say common ancestor or closest

living related relative. I don't know how

to say offspring.

I think I said that. It's just such a

pain. I'd rather just not talk about it

than sit there struggling using a

dictionary to find every single word so I

can explain that whales evolved from some

pig 60 million years ago that she doesn't

even care about. Why would I put myself

through all that struggle and effort?

Fucking— you know, the problem is, is the

stupid Japanese language.

You know, if she was English, no native

English speaker, I'd say, I found

something pretty cool about Wales today.

You know, it would be easy peasy, but I

just can't be bothered anymore to speak

So I don't really— so the problem is I

don't know what to talk to her about, and

then even if I did, I can't talk about it

because my Japanese sucks. I can have,

you know, basic conversations. I can't

have scientific conversations with a bunch

of jargon, technical jargon like that. I

don't know how to say that in Japanese,

and I can't be arsed to look it up.

I mean, she has a go— you know what's

irritating to me is, is she doesn't

understand me as an introvert,

and then she complains about me being

boring and having a boring life, and all I

do is sit there playing games. And talking

on Discord and watching YouTube. Yeah,

that's because I'm an introvert. I'm not

an extrovert. I don't go out and socialize

and have loads of friends. I bet you

anything if I was super extroverted and I

had 100 friends and I was always out with

my mates drinking until 1 AM in the

morning, see how happy she'd be then when

I'm coming home middle of the night drunk

And she never shows any interest in

anything I do. She never says, oh, what

did you do today? Or What are you doing

now? Or what's that new game you're

playing? Tell me about it. Or what's that

movie that you were watching? She doesn't

show an interest in anything I'd want.

And it's not like she's really fascinating

and interesting. She doesn't do anything

either. She comes home, she watches TV.

She goes to work and then comes home,

watches TV, has dinner, gets washed,

watches TV, goes to bed. Rinse and repeat.

As if that's interesting.

And then when she says the things that

she's interested in, she'll just say, oh,

I like going and Talking to my friends and

drinking. Well, I like talking to people

as well. I talk to people on Discord. We

do the same thing; we just do it in

different ways.

I don't like going out to pubs and bars,

stand around listening to two or three

people go on and on about themselves. I

tried that, and I absolutely hated it. It

was so boring. Stayed up all night long

with these guys and they just waffled on

and on about stuff I couldn't care less

about. So I'd

rather chat to people on Discord. So if

they're interested in what I'm saying,

they can respond. If not, they just go

away. And it doesn't really bother me if

they care or not because it's not like I

want— I don't really care about talking to

people. I just want to put stuff out there

like Twitter. You know, you type stuff

out, you press post. You just want to,

you know, get it off your chest, or you

want to share something cool you found

out. You don't really care if the people

are interested in it or not.

Do you care? The reason why I like

talking on streams is because none of you

are here against your will. You're here

voluntarily. If you get bored, just close

it down. And I don't know about it, it

doesn't say so-and-so has left your

stream. I don't know if you've left. You

could just sneak out secretly. You can't

do that in real life. You have to stand

there waiting for them to shut up.

And through the 2 years we've been

together, the only hobbies I've observed

her having was going to yoga and then

going to the gym, which she used to do

before we got married. And then after we

got married, she quit both of those. She

stopped going to the gym. Oh, she also

used to go to English class. I'm not

interested in going to the gym, I'm not

interested in going to yoga, and I'm

definitely not interested in going to an

English class. She took me to one of her

English classes, actually. It was on this

app called Meetup. It was by some cafe At

the Osaka station, and about 12 or 15

people, and they split us all into little

groups. And then there's 5 or 6 of us at

one table, and then we sat next

to each other, and we were sitting in a

circle with the other people. And I didn't

really say anything because I didn't know

who the hell these people were.

And then this Japanese woman to my left

started. Talking to me, and I didn't know

if it was okay to talk back to her

because, you know, I was with my wife.

But this woman was kind of cute, but she

had a wedding wing— a wedding wing? A

wedding ring. And it was just very

confusing.

I wasn't sure if I was allowed to talk to

her. What if I come

across as flirty? That would be bad.

It's just boring. I'm not interested in

socializing. She should

know that by now.

If she wants to go and socialize and hang

out with her friends in the bar or pub, I

don't care. I don't mind. I don't stop

her. I don't complain. If she says, I'm

gonna come back late today because talking

to my friends at the bar, I'd say, okay,

fine. I don't start whinging at her about

If you're going to be hostile and negative

and aggressive towards me, then no, I'm

not going to want to talk to you. I like

talking to people on Discord because they

like me and they're interested in what I

have to say, and they don't judge me all

the time or say I'm weird or say— call me

a loser. So obviously I like talking on

Discord because people are nice to me.

Why would I want to talk to someone if

they're not nice to me?

I don't really talk to anyone, even my own

dad. We would sit in the car for hours and

hours whilst he was driving me back from

the airport, and we wouldn't even say 2

words. He would just complain about the

traffic, or he would say, how was Japan?

I'll say it was okay, and then he'll have

a bit of a mumble, a grumble about how the

traffic's bad. That's it. We don't really

talk about anything. My mum,

she would just start talking on and on to

herself, so that wasn't really a problem.

You don't really have to make any effort

to talk to my mum. She'll just keep

talking by herself whether you're

listening or not. So you don't really

have to worry about awkward silences with

my mum. Me and my sister,

we do talk a decent amount because

she's also interested in sciency kind

of stuff. But she does go on a bit about

science. She, she does tend to go on and

on about scientific mathematical things

that I don't really care about. Then I

just leave her and read. My sister was

trying to explain to me something about

quantum physics. I just couldn't care

less. I just didn't respond.

I'm not that much of a nerd, you know. I

like having a bit of a Wikipedia browsing

session to find things out, like where did

whales come from, but I don't get into the

nitty-gritty details. If you start trying

to explain to me how gravity works, then

I'll probably just Go quiet and stop

saying anything.

And yeah, there's not really anything I

want to do, to be honest. I don't know

what activities we could do together.

What would we do? Paintballing?

Bowling? I'm not interested in physical

activities.

I'm not a sporty person. I don't like

noisy, crowded places. I don't want to go

to a bar packed with people. Packed with

people. That's not what I think of as a

good time.

So I don't know what to do.

If we do separate, then I'll probably go

to a different country. I'm not sure, so

I'll probably do a community post. Last

time I did one, everyone— most people

voted for Thailand.

I don't know about Thailand.

I suppose it makes sense to move to a

cheaper country now my channel's dying.

It would take the financial burden off a

little bit to live in some shithole.

sick of convenience store food. We have

that for lunch every day. And she

doesn't like fast food. Every time I say

let's have McDonald's, she'll start

moaning. Oh, don't like McDonald's, don't

like KFC. She'd rather have a seaweed

salty bowl of soup instead of a Big

Mac.

If I cook, then I just, you know, get some

meat and then fry it and then have kimchi

with it. I don't do anything special.

Japanese people have weird comfort food.

You think of comfort food, you think of

pizza, burger and chips,

fish and chips,

a kebab. Japanese people think, hmm, I'll

have a bowl of seaweed water. With some

fermented soybean that smells like farts,

or I have some fugu that tastes of

nothing,

or I have some tofu that tastes like

nothing. Might as well not eat then. Just

eat some grass.

And everyone says Japanese food's so

great. Yeah, right. Don't know how

people say English food sucks. We've got

great food. Cornish pasties, Scotch eggs,

pork pies, beans on toast, full English

breakfast, shepherd's pie,

lasagna, spaghetti, fish fingers and

peas, um,

beef pie, some anything pie with chips and

peas. How can you say that's bad?

How can you say Scotch eggs are bad? It's

a boiled egg wrapped in meat. Breadcrumb

meat. It's delicious. How can you say pork

pies are bad? It's just pork in

a pie. It's meaty and

good. Doesn't taste like nothing.

People say English food is bad. They don't

know what they're talking about.

We've got sausage rolls and bacon

sausage and egg sandwiches.

What about fish and chips with a savaloy

Yeah, it's not very healthy. But good

food, tasty food, is not usually healthy.

A lot of it is fried and it's brown, full

of salt, but that's why it tastes good.

tetra were getting nice and big. I've got

these new plants as well. They started

about bringing a few in a bottle, but it's

too much work.

We watched the new Netflix show called

Picard yesterday. She didn't even know

what Star Trek: Next Generation is. She

didn't even know who Picard was.

No, I couldn't sell my laptop, so I just

ditched it. I left it at her place. I

don't care.

don't know anything. Apart from how to eat

food that tastes like nothing.

I'm not really a Star Trek fan. I was

never that interested in it, but I know

who Picard is and Mr. Data and

that Klingon guy.

It used to be on TV all the time after

I don't know why Data would have a

daughter though. He's a robot. Why would a

robot care about having a daughter? And

why does Picard care so much who some

random robot is?

didn't even care.

She had never seen a Star Wars movie

before she met me, not even once.

the world. She hasn't even seen a single

one of them. Unbelievable.

It's just really depressing. Obviously I

can't talk to someone when they don't know

about any of the things that I'm

interested in.

It's like you get a tennis player and a

football player, stick them in the room,

and one of them knows nothing about

tennis, the other one knows nothing about

football, but they're experts on football

called JayStation who's faked his

girlfriend's death, and everyone's,

everyone's roasting him because he,

he faked that— he pretended that she was

in a car accident, and then his next He

has like a wooden cross by the road,

and he's he's pretending

to cry, and he keeps saying, "Her only

wish was to get a million subscribers." I

think that's hilarious. Everyone's all

angry because he's just clickbaiting.

I thought it was funny. My girlfriend

died. I don't

know why people get so angry about

YouTubers faking stuff. So obviously when

you have an algorithm that gives you money

and views for dramatic stuff, then

I feel like that's the modern version of

pranks now. 5 or 10 years ago on YouTube,

pranks used to be Well, they were fake

public. Nowadays I feel like it's

you've traveled all the way over there,

got, but it really sucks. It's called

Crash Team Racing. It's like a ripoff of

Mario Kart, but it's worse in every way.

Instead of Mario, you've got Crash

Bandicoot, and the controls are terrible.

It plays horribly. The stages are not

interesting. The special power-ups are

rubbish. Why would you get that instead of

Mario Kart?

Why would you get Crash Team Racing when

you can get Mario Kart? I don't get it.

Why do these other companies even bother?

There's also Sonic Racing. That also looks

shit.

So I've wasted £35 on that racing game,

and then I got Overwatch for £35, and then

after I got it, someone said, well, you

could have gotten Paladins for free.
