My $1200 a Month LUXURY Apartment TOUR [konlCw7EvU8]

Hi, welcome to my new home. As you can

see, I finally moved into my own

apartment, and yeah, I've been here a few

nights. It's been very exhausting having

to buy all of the stuff and the kitchen

stuff and the bed stuff that I needed,

but I finally think I finished buying

everything I needed to buy. And let's do

an apartment tour. And before we start, I

just wanted to explain that I decided to

get the apartment because I got a little

bit fed up living with my family, and I

just wanted to live by myself and be able

to focus on my interests and my passions

without being disturbed, and just wanted

to live my own life how I want

to live it. And I also want to say a

massive thanks to everyone who watches my

videos and my streams and my Twitch and

signs up to my OnlyFans. Without you,

I wouldn't be able to afford this, and

thanks to you, I'm able to be financially

independent and be able to stand on my own

2 feet. So thanks very much.

And even though it may not seem like it,

I am very grateful that I have this little

community because sometimes I just feel

really alone in the world, to be honest.

And a few details about the apartment: the

rent is £885 a month,

and, um, I've got a 6-month contract. So

without further ado, I would like to now

show you my new place. Okay, so we

begin at the entrance. This is my

entrance, and to the left of us we

have the toilet. This is my toilet, and

that's where I keep my toilet paper.

Because there's no toilet paper holder.

This is my sink, and I've got a nice

mirror here. That's me.

And then we go out, and this is the

bedroom.

Yeah, it's quite a nice bedroom, I think.

Very nice view. And the

bed was completely bare when I moved in.

There was nothing. There was just a

mattress, so I had to go and buy a pillow,

pillowcase, duvet, duvet cover, and the

bedsheets. And the first shop I went to

was House of Fraser because it was the

closest, and I didn't realize House of

Fraser is such an expensive shop, and I

kind of got ripped off. And my total cost

for the bedding stuff was about £158.

So I ended up getting these Egyptian

cotton bedsheets and pillowcase,

which was not very cheap, to be honest.

Okay, so we've got this amazing view next

to my bed. They also gave me a

drawer which I use— I used to put my socks

and underwear. And then we've got this

view when you're in bed.

It's quite a nice view. Of Manchester.

See, I don't even have to go outside to

see Manchester. I can see all of

Manchester right from my bedroom.

And then over here we have this door.

It's not actually a door. It goes— well,

it doesn't go anywhere. It's like a

window. So if you're feeling

hot, you want some ventilation, you open

this and the wind blows in. They put this

for safety, which makes me feel very safe.

Imagine if this thing wasn't here and you

could just step out. That'd be pretty

frightening. So that's the window,

and then here we have the bathroom. I got

this towel at House of Fraser too. It's

also Egyptian something, and I also got

this, this Egyptian cotton bed sheet, but

I got the wrong size. This is a single.

And my bed is a double, so I didn't

realize I got the wrong size, so that's a

waste of money. But I use it as a curtain

because I got this rod as well, so I just

drag this across like that. Makes for

a nice makeshift curtain because when

you stand in the bath to have a shower,

it feels a bit exposing standing in front

of this big window. I don't think anyone

could see me, but still, standing here

completely nude is a little

bit— makes me feel a little bit

embarrassed. Uh, yeah, the bathtub's

really nice. I haven't had a bath yet,

but I got these— got this bath foam for

tonight. I might have a bath, and then you

can just sit there and you can enjoy the

view. Yeah. This building's not

very pretty, but just ignore that and

everything else looks really cool. Look,

you can see far into the distance.

Look at those hills, the hills of

Manchester. And I put this towel on the

floor as a bath mat. So that's my bedroom.

It's quite nice. It's not really that big,

but then it's not the worst bedroom I've

stayed in. I think it's quite nice.

Pillow's nice. Got this nice pillow,

£50 pillow. At Wilkinson, I could have

bought a pillow for £5, and I could have

bought the bedsheets for about £6 or £8.

And this is where I filmed the beginning

of this video, in front of this mirror.

It's quite a nice location, I think. And

then we've got the main living room.

We've got Storage here in case, in case

you want to put stuff inside of it.

But if you've got a lot of stuff, then

this might not be enough space. Anyway,

so this is the living area. Let me do a

slow-motion entrance cinematically.

Whoa, very nice. That's a very nice area.

So they got me this brand new sofa,

3-seater gray fabric sofa. They gave

it to me, came with the apartment. And

that's my Switch, my iPad, my iPhone

charging. And they also gave me some

chairs, this table, and this TV stand.

I could get a TV, it would be pretty nice,

get like a big massive 60-inch TV, put it

there. Sit here, watch movies,

and enjoy the view. So this is the view.

It's a very nice view. Also, it's a

north-facing view, which means the sun

sets over there and doesn't shine into the

room. The previous apartment I was staying

in is west-facing, and that was just

terrible because the sun would set and

then shine directly into the room, and

then it would be so hot and bright. And

then there's another door thing here in

case you're feeling hot. You can let the

breeze in. It's quite nice.

Soundproofing is pretty good when it's

closed. I can't hear the traffic at all.

It's very good soundproofing. Yeah,

that's the view. Very nice. You can see

all of the countryside in the background.

Where is it? Here. Looks very nice.

And then this is my kitchen.

Yeah, the kitchen design is a bit dated.

It has that kind of ugly yellowy cream

color like the phone. Just reminds you of

the '90s, doesn't it, when everything was

in this yellowish vanilla cream color.

Not very modern, but what can you do? So

you've got storage up here, you've got the

fridge is here. That's my food.

We've got pizza, fish fingers, eggs,

broccoli.

Uh, the oven, the oven's here.

I've got the stove. I bought a pot and a

kettle, £15 kettle, very cheap.

And I got some tea towels, I got a plate,

I got some forks. Uh,

that's where I keep my cup.

Got some washing stuff, and that's it

really. It's not a very big place, not

really much to show you. A lot of plugs

down there. Um, the sofa is very

comfortable. You can just sit like this

Ah,

enjoy the view.

We also have the dishwasher, which I'll

never use because it's not very difficult

just to hand wash one plate. And then

we've got the sink stuff, and then also

a washing machine. It's quite a good

washing machine. It looks a bit old with

these old-fashioned spin dial controls,

but it does the job perfectly.

I guess we'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll

really like living here, but mainly I'm

waiting for Japan to reopen. But no one

knows when they're going to reopen. They

might not reopen until next year, so I've

got 6 months here at least, and then I can

extend it again. If I want to stay longer.

I think when Japan reopens, I have to do

some thinking and decide if I really want

to go back to Japan or if I would just

prefer to stay here, because it's pretty

nice here, I have to say. Manchester is

not bad, not a bad city. It's a pretty

nice city, actually. I don't know why so

many people think the northern cities are

really grim. A lot of people were saying,

isn't Manchester really grim and

old-looking and grimy? No, it looks great.

Look at it. Look at all of the modern

buildings.

I feel like it's a very nice city

so far, and the best thing about it is

almost every shop I've been to, they've

got self-checkout. I went to Aldi, I went

to Sainsbury's Local, I went to Wilkinson,

and they all have self-checkout, so I can

just do shopping and buy stuff without

having to talk to anyone, whereas in Japan

I never saw self-checkout anywhere.

Self-checkout is really the future.

Everywhere should have self-checkout. If

they don't have self-checkout, then

they're just stuck in the olden days.

They need to get with the times. And I've

also got really fast internet. It's about

400 upload and download speed. It kind of

goes in between 400 and 500, but it's so

fast because because I'm used to my

internet back home, which was about 15

download and then 2 upload, which was

really slow. It's just really amazing

being able to upload a video and it only

takes a minute. Back home, it would take

like 2 hours or more if I was uploading a

large file. So yeah, I feel pretty

comfortable. I've got amazing internet,

I've got self-checkout, don't have to talk

to anyone to buy stuff. I've got pretty

affordable rent and I'm in the middle of a

great city. Can't really complain too

much. So I hope you like my apartment

I'm quite pleased with this place so far,

and it's also fairly quiet during the day.
