Elden Ring DLC - 7 Of The STRONGEST Talismans You Don't Want To Miss! (Shadow of the Erdtree)

Welcome back to a new video. So today

we're going to be looking at some of the

most powerful new talismans only to be

found in the new DLC Shadow of the

Erdtree. So one of my favorite new

talismans has to be the Two-Handed Sword

Talisman. Even though the name says

two-handed sword, the effect actually

enhances attacks with all two-handed

weapons including clubs, great katanas.

So the name is kind of misleading.

Anyway, to get this, you go to the Temple

Town Ruins, which can be found somewhere—

not there.

Oh yeah, it's here, right here. Temple

Town Ruins. Closest Site of Grace is the

Temple Town Ruins, and just go there and

it's in a chest. So you go to the Temple

Town Ruins and you gotta find your way up

to the top of the ruins. And it'll just be

in a chest somewhere. So you want to go to

this little crack in the wall, little

hole, and then you'll find a staircase.

You go up here and then you

gotta do some platforming, jumping.

You'll jump over this bit. You want to aim

towards that little building and the chest

is inside of the room. So just jump, jump

down here. It's really easy to get. You'd

think they would make you fight a boss or

something to get it because it's pretty

good, but nope. Just run across here,

go up these steps, go fight that guy,

and it's in this chest. Now it's kind of

annoying because in Elden Ring they don't

tell you exactly how much the buffs are

buffing. It just says enhances attacks

with 2 weapons, so you have to Google how

much damage it actually buffs your

two-handed attacks by. I think it's

something like 15% damage. The next

talisman is Rellana's Cameo. This is

pretty good when you're doing those

stances with the swords. So one of the new

weapons, the Great Katana, it has this

special Ash of War called Overhead Stance.

So this is the Great Katana, and it comes

with this Ash of War called Overhead

Stance. It's pretty good. And if you

use the Cameo, Rellana's Cameo, it makes

your stances do more damage when

maintaining the same stance for a while.

So it looks like this. You hold it above

your head, you can do slashes, and when

you flash red, it means it's activated.

See, I'm flashing red. It means I'm

getting the buff from the talisman. You do

like these heavy slashes. Also works for

some other stances. There's not many

sword stances in the game. There's only

one other I can think of. See if I can

find it. I think it works for these

smaller swords, smaller swords like one

of these, or was it the— it might

be these kind

of swords here, the rapiers.

Rapiers. I don't know how you pronounce

it. I forgot. There's another sword

stance. There's not many sword stances,

so if you're gonna use the Rellana's

Cameo, you're probably gonna want to use

it with the Great Katana and the overhead

stance like that. Next one I really like

is the Crusade Insignia. Raises attack

power after defeating an enemy. So as the

name implies, after you kill something,

you get boost to your attack power. The

boost is quite a lot actually. So if I

just show you quickly, so obviously we

haven't got it yet because we haven't

killed anything. So I'm gonna kill this

guy with a fully charged up heavy attack.

So I did 2,452. Now I have the buff,

you see I'm red. So now— oh my god,

oh my god, get lost!

But anyway, I think you get the point.

When you get the red flash, it means you

killed something, you get the AP buff from

the talisman. Next talisman is the

Shattered Stone Talisman. And by the way,

these are all from the DLC, not from the

base game. This raises the potency of

kicking and stomping skills. So there's a

few stomping skills added to the DLC.

One of them is the

Divine Beast Frost Stomp. So that is a new

stomp. And it's a pretty cool stomp. So if

you want to build focuses on stomps— oops,

pressed the wrong button. So this is what

it looks like. It just shoots out a bunch

of sharp icicles. It's okay. I mean,

if you try and buff out your magic damage,

do like 4, maybe 4,000 to 5,000 damage.

So you're gonna buff your stomps and does

more damage. So yeah, good for stomp

builds. There's not many stomps that are

so good that I would want to make a stomp

build, but if you wanted to, now you can.

Okay, next talisman, we got the Outer

God Heirloom. All it does is raise arcane

by 5 points. It's not really that

interesting. And you got the Talisman of

Lord's Bestowal. Increase poise after

using a Flask of Tearless. So we currently

have 54 poise. If I use a flask,

we now have 54 poise.

Didn't do anything. Oh, I didn't— oh wait,

a Flask of Tears.

Maybe it means the blue one. It's still

54. The hell is a Flask of

Tears? It's not doing anything.

I don't get it. These are Flask of Tears.

Flask of Crimson Tears, Flask of Cerulean

Tears. Is it bugged? Because it still says

I've got 54 poise. Take it off and put it

back on again. So I do not recommend this

talisman because it doesn't even do

anything. 54 poise.

It's not doing anything.

What? It's rubbish. Okay, next talisman we

got the Blade of Mercy. Raises attack

power after each critical hit.

So it's

not actually gonna do anything until I get

a critical hit. So I got the AP buff from

killing an enemy.

I don't know if I'm getting it. So I don't

think I'm doing any crits.

Well, if you do crits a lot, then you'll

get some kind of buff after each critical

hit. I think that's everything really.

Hmm. Oh, you got this one. The Smithing

Talisman enhances weapon throwing attacks,

but I don't have any weapons you can

I don't really know how to throw weapons.

Spears. Maybe you can throw a spear.

Maybe I don't have the Ash of War where

you could throw it.

I don't know if there's other talismans.

Those were the ones I got. I forgot where

I got the other ones.
